Cute little Deli in Suwanee......enjoyed lunch with my little fella!!!! Indoor and outdoor (limited) seating. I would definitely go back.

Just moved the area and had a chance to stop in today. I got the Italian sub on the tomato wrap. The wrap was delicious, fresh. The owner was very nice and friendly, I will be back soon.

The lady at the cash register has the worst attitude for no reason at all. For a deli/coffee shop, it is not welcoming at all. I’m sure if they hired someone friendlier and hardworking in the front, the place would have a better feel

The store is nicely laid out. But the staff is not friendly or welcoming. My husband and I have both walked in at different times when there were no other customers in the store and the staff at the counter didn’t bother with eye contact or a greeting. The drinks are very overpriced. Cute spot, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

After a morning walk through the Suwanee Greenway, we stopped here for breakfast. We had to dodge the painters outside but the effort, and the somewhat long wait while the food was prepared, were worth it. The sausage, egg, and cheese wrap was hot and very tasty. My granddaughter had the bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough. She loved every bite. The chocolate chip cookies also get a big thumbs up from my grandson.

Cute little place to grab a bite and sit outside or out on the lawn. All day breakfast and lunch. Prices were pretty low and lots of options.. Atmosphere is clean and socially distanced seating. I had a delicious bacon, egg, cheese and spinach wrap.

Everything was yummy and fresh! Not sure if they usually give you a chocolate chip cookie with your club and side, but it was a pleasant surprise and delicious.

Great spot for lunch! Love the Rajun Cajun sandwich. Good variety and I love that they sell beer for enjoying in the Suwanee Town Center.

Convenient deli right on the town center park. The food is good and reasonably priced. Good for take out and eating in the park.

Sandwich is really good and delicious but do not drink Americano or Ice Americano. They just mix with regular coffee with ice and water.

The breakfast sandwiches we had was average at best. Lunch is much better, I’ve had good meals here before. I would recommend turning off CNN so we don’t have to listen to propaganda and distorted facts while dining. Also, they need to remove juice that is expired in their cooler.

I recently use BBD for two separate catering events.The first event was an office working lunch for 15 people. Everyone was delighted with their meal even the individual with food sensitivities. The second event was for 40 students and was a variety of sandwich boxes. All the students gave thumbs up for the freshness and the taste of sandwiches.

We ordered our food BEFORE closing, not to mention the lady up front told us they closed at 7:30, not 7. I used to work in the restaurant business so I understand customer service. Well halfway through our sandwich this young man comes up to us and asks us to go finish our meal outside because they were closed!!!!!!! The way he went about it was absolutely inappropriate and rude! No manners at all, typical, figure his Mama raised him that way. This was absolutely unacceptable and rude!

The saddest club sandwiches I’ve ever had. Gave this place a second chance to redeem itself and unfortunately it disappointed again. There was more onion than meats on the club, the chicken was tough and tasteless ( was like rubber as if it was frozen and put in microwave) couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites of it, and the potato salad was extremely sweet. This place should give Goldberg’s at the Avalon a call and get advice on how deli food should be done. Too many other places to choose from to waste your time and money here…

Sandwiches are always on point and their fruit is so fresh! Great place for lunch.

Youre paying for speed, not quality. The sandwich I ordered was rather basic admittedly, but for $10 I expected better.

Went there to get breakfast to go this morning.Wife had lox,cream cheese and onion on a sesame bagel. She said it was very goodI had a bacon egg cheese tomato on sesame. It was perfectly cooked but a little blandPrice for 2 sandwiches, large coffee and a bottles water was 17.50

Nice little restaurant and cafe, good food, a little pricey for what you get. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and it was pretty good, it came out really hot and was fairly big but the bacon was really thin and there didnt seem to be that much cheese on it.

Greatest Rueben on marble rye in Georgia! Owner works the register and very generous and helpful!Wonderful comfortable and casual dining room. I’m a big eater and I left full and satisfied. Prices match the high quality, fresh food served fast in a very clean restraunt.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. I was very disappointed that the egg was microwaved. Completely ruined the taste of the sandwich. I highly suggest you invest in a frying pan.

Absolutely my favorite place for sandwiches! We order from here every weekend. So far my favorite is the Bulldog Club and hubbys is the Big Brown Club. The coleslaw is great too 😄

The owner... Rita... I believe is always super polite and a pleasure to interact with. My wife and I have tried numerous menu items and they are always great. Its a true deli experience. If you are looking for a cheaply made foot long sub this isnt the place. Go to subway. If your looking for people to wait on you go to a sit down restaurant. This is a deli / cafe. The value lies in the freshness and flavor of each of their items and the friendliness at the counter. Ps... Dont forget the desserts... Amazing.... Some of the art on the wall is for sale from local artist as well.

Sorry I have to leave a bad review. We wanted to love this place, but I was not impressed. First, we were not greeted and even acknowledged for 10 minutes. She saw we were asking questions and didnt offer any help at all. Then when the sandwiches came they were okay just not alot of sandwich for the price of $9.98 per sandwich. Can get more of a sandwich other places.

Their egg salad sandwiches are so good! Decent portion sizes for the price that we pay- lots of variety as well! And a solid cup of coffee to boot.

This place is amazing! I absolutely love the food here. My wife and I come here at least a few times a month. My favorite is the California Club, but everything I’ve had has been delicious. The prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of options to choose from, including desserts and drinks.The staff has always been very friendly, and any small issues Ive had have been quickly and kindly resolved. For anyone in the area looking for a quick bite and delicious sandwich, I couldnt recommend this place more!

The customer service is always great, and the food is fresh, delicious and very tasty. You can eat in the store or you can take your food to go, in a brown bag of course, and go and sit outside or walk around the Suwanee town center park. This place is our favorite for a quick bite.

Love the energy of this place! So laid-back and relaxing. A perfect neighborhood coffee shop and deli. Just wish their sandwiches were more hearty. Feels like it should have more toppings maybe.. they usually come out looking less than what Id make at home. Good coffee, friendly staff, timely service. Delicious dessert! Clean and sunny. Im eating vegetarian - their veggie wrap is excellent!! Perfect sweet to fresh vegetable ratio ... I could eat it 4 days a week! Definitely try it out.

I ordered a hot swiss pastrami and thought it would look like the picture on the menu. However, it looked nothing like it. When I told the owner, he took it back to the kitchen and brought it back with two cold pieces of cheese on it. I told him again I wanted the cheese melted and seemed annoyed and came back with a microwaved product. The meat became chewy and inedible. I also got a bowl of chowder that had the consistency of a bowl of milk. This is NOT a REAL deli. Highly disappointed after realizing I spent over $20 for their food. If the food was better I wouldnt mind but beware of the pictures when you order. You may not get what you think is quality food. And the owner never asked or seemed concerned if we were happy or enjoyed our order. Instead, he seemed annoyed and put off. Highly doubt I will return.

My experience with this restaurant is that the staff was not customer friendly. She didn’t even speak just stood at the register and waited for me to order (no how can I help or just a simple hello). I placed my order to have items I didn’t ask for plus more of something that I ask for little of. I will not be returning

I love Brown Bag Deli, located at Suwanee Town Center. I always get the Italian on Sour Dough bread. However, the BLT, Reuben, and the Chicken Cajun are amazing as well. I suggest the potato salad, its def a solid choice as a side. Employees are super, very accommodating and friendly... all around great place to grab lunch or dinner, esp of you want to avoid typical fast food fare. They also serve great salads. I usually split my sandwiches into 2 meals, but Im a light eater ... the portions are average to better than average.

Ordered a veggie wrap and the avocados on it were bad.. wasn’t impressed with the quality especially for it being $8.33. I ended up just throwing it away there’s deff better choices in the area.

Everything Ive had to eat here is freshly prepared and delicious. However, the wait staff are not friendly at all. Just the bare minimum as far as words go. One guy was really rude to me when I went in to pick up a pre-ordered and pre-paid sandwich. There was about 5 people in line so I went to the end of the counter where I saw a worker standing there and I asked him if I could just pick up my order since it was paid for. He gave me a dirty look and told me to just go get in line like everyone else. It was insulting. It took another 15 mins of waiting in line before I was waited on and all the cashier did was take a step back to grab my order on the counter behind her. How hard would it have been for that guy to take 4 steps and just hand me my order?! I did not feel valued as a customer that day at all!

Nice deli in the Suwanee Town Center. I love the fact they are pet friendly. The sandwiches are delicious but the price is expensive for the pathetically small portion. Paid $9 for their Reuben. The half is smaller than my iPhone 7, on top of that they dont come with pickle. I wish we had more choices around here.

Great service and good food. The sandwich wraps are my favorites, so far. Also, a nice selection of desserts for those days when you just deserve a good snack!

I love the location, right in Suwanee Town Center! The food selection was much bigger than I imagined! I had NO idea they served breakfast! I had the Reuben, one of my favorite sandwiches of all time and it was decent. Ive had better, Ive had worse. We ordered our food at the counter, got our drinks and only a few minutes passed before our food came. Really fast service and everyone there is really nice. We will be back!

The food was good, but the customer service was absolutely horrible and is the reason I will not be coming back. I arrived to the restaurant at 3 and the first thing I was greeted with was “we close at 4 by the way”. Rita was not friendly at all, didnt smile whatsoever, and seemed very uninterested. Rita had a group of friends at the restaurant that she was sitting talking to the whole time and seemed bothered by having to get up to take my friends and my order.

Food is decent for the selection. My biggest draw back to this place is the tip line on the checks. There is no service at this location, so I do not know why you are expected to tip and trust me you are. I have been given dirty looks from the owners before when not tipping.Would recommend though, great porch for sitting out in the park, just remove the tip line, just doesnt make since to me.

Really enjoyed the food. I wouldnt say its over the top, but its a good meal. The wait wasnt long at all and the environment is beautiful.

I really love Brown Bag Deli. Their food is fresh and delicious. All their sandwiches are amazing and you can always change them to reflect your personal preferences. The homemade potato salad is just right too. My Favorite is the Italian on Sour Dough, but the Reuben and BLT are tied for 2nd place. I order at least once a week, definitely recommend!

I love Brownbag, its one of my most frequented locations in Suwanee and Id imagine itll be that way for awhile. Great service, great people, excellent study space.

Not in the least impressed. Most definitely the smallest deli sandwich I have ever paid for, and Ive eaten at delis all across this country. Seriously, I make larger sandwiches for my kids lunch. I guess the rent at Town Center is pretty high. The sandwiches ordered by my party were good, but this is not deli quality or portions. Nothing unique about this place unless you just want to be seen here throwing money around.

The food is good, the service is decent, but half the time I go over there theyre closed despite the hours on the door saying that they should still be opened! I dont show up a few minutes before theyre supposed to close, either, I show up an hour or 2 before they are supposed to close. I dont understand it.

The owner is very nice and allows students to study here. Additionally, their sandwiches are good, albeit a bit heavy on the mustard, but the bread always tastes fresh, and they never disappoint. The Coke Freestyle machine is another plus to this place.

The egg salad tasted sweet - which may have been find on bread, but Im unable to eat bread, so I had it in a bowl Also, they didnt give me any veggies or adjust the amount of filling when they put it in the bowl, so I paid $7.00 for what looked like maybe 1.5 eggs. I had to pay extra for the bacon and avocado - which was a ridiculous amount for super thin slices that equaled maybe a sixth of an avocado.

Food was very tasty but the serving size was less than expected for the price. We will definitely try it again.

Brown Bag Deli is one of the hidden gems of Suwanee. Located off of lovely Town Center Park, they serve incredible sandwiches. I highly recommend the Ragin Cajun Club (blackened chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, Caesar dressing) and the reuben. Their dessert choices are expansive too!

Always great food, great selection and friendly service. Pleasant, clean environment. Also outside tables. Enjoyable outing.

Pretty mundane fare. We paid $17 for a Caesar salad with microwaved chicken and an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. Exactly 2oz of cream cheese which is enough for one side of the bagel. Extra cream cheese costs extra for the other half. I considered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and asked how the eggs were prepared (wondering scrambled, over easy, etc) and the reply was microwaved.... The chicken on the salad was fine - white meat breast with some blackening seasoning sprinkled on for flavor and the lettuce appeared very fresh with ample amount of Parmesan cheese. The place was neat and clean. But the extra charge for enough schmear for a bagel really chapped me.

Great neighborhood deli opposite the Suwanlee Town Center Park. Friendly service and large seating area both inside and outside on the terrace. Large selection of bagels, sandwiches and sides open from 7am.Can definitely recommend the Ham Slam or Buffalo Chicken club.

Consistently good quality, delivered quickly even during their busy lunch period. Ive had several of their sandwiches and salads, and they always taste fresh.

First time visiting. Ordered a kids turkey and cheese and a buffalo chicken club. Super delish. Love that you can sub the bread for all manner of things along with their numerous side options.

We came in very excited because someone had recommended this deli to us. The deli was just about to close, so we ordered it as take out instead. They forgot both our side orders, and main order was a veggie wrap with literally JUST carrots. We checked the receipt and it had charged us for both sides that werent there. By then the deli had already closed, but I was not happy with this place at all.
