I just needed a comfortable twin for a day bed and they had a nice memory foam mattress in stock. On sale. The salesman was very helpful and got me in and out if there quickly. We are gonna purchase a king soon so I will be back!

I purchased a mattress here and had a great experience with this shop. I have done thorough research before I went to the store, but I learnt a great deal after talking with Kendall Cobb my sales person. He explained to me that not all Hybrid mattress are the same, and some brands lean more towards traditional innerspring type and others more towards memory foam. This was very helpful for me to better understand the nuances a bit and helped me make a decision. Also he understood my needs very well and suggested the mattresses which can meet my needs and budget.They also have a decent 120 day exchange or return policy (there is a restocking fee though) unlike some stores where you cannot return. Great store and great people!!

Easy to make a choice of what I wanted because both people working in the store were very knowledgeable about the different products available. Also, it was nice to see them truly working together as a team.

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased 2 mattresses from them roughly 2 weeks apart. One was paid by cc and the other I purchase through a Mattress Firm credit card. Their advertising sales 0 percent financing for 3 years over 1000.00. They only have me 6 months. I have complained 3 times to the sales rep and everytime he tells me he will get back to me and never does. I am thinking of just returning it and getting my money back. Austin who helped me the first time was amazing. The other sales rep needs to be retrained horrible customer service.

Had an exceptional experience with Domoniq. No pressure sales served with great customer service. We went in to purchase a new guest bedroom mattress and ended up also getting a new mattress for our bedroom. I got myself into that hole but quietly I’ve been wanting a new mattress for a while myself. Short story, I would recommend the Johns Creek location.

Ive had the opportunity to visit this location twice recently. I worked with a salesperson named David Hensley who made the experience easy and painless. The prices are reasonable and there isnt a hard sell which is a nice change from some places.

Simone was a great saleswoman and we purchased a mattress, adjustable base & brackets to attach headboard. However we’ve had our 2nd delivery today & still don’t have everything that was purchased. The first day (Sunday) the delivery was just the brackets to attach the new base to our existing headboard. The delivery guys were stumped as to how they were going to attach a headboard to a nonexistent base. Kept the brackets as I feared the next delivery would be missing that item. Second delivery day had to arrange work schedule to be home for delivery. This time they showed up with another set of brackets & the mattress but no base. Again they were stumped about having brackets but no base. Now we need to arrange to be available for a third delivery. This is ridiculous customer service and I will hesitate to ever purchase again at this Mattress Firm!

Rewriting my review. The mattress was flat and when the insurance was activated they did not comply with the expected. Take great care when closing the insurance, as there are instructions that are not given precisely at the time of purchase.

Mattress firms motto talks about customer satisfaction and product quality. However, I have had the worst experience with both of them. The mattress that I got has a dip to the point that my husband has been having back problems and we are sleeping on the carpet. I called the warranty department for inspection. It turns out they rejected my claim for two tiny spots on the mattress which are not even close to where the mattress is dipping from. So much for paying $1,800 for a mattress that is now useless for us. Keep in mind we always have a mattress cover on it. Mattress firm is never getting my business again. Extremely disappointed!!!
