We recently wanted to change our countertops in the kitchen. Went to two other places besides Granite Masters. The first two were way higher in price than Granite Masters. They were very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy a certain kind like the others.The day of installation they were held up at the first installation of the day and did not arrive till 7pm. They apologized and got right to work. By 9pm we had our countertops done and they did an excellent job!! They were fast, friendly and got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. We are remodeling the house to sell and they are the first good experience we have had in doing this.I HIGHLY recommend them!! Could not have asked for a better experience even with them running late. They said they would have it done on a certain day and they did.Thank you Granite Masters for a great experience and I just love my countertops!! Dont want to sell my house now!! Only regret is I did not do it sooner so that I could have enjoyed them.

Worse place to buy granite. They will sell you cracked granite and wont bother to fix the crack. When they install the granite, everything is left a mess. They are also very uncoordinated people. They will deliver to you the wrong piece. They also dont pay their workers. They have have been sued before and have had OSHA after them. Buy here at your own risk.

Great prices and professional installation. The tile guy did an AMAZING job. If he says he will be there at 7 am he WILL be there. Thanks for transforming my house into a house I want to live in.

We contracted with Granite Masters, LLC in Sugar Hill, GA (Atlanta Suburb) to perform a bathroom remodel.Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous, from the order taker, template maker and installers.They made a couple of recommendations to our original plan that we accepted which will prevent us from having issues in the near future.They kept the work area very neat and clean at all times and covered our floors from the front door to the bathroom to keep from tracking dirt throughout the house. We were very grateful and appreciative of this.Our bathroom looks amazing and it also appears bigger and brighter. We could not be happier.Granite Masters is definitely a 5 star contractor.

I was pleased with my countertops but the rest of my kitchen remodel was handled by 3rd rate contractors brought in by Jan, a Granite Masters salesperson. I have a tiny kitchen in a small condo and it took more than 3 months for them to finish. Even after multiple trips to fix the many mistakes made during the process, I still ultimately had to call in another contractor to fix sloppy work.

The best place for granite and quartz

Poor communication and could care less about their customers concerns!I had this company install my vanity top. They drilled the holes for the faucet in the wrong location. I couldnt use the plumbing hardware as a result. I called these people 3 times over as many weeks trying to have a discussion. Rather than returning my call and showing a little customer service they just charged my credit card.Do yourself a favor and call someone else to handle your counter tops.

Definitely not happy with how this company does business and will not use them again. A 3 because when the right countertop was finally installed it was fine. However the wrong countertop was delivered the day of my second install date. Not sure how the wrong countertop was cutt when I went there and selected the one I wanted. Secondly the cutt made to my pipes for the sink to fit was cutt too deep, I had to go yet another day without a sink because the plumber needed to do additional work due to the cutt. But hey its not their problem because theyre not plumbers. Between my sink being cracked mysteriously, the wrong countertop being delivered and my pipes being cutt too deep. And for all that no discount on the cost. Its safe to say I will not recommend this company. Apparently they are careless on small jobs. Thats the taste left in my mouth by this experience.
