This place is going down the hill! Didnt expect it in this location. But the past 3 visits to this pharmacy have been nothing but terrible. Wont let you use Good RX, bad attitude, takes longer than usual time for regular prescriptions, etc. This will be the last time for me. Kroger pharmacy in Suwanee is definitely better!

Drew from pharmacy was the most helpful man I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. You made my insurance change so smooth so I wouldn’t have to get my prescription transferred. I will forever use this pharmacy for my future refills. Want excellent customer service? Ask for Drew, you won’t be disappointed!

Always found the staff here helpful and working through efficiently on customers orders and keeping the line short. They also come and help when you need assistance with the over the counter meds as well. Just dont expect pleasantries or friendliness from Walmart but other than that the service is fast and efficient!

This is my absolute favorite Pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions prepared in a timely manner and they are excellent with answering all of my questions. When my Insurances have changed from time to time, they update their systems and my prescriptions are filled properly in a timely manner. I really enjoy working with this Pharmacy and their staff.

Went with my son to pick-up his prescription. His insurance has not started yet with his job, 90 day wait so he pays cash . He was greeted by Drew at store# 3462 on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd in Suwanee, Drew took his name, date of birth, $29.99 was the price, I handed Drew my Good RX card & he cleared the register, took the prescription & my discount car & threw them on a back counter & had a tantrum saying if you want this discount come back in 20 minutes.Next in line & tried to tell us they had all this work they had to do to put a few numbers in their system!Took 2 minutes to get the discount which made the price 13.33 . That may not be a lot of savings for Drew but my son just spent 500.00 at the doctors office .The prescription was sent over by his doctor or we would have given the card before the order was filled & not caused such a scene in front of many other customers.

The ladies there are so amazing! They went above and beyond to help me! Thank y’all!

I have to give one star cause of Rachel, she is the most rude person here in Suwanee Walmart pharmacy. unbelievable behavior.

Awful service. Went there 5 mins before closing and they wouldn’t let me get a prescription because it would take them “20 mins” to process it. They did this even though i expressed my urgency with the medicine I needed. Don’t care about the customer, only care about their clock.

The staff has always been helpful. Ive also found that interacting and smiling helps a lot too.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited over 2 hours for a oil change and battery swap(warranty) for them to tell me the battery was not in stock! I will never do business with them again.
