She had no problem working with my custom .png logo, including converting it to a vector image. Sugarfoots customer service & attention to quality detail is outstanding. Every question I had was answered within hours, I was consulted on every important step of the way, and I was even sent pictures of test sews to make sure I was happy with logo, sizing, and placement.CJ was able to hunt down my super-difficult-to-find blank goods (the hats), and helped me to get a better price than I could find online myself.The hats came out perfectly, and were finished weeks early, in plenty of time for my trip. The stitching is really excellent quality, and is clean, and comfortable to wear. CJ is the best. I am a caregiver for special needs people and was surprising them with matching Christmas stockings to hang on their mantle. Wanted their names embroidered on them. I met with CJ, she gave me suggestions, and told me they’d be ready after thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised when she contacted me before thanksgiving and said they were ready.
