How does a customer know if corporate store or franchise. This store wouldnt let me return a product and I am GNC member. Maybe I should reconsider. Ha, no returns if u buy from corporates stores. What kind of brand business is that?

I went there on a Sunday the lady there was smoking her E cigarette and stayed seated pointed me to all the stuff I was looking for with out standing and kept smoking I know GNC is a franchise they have no choice but to open on Sundays but I assure you that you are losing customers at that location with that kind of service you lost my business and my family’s and friends business horrible service lazy and doesn’t care .

The lady who answered was rude and made sounds like mmmmhmmm and was constantly popping her mouth. Called for advice, wouldnt go here after that. Go to another vitamin store nearby! It honestly sounded like she was doing something sexual while in discomfort. She answered the phone at 4:34PM EST

I walked in and the lady said Hello. I felt at home after I picked up my products but when I got to the counter to pay the woman gave me an attitude when I asked a question regarding a product. She gave me an attitude. Will not go back again.
