I can’t say enough about my experience at Swampscott Collision. I was rear ended a few weeks ago and they took care of me from beginning to end. My insurance and the other drivers insurance was a total pain to work with but they still did a great job on my car. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car and had my car ready within a week. Using all factory parts and matched my pearl white color perfectly. They cleaned my car inside and out and it looks brand new. They even did some additional body work for me that I had been putting off for a few years. I’m so happy with my car and my experience with Swampscott Collision. I’ll be recommending them to anybody I know that needs body work done!

No one likes to get hit from behind but S*** happens . Swampscott Collision was so easy to deal with, I was able to drop my car off the very next morning toss them my keys and jump into the rental they had waiting for me . Everyone was very professional and really seems to appreciate your busy . They dealt with my insurance company too. They made a stressful situation easy to deal with no added stress.My car was returned to me in perfect condition, no sign of the accident.On top of everything else they detail my car inside and out it hasnt been this clean since the day a bought it.If you have the misfortune of getting hit from behind and you live on the nortshore I highly recommend swampscott collision.

Swampscott Auto Body did a great job on my Jeep. There was more work required beyond the initial appraisal and they worked with the insurance company quickly for the additional work necessary. Because I didnt have car rental insurance, they were very contentious about getting the work done in a timely manner. The staff were all incredibly helpful and courteous. Beyond those administrative details, the Jeep looks beautiful and as new as the day I bought it! Thank you very much!

I had a typical BOSTON POTHOLE indecent. Thought Id stop by and find out about my options. The staff couldnt have been nicer. After knowing that I was unsure that I wanted the damage repaired they took the time to give me options and a price for each. Had thought that great customer service was a thing of the past. I only wish I had remembered the gentlemans name.

Don was great to work with and he found a great solution to fix my husbands Jeep. It looks like new!
