Quite an experience. We were attracted to an older Volvo with a great Carfax report. Took the trip down and made a deal. It was late in the day so we did not complete all the paperwork. When we went back Gints told us we were all set but the bank required GAP insurance. I questioned this on such an inexpensive vehicle and he told me there was nothing I could do. So I called the bank directly and they told me that the GAP insurance was 100% optional. After that Gints told me they needed more time to get the car ready so we gave him an extra day and picked the car up on a Saturday morning.Drove the car home and spent a couple days waiting for the title. Then once we were able to register it we brought it in for inspection and our mechanic informed us that the Catalytic converters had recently been removed. According to Car Guru this car was on the lot for well over a month. After a slightly heated conversation they agreed to install the missing cats free of charge. Our mechanic said the parts alone were over $1500.I think we ended up with a good vehicle but there were a few things about the process that felt shady.
Called 8 different times on three different days. No answer at all! It’s pretty clear now why the car I saw had been listed for almost 300 days. Ive never seen a car dealership that doesn’t want to sell a car.
I just recently bought a Tesla model S with the guys here at Four Seasons Motor Group. I had a great experience and they worked well to keep me well informed through the entire process. I would recommend everyone check out their inventory when looking to buy a car as this was the best car buying experience Ive had and Im really happy with my new car!
Got my 07 Cobalt SS Supercharged for a great price! Despite the drive and weather, Im glad I made the trip. The door locks had some big issues, but this turned out to be a really easy fix. In addition, the fella helping me out was kind enough to negotiate a price. Made for a quick and easy process. I left here happy.
Got a decent deal. Salesman called to find out if I was pleased. Good service.
The guys at Four Seasons are amazing. They’ve bought a car from me and payed more than even the dealer would offer me. They’ve even helped me to diagnose problems on both of my current Mercedes. I routinely visit the amazing mechanics shop next door to Four Seasons where everything I need can be done at a reasonable and very fair price. This is an awesome dealership with a great selection of cars!
Dont wait your time or money, they took my 500 deposit on a vehicle that I thought was worth the deposit drive almost 3 hours to find out it was nothing we expected with rats nest and all asked for our money back and he refused please dont waste your money or time!
Very good customer care, nice vehicles at a fair price. I love my Mercedes E350
Awesome experience. Great price on a gorgeous 5 series. Simon is a professional and easy to work with. Replaced turbos after I took it for a test drive and didnt charge me any extra. Love the car and love Four Seasons Motor Group.Dont hesitate to work with Simon and his team!
After leasing cars faithfully for years, I decided to purchase a new vehicle. My first-time experience was a five star rating! I was pressed for time since the lease on my Lexus was expiring soon. I started working with Simon, who is the owner of the dealership. He was very accommodating and really tried to ensure that I was happy with my decision. He even offered to wait for more inventory to give me additional options to choose from. In a very quick turn around, I was able to purchase a Lexus ES 350 that is in exceptional condition and accident free. I got a great deal on the car as well! I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that Simon provided. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Motor Group. Looking forward to working with Simon in the near future.
I read the reviews here and like anywhere else, they’re always subjective. They advertised a car I’ve been searching for for months at an aggressive price, so I had to look. The setting for their shop/store is different than a lot of others selling similar high mileage, high end cars. I was surprised at the cars they had on the lot and in the showroom and I believe they have another location with a similar selection of cars. My experience overall was very good and easy. I would t hesitate to buy another car from them.
I experienced an excellent car buying experience here. I bought a 535i x-drive and couldnt be happier! The car runs great and was fully serviced as I requested. Denis was a great salesman and made this car buying process easy. Simon (manager) was also very helpful and assisted me with my trade .
Bought two cars from them. Worked within my budget and got me great reliable cars. Any car with high mileage needs some work, it is expected, but I had no issues with both of my cars. You want a deal come here, ask them questions on reliability and cost for repairs and they will answer. If you did research on that particular car brand, which I always do, you will find their response will be similar, if not more, to your research.
Spent two hours each way driving to see a vehicle listed to be in excellent condition inside and out. The windshield had a chip in it. The leather seats were in poor condition. And curb rash on all the wheels. The pics and description were not accurate. Disappointed. A sunny day wasted. And $33 wasted on a car fax. Be honest in your descriptions and you may sell more cars.
I had a very efficient and pleasant experience several times at Four Season dealership. From the first times when i called Simon ( owner) helped me to find the vehicle according to my budget within less than 2 days. Simon is exceptionally professional, approachable and easy communicate with as far as his team. They helped me to purchase and sell several of my vehicles, constantly guiding and suggesting better options on the market. The service is phenomenon, registering the vehicles, inspection, pricing and quality... I did not experience any problems with 2 of my vehicles purchased through dealership and will always recommend Four Seasons to everyone. These guys do care about customer satisfaction first and then about themselves.
I bought my used BMW a few months ago and the experience was so pleasant from the moment I walked into the dealership. The dealer explained everything in detail and just made the job look effortless and very proffessional. One doesnt find such professionalism and passion in the work place anymore - it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Four Seasons Motor Group and I will highly recommend this dealership.Thank you for Four Seasons Motor Group making this experience so pleasant.
Purchased my used 2009 BMW from them. I wanted to purchase a specific model that was not in stock at the time. Simon (the owner) spend a lot of time and effort looking for that specific car for me for which I am very grateful! He pointed at couple of things that needed to be fixed in it and fixed it at the mechanics he works with. The car runs great and I will not buy a car anywhere else but here!
Worked with Gints Bombas. Gave me a great deal on a BMW 335i. I will recommend this Dealership to anyone!!
Several days ago we purchased 2013 Lexus Rx 350 through this dealership. Before them we went in several places and werent satisfied with price. The whole procedure was very smooth, the owner Simon is very knowledgeable and informative, he made great suggestions to us. Me and my husband are new couple and were very particular about our budget and these guys were playing around our needs. The biggest benefit about choosing their service is guaranteed quality. Owner Simon, has a team of mechanical support who makes sure that vehicle are in a great condition, thats all you care about when you buy used cars...Overall I will give the highest rating to this company, since buying experience was quick, price was reasonable and condition of the vehicle is more than good, certainly recommend.
I bought my 2008 Infinity G35XS from here about 3 years ago and I couldnt be happier. The car was in great condition and i got a great deal for it. Already thinking about going back there for my second car. Thanks guys, good job!
Met with the owner and he was very nice and professional. I test drove a car and it was a good car and just as described. Highly recommended dealer 👌
Great place. Top of the line cars, very professional and courteous staff. Very highly recommended
Simon is high mileage junk merchantdo not make a mistake and buy car here
Hmm evading zoning laws.. dont seem like the kind of trustworthy people
Be very weary of this place. They have no problem taking a deposit and signing a bill of sale, only to sell it from under you if someone comes along with a better offer. Their engagements and communication was sketchy at best. The vehicle itself, while it had high mileage (which seems to be their motus operandi), was a really nice vehicle and a very good rate... obviously, they felt the deal was too good because between the signing on the bill of sale and the day I came to pick it up (4 days later), the vehicle was gone. They (the eastern European man) did refund my deposit, but what a headache and waste of time. I could barely get him to respond throughout the exchange and I knew something was fishy. Maybe it was for the best, however, as Im hearing other people have had hidden issues with their cars from them.Their business; they poach high mileage vehicles from the local auction house, completely detail them, and flip them to you. Honestly, you could end up with a really nice vehicle at a great deal, but it seems like a high-risk to involve yourself with them.
Terrific value! I did my research and knew what I wanted - I saved thousands over the what they other guy was charging for practically the same car! Thank you, Gints!
I Purchased a used Hummer H2 off these guys I was told there was nothing wrong with it . $14.000 price tag. I drive it home and boom check engine light comes on After bringing it back for for repairs that took 2 weeks to finish I get it back and it passes inspection the day after the check engine light goes on again . And they left the hummer on empty so I had to fill it up before the long 3 hr drive home and thier mechanic had broken the armrest right off the divers side door and never fixed it he just left it on my back seat. This time I bring it to my mechanic and he finds a leaking exhaust manifold, a leaking power steering cooler, and a huge electrical problem that were still trying to correct . This car was worth 8 grand at best in the condition it’s in so don’t take these con artists on thier word bring any car your Looking at to a mechanic before buying it. I would never go back to 4 seasons auto group again and I would warn anyone I know to never go thier either unless you want to get ripped off.
This is the 8th vehicle Ive purchased in my lifetime and hands-down, the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. I got a very reasonable financing rate through the credit union they deal with. Simon, the salesman (and owner, I think?), was very helpful and informative about the vehicle I was buying and pleasant to deal with. After visiting several dealerships on the northshore and spending many wasted hours with salesmen playing games with financing and inventory (dont waste your time at Kelly Honda or North Shore Automotive; they waste your time with their back and forth to management gimmicks), it was nice to have a deal in seconds and financing in minutes. They seem to specialize in luxury foreign vehicles, many with higher mileage-but more affordable and reasonably priced. My car however only had 35,000 miles, so not all of their inventory is high mileage. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle in great condition. A plus!
Four Seasons Motor Group made buy my first car fast and easy ! Very good dealership ! Great service ! I would recommend to anyone who is first time buyer or looking to get good deal ! Thank you four Seasons !
Great place. Nice people and some amazing cars
I bought a used 2008 335i from them without a warranty. They offered a 1 month warranty or something and 2 months later I got a rear main seal leak, followed by faulty navigation that keeps shutting off and on, a week later a sensor went out that caused the car to not drive, a week after that my drivers door did not unlock via remote, followed by misfires in cylinders after sensor was replaced, followed by failing vacuum hoses giving a half engine signal. They said the car was great but in the end I bought someones headaches and my head is aching badly.
Purchased a Bmw ( 6 months ago) 9/15 and ever since then the car has contestant issues. All kicking in a month after purchase. Its simple math. They purchase all those lemons (used cars) at an auction and Mickey mouse the fixings until the new buyer has to Deal with the real issues. I noticed the seller emphasized on the no warrante on vehicles over 150K. Hes a bit right and wrong. Mass laws do hold seller accountable for serious and big issues (30.days) I could have lawyered up or persued legal action.... Or taken a plan B and give Simon (owner) another black eye. (when I bought my car he had a huge black eye) I should have suspected something there... But Ill wait for karma to do its job on those rat thieves Europeans @ 4 seasons MOTOR.PEOPLE BE AWARE!!! ITS THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN MAKE A PROFIT. BUYING CHEAP MECHANICAL FAILED MACHINES AND FLIP EM..
Horrible. People traded my s550 4matic with 6500 cash. For a 750 li and. The engine is leaking i asked for refund. He told me thats not how it works he say he going to fix ...how can you fix engine. Leak the car is a lemon ...he had a 2010 750 li he wount give me for the car and 10 thousand because he wants 13 he is a snake and greedy .....and is looking. To leave you stuck after he sells u a used. Car and then drives. In his Bentley.. ......not a good man at all
Bought a 2008 bmw and it has had constant problems from day one. I took the car to bmw dealership and as it turns out it wasnt even legal to drive. I spent over $2500 in repairs so that I could drive this car. Now the car has major electrical problems because of the water leak. Im stuck. This was the worst buy experience of my life!Stay AWAY!
JunkyardDrove 2 hours to see the car, no one was available besides the mechanic who was not even helpful.Disappointed with the car and service.
They suck a front for money laundering .....Dont buy there very dishonest
These vehicles are junk,do not go here U will end up with a pos if u buy
Excellent cars best mechanic at Foreign Motors
Savages got caught lying to repeat customer who sent them a significant amount of customers...arrogantly wasted my time and jammed it up my Keister. Never again.
Unprofessional, dont know anything about the cars they selling, dont want to provide a history about the car. Wasted my time with them.No warranty on cars.
