Today was my first time getting a bikini wax and Sam did an absolutely amazing job. She was very quick, made me feel very comfortable, and she was super informative about the whole process and aftercare. Overall a great experience and will be returning!!

I have gone here twice now and the staff is super kind and really good at what they do. Gwen was really nice and talked me through the whole process. It was such a comfortable experience and will keep going back.

Despite the fact I was so distracted, having a hard time explaining myself and following directions, (due to personal reasons) the receptionist and Samantha were beyond patient with me. Genevieve is incredible at her job! I go in for Brazilians, and she makes the whole process comfortable and not at all awkward. Genevieve really knows what shes doing-- my wax is the least painful you can make a Brazilian, and Im always happy with how it turns out. She will make sure she gets *everything* perfect before you leave. From the time I walk in the door to when I leave the process takes 15 minutes at most. I definitely trust her and will continue seeing her as long as she is working there! Thank you, Genevieve!

I had an appointment made online a month ago before my vacation and I guess they decided to go away for a couple of days but cant seem to call the clients. Very unprofessional!! Why do online booking when you guys cant even call or email me to even let know you wont be there! How rude!

Genevieve was absolutely incredible. Friendly and easy to talk through from the moment she opened the door to see me. Most painless, efficient wax Ive ever had, even though I had abstained from waxing for a few years. She finished my brows, underarms and a full Brazillian in less than thirty minutes, too. I was honestly surprised that there was no hair left over after she was finished given past experiences going elsewhere! Definitely will be coming back!Facility as a whole was easy to get to and very clean. Thanks again!

Ive been seeing Genevieve for some time now. Shes so comfortable to work with and always does such a fantastic job. It took a while for her to reshape my overly tweezed eyebrows but they look fantastic now. Ill never trust anyone else to do it.

Blanca is the best. I always feel like a new woman after my appointments. On my first visit, i expressed the disappointment i had with my previous wax (with someone else) and she made sure to never repeat their mistakes. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommend her!

While I like the services provided by the establishment and the waxers I cant say the same thing about the front desk. I had an appointment at 11 and because of the snow traffic was slower than usual getting out of work, i called at 10:55 and said I’d be 5-8 minutes late and the lady I spoke to said I should be fine. I walked in at 11:09 and checked in, the receptionist kept looking at each other and finally one says they have a strict 9 minute policy (I GOT THERE JUST IN TIME) and that they couldn’t see me anymore, I explained to them I called and that I had walked in just in time to be seeing, they refused, even though there was no one else, they said they could see me at 12:30 but I told them I had to work and tried to reschedule me for another day after I explained I work all week and was already a week late to get my bikini wax. I checked and there was an opening right after my 11am, they just refused to be wrong, while I recognize it’s my responsibility to be on time, I still made it just in time and we could all use a little flexibility, especially on a slow day like today. Sadly, I wont be coming back here.

Bad customer service- I had an appointment on the 3rd of July 2019 at 9:00am when I arrived at 9:06am the parking lot was full there was a lady leaving so I waited a few minutes so I could take her parking spot. When I walked in it was 9:08 when i checked in turned 9:09. The receptionist said they marked me off as a no show - when I asked why she said they have a 9:09am policy and I told her but it’s still 9:09am I was here on time I was parking - she just said oops sorry we are fully booked! Rude and I will never use their services again. Only if she knew I had to leave my newborn and rush to the appointment to then Park to walk in and be treated this way.

Busy place have to book out at least a week in advance. Staff was nice and friendly. Place was clean.Would go again.

The turnover here is pretty insane. But, I see MIA and I refuse to go to anyone else ever again.
