Just like a Hallmark Store. So many cute things. Pocketbooks, caps, the long lost art of stationary, key chains, .........good customer service. A bit expensive for me. Sales are nice. Cant stop at the mall without going in for a look see. Bought some beautiful cards there.

Always one stop shopping for cards, trinkets, shirts and garb for moms and wives. Friendly helpful staff and Covid screens for my protection!!

I dont usually take the time to write negative reviews but this time Im not just going to write a review but Ill be contacting corporate. I go to the Paper Store on average of 3-5 x a month. Ive never had bad experience in the store..quite the opposite. The people that work there are usually friendly enough. On Saturday i went in and there were 2 girls that Id never seen before so i assume theyre new. I didnt get their names but Ill go in tomorrow to get them so i can include them in my letter to corporate. They were both uninterested in their jobs, hadnt a clue what customer service means and as rude as it gets. I wont be going back in as long as they are there. If i dont hear back from the company then i can assume they sanction that type of service.There was an incident but its too long to write about.As i said at the start of this post i usually only take the time to write good reviews so for me to be this pod i can assure you, the reader, it was terrible customer service.

Love the paper store. Very frequent shopper. the beverly location is always helpful and you don’t feel like you are a bother when you have questions but swampscott is closer and not as welcoming/ helpful. I am always able to find gifts for any occasion and at great prices. How ever I am completely shocked that you are unable to return an item (clothing) and swap it out for the same brand and same size but just another design.

Great variety of last minute gifts, and cards. Overall, if you arent in a hurry most of the products are cheaper elsewhere or online.

I did not feel welcomed. I was not greeted. I was not assisted at all. Of course the person behind me was with a kind of smile, but I felt as though I did not belong because of my race. Very nice people working here. This is one of my favorite store.

Ive been to several of these stores. The staff, in all of them, are incredibly stuck up. I was in my work clothes (Im a baker) and they followed me around as if I was going to steal something. Their items are INCREDIBLY over priced. You can order all the same items on Amazon for a third of the price.

I was delighted by the variety of items available. It made for a fun shopping experience. When I was there many items were in sale, which made it even more fun.

Always fun going there around Christmas time seeing all of the holiday items. many great choices for holiday presents.

I went there to buy a gift for my niece. I get home and the security tag was still inside the gift so now I have to go back...the staff was not helpful...they couldnt be bothered...its to bad. I wont shop there again.
