Never had problem getting my prescriptions filled. In fact they always remind me that they are ready to be picked up. If my Doctor calls in a script that i dont use regularly it is always ready when I come in. Very convenient location with a drive thru as well but I normally go in and pick up in the pharmacy. Dont understand all the negative reviews!
Worst pharmacy ever!! They dont care about your health. One of the girls at the pharmacy was very condescending and didnt even bother looking into my problem. I dont even know how they can have 3 starts!
Just called the pharmacy and the phone was answered Hello not CVS Pharmacy may I help you? I had to ask if I had the correct number for CVS and the person rudely said yes.
I cannot stand cvs ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! NOTHING IS EVER READY WHEN IT SHOULD BE. THE STAFF IS SUPER RUDE AND A DISPRGANIZED MESS .. I have better things to do then walk around cvs for a half hour waiting for a prescription that shouldve been done a half hour ago! DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF PICKING A PICK UP TIME AND ORDERING AHEAD IF ITS NOT EVEN GONNA BE READY WHEN I GET THERE . THEY REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER ! Ridiculous!
This is the CVS I go to now, they always have items in stock. they have everything you need. I drive to here out of my way, than go to the one near my home on Eastern Ave in Lynn, which does not have items in stock. This CVS is the Best to go to.
I realize the amount of pressure CVS and its employees are under.Having said that there has been a total breakdown of prescription services at this location.CVS should maintain staffing levels equal to the demand because at this point dealing with CVS prescription is a tortuous affair.It is not fair to CVS employees or CVS customers.
Horrible customer service. They wouldnt even call there own CVS to track down additional antibiotic need for my sick kid. They lied to me on how much they even had in stock. Wouldnt do a partial fill. They just lost by business.
Pharmacy non responsive. To phone calls. Spoke with front store. “ running slow” Issue all evening No texts that rx ready. Poor service
Call for prescriptions and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Finally hung up. Medications I needed which was a repeat script. Unacceptable service. Fix it!!!!
I call This branch in morning for my prescription and they said it will be done in 30 min. I go after 4 hours and the order wasn’t done yet because they said “ we are bussy”. They r not professional
Apparently, prescription being “filled” only really means that they “might get around to it later, if they feel like it.”
The asian lady in the pharmacy should not be holding a management position. My boyfriend and I approached the counter and she was yelling at one of her associates in front of customers, I actually felt embarrassed for him. We then tried to purchase an allergy medication which was out of stock everywhere else (we tried 3 different CVS stores before coming here). We wanted to just exchange the one we had to buy the one they had in stock (we just purchased it maybe an hour before we arrived there, unopened and had the receipt) and was told that she could not help us and we had to go back to the other store to get a refund. We didnt want a refund we just wanted to exchange and didnt want to lose out on a $6 coupon we had used on it. She didnt state a clear return policy or offer an apology or any solution. We then tried to get help from a sales floor manager who was also useless. Ill stick to Walgreens for now on. Thanks for nothing
I fill my scripts here out of convenience but the pharmacy sucks
Service has really gone downhill. They dont have adequate staffing. The lines are horrendous both at the drive through and in store. Some of the technicians lack a great deal in communication and service skills and basic etiquette. If you ever do need to go in the store late night youll find a store empty of any associates at the registers. You have to yell out hello-anywhere here. Kinda creepy!
Need more pharmacists - it’s always a project dealing with the pharmacy.

The cashiers at the front are rude and not friendly. I much rather go to Walgreens down the street.
Went there once during a “blizzard” they were open. The women at the pharmacy were working hard and filling scripts and it was after the normal time I’d even think the pharmacy would even be open
Terrible customer service, constant problems filing prescriptions, their system is a mess, they are under-staffed and not friendly at all.
