I have never been so insulted in my life. First, the employee who shipped my package write my address and name wrong AND clicked abandon instead of return to sender as requested. Aka, my package containing hundreds of dollars is missing and they refuse to do anything about it or hold anyone accountable. When inquiring about my package and how the mistake happened a few weeks later, the employee on the phone laughed and hung up on me, then refused to give me his name or the name of the other employee. He blamed me for the error, refused any accountability, and disrespected me. I am so livid at the way in which the branch is handling their own error. They should be ashamed to even call themselves a service business.
Dont ship through this franchise because they will literally not help you what so ever if your package gets lost. I waited a whole month to find out that this place didn’t do there job and lost my package and had to settle for the $100 that they offer. The manager there also lied and said that the worker who took in my package had quit and later said that no one has been fired. The manager is also very good at keeping you on hold just to hang up if you are angry about them losing your package. Great job to them for reminding me why I will never use UPS in my entire life. Only use UPS if you want your package to be lost!
I was trying to do a return but I couldn’t because of the printer is not working, really disappointed
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service ever. Employees and owner have terrible attitudes and the worst customer service ever! DO NOT trust them with anything valuable!
Every time i go in the customer service and owners are very helpful.
Employee gave attitude when asking for help on returning packages, left and went somewhere that helped me so much more.
5 Stars for the young guy ONLY! he handled a huge line after me; where was the other guy with the beard? on the phone the whole time plus I went back again and he was a jerk to me he is in the wrong job. But the young guy was so nice to me I am disabled and hard of hearing...he was patient and kind and extremely good at his job...why isnt he in charge? lol See ya soon!
Ive recently started going there all the time as Ive started selling stuff online, usually once a day and theyre ALWAYS absolutely wonderful!! Ive interacted with everyone that works here, the manager, the owner, the staff and every one of them has gone above & beyond to be courteous & helpful. I am very impressed with them, its how a store should run!!
I went there with a prepaid shipping slip that includes packaging and boxing and the Manager that was helping me said he could not process this, but he could charge me for packaging and boxing if I paid for it onsite. I came with a printed shipping label and all the instructions printed directing them to what is called CAMS workflow. It tells them what to search for in the system and clearly states. You will not charge the customer for this transaction. You will receive payment on your monthly PRP. I had everything they needed, but Peter Weinstein ( Manager) could only give me one option. He can charge me onsite. He said the CAMS system was down. Why would I do that? Aside from all that he was not professional and basically said he cant help me. I then went to another UPS Store and they were fantastic. I informed the second store what just happened and they said the first store lied to me. The CAMS system they all use and it has been working fine and they havent had any issues recently. I dont know why Peter didnt want to help me, but I can only guess maybe they can charge me more for packaging and shipping onsite. Very disappointed and UPS should audit this store. Because I know I am not the first person they tried to take advantage of. Do not go here! Go to Salem, Marblehead, or Saugus.

Ive been using this UPS store for several years now and I think its wonderful! Ive never had problems with any of the packages Ive sent out through them - theyve always been received in a very timely manner and in perfect shape. I love the convenience of the store and there is ample parking available in close proximity. The staff has always been very friendly, professional and helpful. Ill definitely continue to use this store for all my shipping needs!
Convenient location at Vinnin Square—they get a lot of customers. The staff here is rude and disinterested. If it wasn’t close to home I wouldn’t go here!
Younger guy that works there always takes care of me and it’s always pleasant. The older one, I assume is the manager just by the way he carries himself, seems to hate the business he’s in. I’ve had friends and relatives go there and they say the same thing “he seems to be bother at the fact that I’m asking him a question”. God forbid you ask him an Amazon return related question. Go on a vacation my guy. Only reason they get two stars and not one, is the younger employee.
I recently moved back to the area and i have my packages re routed for pick up this location. service is always dry and not friendly, but more importantly, they do not follow COvid 19 safety guidelines. I am talking employees (older bold guy half asssing wearing a mask the mask barely hugged his face and his nose was exposed, they do not inforce the 6 customers inside at a time CDC guidline, and the straw that broke the camels back the two guys working tonights shift were not wearing masks. Avoid at all costs if you can, if you have to go here do just know you are putting yourself at risk
This ups store in Swampscott did an Amazing job! I had some original artwork I needed to ship and they were extremely helpful and the way they packed up my paintings for shipping was fantastic! They showed great care and made sure they were as protected as they possibly could be. They arrived without a scratch. I highly recommend this store and it’s professional staff! Thanks!

June 16, 2020 6:40pm ESTI arrived at the store only to be told by the young man working the counter that the system is down so you have to return tomorrow or go to a different UPS Store.I was there approx 20 mins before closing to drop off disconnected Verizon equipment.
UPS increased my shipping charges by over $20 AFTER my packages were delivered. They increased the weight on 2 packages from 5 to 10 lbs. The packages were weighed when I mailed them, and the shipping clerk did NOT say they were over 5 lbs. UPS seems to be charging a premium because of Covid19. If they are doing this, they should be up front about their costs, get customer approval, not charge you extra AFTER your packages are delivered without your agreement. Bad way to do business.
Not the closest to me. But easy parking, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are set for all, so what you pay is regulated across the board. They have all the supplies you’ll need. They extremely helpful and courteous.

Worst Customer Service EVER! They do not care about your package arriving on-time or all all! The owner is a jerk and his employees are useless! looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one who feels that way!
Im very pleased with the employees at this UPS. I am just very unpleased about UPS loosing my package. I paid $20 to ship a shirt to my customer and I sent it Jan.3 the customer never received the package so he placed an investigation to find it. My customer ended up canceling his order and I havent heard anything

Convenient and friendly environement
I went into the store to return something today at about 3:00 and the guy behind the counter was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He was very condescending and when I asked him for help with something he basically said well its up to you to figure it out. I asked if there was someone else that could help me and he said nope just me. I cannot believe someone like that is working in customer service and treating customers that way.
