They dont do there jobs correctly AT ALL! Its been 3 months since Ive purchased my car & still no license plates. Theyre unprofessional & they love to send out blank checks so you wont get your plates or title

Sold me a vehicle that needs a new catalytic converter, a primary speed sensor and a secondary speed sensor for a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander. They cleared the codes before I purchased the vehicle & not to mention the key they provided does not even unlock the doors so I had to call AAA my first nite with the vehicle! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! You’ll regret it

Went to many other used car shops trying to find a reliable car that was worth the price tag. The cars are reasonably priced. I can’t remember the guys names that helped, I think he was the owner possibly but he didn’t try to push any sales and gave us a heck of a deal. Couldn’t be any happier and so happy with my choice of coming here! Thank you yet again!

Buyer beware! Took complete advantage of my single mother in law who went here to buy a 2005 Ford truck. She knew that there was a bit of body rust, but nobody disclosed anything about the frame being rusted and painted over. After she purchased it, she took it to the car wash and later noticed that there were chunks missing from the frame. My husband looked it over and looks like someone had duct taped and spray painted over the rusted out holes in the frame. My husband has tried calling several times to get the issue resolved and no one will answer or call him back. This business is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. My mother-in-law is now out $5,000 for a rusted out truck.

Had a great experience here today with habash auto sales. I believe the owners name was mark. But he was awesome. Showed us a vatiety of options. Let us test drive what we wanted, and was so laid back but most of all honest and helpful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place at all, well except illinois state taxes but thats not his fault lol. He even gave us 40 dollars to get a new battery just in case. We bought a lincoln navigator. Love the vehicle. & love the customer service.

Bought a car, there was a problem right away. He cleared the codes and wont fix the car unless we pay for it. The part is 130.00. It will not pass emissions, how do you sell a car that wont pass emissions. How do you sell and not stand behind what you sell, at least for a week. This car had problems from the beginning and Mark knew it, but he wont fix it and sold a car knowing it needed work. I hope it was worth it Mark. When you say you will fix it, stand by what you say. Typical USED car salesman. Whos fault is it if you sold the car for what you paid for it. If we would have finances it for an additional 1000, then you would fix it for nothing....or so you say.Buyer beware...

Bought my Prius there 2 months ago. Lasted 1 week. Paid $4,000. Was told no mechanical issues. The next day my engine light is on. Im told 2 out of 4 cylinders are misfiring. I take it back..another 2 daya later sake issue. Then the cars entire hybrid system fails. It is no longer operable. I was told my Toyota it will cost more to fix it than buying an entire new car.

I bought a 1999 chevy s10 about a month ago from here. Was told the truck had a rebuilt engine with paperwork but when I arrived to look at the truck they told me someone had the paperwork and they were not there. They told me that they could send me pictures when they got it and a month later I still do not have it, I have reached out to them but have not gotten it yet. Also, when I arrived the truck had a cracked windshield which was not stated in the Facebook add in which I found out about the truck which is not a huge deal. I ended up buying the truck and was told it had a clean title but when I arrived at the DMV they let me know that the truck had a repossessed title. All in all not extremely pleased with the place but I am going to give it two stars not one since I have been driving the truck for about a month and have not had any issues with it.

My husband and I went to check out a couple of vans at Swansea location we saw online. The salesman had to jump one of them and stated they have been sitting for a while. The other one things on the inside start falling apart 😳.Understandable yet not something people want to see or focus on when trying to purchase a vehicle. Thats the risk with used cars but no thanks.
