The sales staff and the installation team at Collins & Sons Flooring all deserve A+ grades. They were all professional and did and incredible job on helping me choose the right product for my rooms. Sean came out and measured and recommended types of flooring. I cant say enough about the transformation and the marvelous job Rick and Josh did at installing my new floors and floorboards. They also cleaned up at the end of each day which was an added bonus. Thank you to the whole Collins team. We will be back. I wouldnt hesitate sending anyone there.

Tom installed all of my new carpeting, and did a FANTASTIC job. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture, and did it perfectly. I could not have asked for better workers, or professionalism.

Collins & Sons did an excellent job on replacing our bathroom flooring and the carpet throughout our living room, bedrooms and hallway. Had a couch cleaned last week. Jvon was extremely professional and efficient. He showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, confirmed the cost, and got to work. Very pleased with the results.

Couldn’t have been more disappointed in the outcome of this transaction. The installation process has been absolutely horrid. As expensive as flooring is these days, your expectations are that it will be installed in a proper and professional manner. If you need to train your installers, then you should buy your own flooring and have them practice in the store before going out to customers homes. Its taken the crew they sent out to install my floor about 3 weeks to complete a 3 day job. Many things they did had to be redone. They took many shortcuts that shouldn’t have been taken including trying to use pieces of the old flooring and trim that doesn’t even come close to matching the new flooring. I recently had a whole new kitchen put in and after the installers left one day I noticed they used the new sink as a trash can when there was one sitting just a few feet away. I had to scrape out and scoop up a very large handful of gobs of white glue they had just thrown into the sink! How more unprofessional can you be? They cut over 6 boards in the master bedroom too short and they are actually here now replacing those. And the bad thing about it is, once the sales staff takes your money, in my case its Sean Collins, they pretty much just ghost you. I have sent Sean several emails since this nightmare of an installation began and have not received a single reply from him. When he was in the process of selling me the flooring, he typically always replied in just a few hours - funny how that works. Its obvious at times that he forwards my emails or messages to the installation dept or whatever but when your problem is with the installers then obviously you want to know the person that sold you the flooring is working on getting your issues resolved. If Collins wishes to hire independent contractors to do their installations then they should make sure the ones they hire are properly trained and professional.

Had them do a whole house cleaning prior to move out...shout out to Jvon Morris for his attitude, energy, attention to detail and customer service. Jvon was friendly, polite, courteous...and even redid a couple of areas because he wasnt satisfied with the results after the first attempt. Awesome!

Collins Flooring has a great staff and excellent products! Its a family-owned business that has been there for generations. Tim Collins taught us about flooring options and showed us products that were just right for us. My Mom was in a local rehab facility so Tim provided several sample boards that we could take to show her. After we made the selections and our order, the Collins scheduler worked with us to get an expedited installation. Two men worked for 3 days to get the project done. They did a beautiful job and left no mess. The floor was done just in time for Mom to come home to a beautiful floor! The Collins Flooring experience was excellent!

I had Mr Collins come out and give us a bid on flooring. I picked Collins knowing Terry and Roxie from years ago. So fast forward!!!On Monday Rick and Chris arrived and for the next 5 days they were so professional, they transformed my dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom into a beautiful job well done.They totally cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving and were awesome working together.Thank you so much

Collins was wonderful to work with. We had to match previous carpet colors in two rooms. Neither is a currently popular color, and so this was a real challenge. Lynn simply never gave up looking till she found the right ones. I actually contacted four different companies as I began these projects, but none of the others approached Collinss commitment to get the job done for us. We are 100% satisfied and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for future projects.

We had engineered hard wood and carpeting installed throughout our house recently, and we couldnt be happier! Collins installers moved our heavy furniture and did an extremely high quality job of installing the replacement flooring. What made it so hard of an installation is that they had to remove our older flooring in the dining room first before they could install the new hardwood. That was very difficult work for them, but they did it perfectly! We recommend them to anyone contemplating new carpet or hardwood in this area. Tim and his team did a great job on the recommendation and installation of commercial carpeting for our offices. I will definitely recommend Collin to our friends and business associates.

I have an uneven entryway that needs to be re-surfaced somehow. I sent a request to FlooringAmerica to see if I could arrange for a flooring professional to come out and look at what Ive got. We have old wooden rectangular tiles and they have all started to come loose. When they built this house back in 1980, it appears that the main water line into the house bulges the floor in the entryway. I need to find out if the underlying surface can be evened out. I was encouraged to drop by the store, but I dont want to do that and have to explain this situation over and over again to different people and then explain it again to the work crew. As a result, we never did business together, although I would like to.
