Great place especially to find the hard to find tools! Customer service is great there, if they dont have what your looking for just ask. Also great place to sell your tools for good money and get them out of the garage! No dealing with Craigslist or the like they do all the work for you.

Brian is one of the nicest store owners I have ever dealt with on a regular basis. Great place to buy or sell. The prices are extremely fair. You never know what youre going to find here. Great shop with lots of variety. Ive been able to save $$ on anything from just needing 1 socket to buying a power tool that I need but will use infrequently. Also, they stand by their products even though theyre used. I had a hedge trimmer die on me soon after purchase and they provided a new one with now hassle. Nice people too.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought something online to “reserve” it, and between that time and me traveling an hour to go pick it up, they sold the item I “reserved” to someone in store. What really bugs me is that they asked if I received the email for my refund from PayPal which I obviously didn’t. My question is, why not a simple phone call or send an email yourself? There was no offering of a discount to come back or anything like that. I would just be very aware of their business practices and obviously should call to make sure they don’t sell your item to someone else. Waste of my time and gas.
