We were regular customers when we lived in Bristol, RI a decade ago. We started following Eskimo King on Instagram last month and that was enough to inspire us to take the 2+hour ride from Springfield today. The Coffee Toffee Walkaway Sundae was almost too much for me. So good. ;-)🧁🍨🍦🍧

I discovered Eskimo King during its closing week for winter and I’m so sad to have not discovered it earlier to be able to have enjoyed it all summer! They have so many different flavors of soft serve ice cream. I got Carmel with a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It was SO GOOD! One thing to know is they are cash only. There is an ATM out front but you have to pay a fee so make sure to bring your own money.

Great local spot for ice cream. They have an extensive menu with different ice cream and toppings. Nice little playground and chairs to kill some time after eating.

Quick service right off the main road. Theres an insane amount of soft serve flavors in addition to some hard ice cream options.

You can count Eskimo King as one of my favorite places!!So many choices of ice cream and so friendly with reasonable prices and outdoor seating! I had been wanting a hot fudge sundae and finally got one there last night. 🍧

Literally every flavor imaginable of soft serve. They also chocolate dip and cherry dips for it that were very good. Only two complains would be the dips could be thicker as they were barely on there and then the waffle cones are not very good. It would be amazing if they had homemade waffle cones.

Unbelievable selections of flavors. Wife wanted black raspberry with chocolate chips (they had hard AND soft available) and I had old fashion vanilla soft serve!Great service and prices!

Ice cream is ok. Lines move slowly due to their set up. Workers are very friendly. Dont take credit cards just cash which is a huge inconvenience especially with the pandemic and coin shortage. Im a bigger fan of ice cream barn.

The ice cream was great,the girl who served us however was a little bit rude. The Eskimo King has a play area for the kids with chairs for adults to sit on a nice green grassy area, plenty parking and not really long wait time in line.

There were mannnny options which is both time consuming and exciting. They don’t do scoops; its all soft serve, and if you get multiple flavors, its blended together, not seperate.

How can you not love a place that has 325 flavors? All pretty mediocre but 10/10 for the operation.

I like Eskimo King. Ive been going there for years! I was coming back from Colt State Park in Bristol RI, another great Ocean side park. And decided o could use an ice cream cone! My friend suggested Eskimo key an I immediately jumped at the chance!I was glad that they were open despite the pandemic. They have around 35 flavors of soft serve and a lot of flavors of hard ice cream with tins of sundae options. People were socially distancing with masks with six foot markers on the ground to help enforce it. They have a large parking lot and a grassy are with a small playground for kids. You can even take a picture in a Eskimo King face cut out, of which I took took full advantage of. I had a chocolate soft serve and my friend had watermelon sherbet with chocolate jimmy s which I found strange but surprisingly delicious! My cone was delicious as well! The staff was quick and courteous and moved the line along quickly. So if you happen to be on the corner of the 136 and rte 6 look for an big ice cream cone and stop in for some great refreshment

Excellent ice cream, a little bit expensive, but a nice environment for children - lots of grass and play-ground fun for the kids, and grass and chairs for the adults. Recommended.

Best lemon ice cream around. Throw it in a chocolate dipped waffle cone and its perfection. I consider myself to be something of a Rhode Island ice cream connoisseur and Eskimo king is always at the top of my list.

Come here if you want some soft serve reminiscent of childhood. Located off of Route 6 in Swansea, MA, you will almost always find a very efficient line wrapping around the stand on a warm summer evening. I got the Smores Campfire Sundae, because I couldnt resist the combo of hot fudge, graham crackers, and some delicious vanilla swirl.The good:-Very thick soft serve. Super creamy and not too sweet.-They have over 300 flavors. Anything you can think of, they have. Oreo cheesecake? They have it. Peanut butter and jelly? They have it. White chocolate cranberry truffle? Yep, thats a flavor too. The sheer amount of choice available was almost overwhelming.The bad:-I wish the environment was nicer. They had a swing set and a large rock to sit on, but there werent any benches or other outdoor seating. We ended up standing on some grass as we ate our ice cream and finished it up in the car. The view of traffic zooming by us on Route 6 wasnt the most beautiful. They have a large expansive grassy area and some people brought chairs and blankets (A+ for planning ahead). I just wish Eskimo King provided some benches to sit on. Is that too much to ask?

Great hidden gem of Southeastern Massachusetts. With over 300 different flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt there is something for everyone. Eskimo King is especially great on hot summer nights. Bring your friends and have an ice cream night.

One of my new favorite ice cream places. They have sugar free mossetracks and I love the flavor. They have a whole bug board of soft serve thats very good as well. I highly recommend going.

Personally love getting an avalanche, its same as a blizzard from dairy queen. First time I came here I was amazed with how many different choices of ice cream they have, 3+ full boards of them. Go here for ice cream, youll be happy you came.

Id never been there before yesterday (9/3/20) ... Lots of flavor choices ... If the rest are as good as the White Chocolate Truffle, then I look forward to returning ...

Eskimo King is a great place to visit for anyone looking to try a variety of flavors of ice cream. They have a large selection of soft serve and ice cream flavors, so you wont be bored quickly here!In addition to ice cream, they have a small playground for kids to play on, though it is not accessible for children with physical disabilities. The playground has woodchips spread all over it and the parking lot has crushed seashells spread throughout, so this is also something to be mindful of for those using assistive technology and/or strollers.

This place is open seasonally. I believe they really close up earlier than they should (being a local). I believe the hard ice cream is homemade (that could be inaccurate) and there are many kinda of soft serve. They have a great sundae type menu. This place only takes cash and, conveniently, there is an ATM at the diner next door. There is a small playground w park benches for kids and Adirondack chairs for adults. Its on a very busy road/highway but the playground is behind the parking lot. There is always a wait, even on cooler days or in the rain. Conveniently located off 195. I usually get vanilla soft serve w jimmies, and I dont taste much vanilla. It sort of just tastes plain. Having grown up eating soft serve and having tried many places, Id say this place is the most expensive and the least flavorful for soft serve. The shakes are always thin even when you request a thicker shake (leave the shakes to Newport Creamery). The sales team is usually friendly; young female teens working for the summer. I think that really counts. Do any of the negatives keep me from Eskimo King? Nope!

Hard time to choose which flavor ice cream to have. Great fast service, even with the long lines! Easy access, plenty of parking spaces and places to sit and enjoy our goodies. Even had lactose free aka vegan choices.

The girls at the counter dont really seeing to know all the types and kind of ice cream they sell. So my choices were poor. Not coming back! Still a nice clean place, and good prices.

The gazillion flavors of softserve to choose from is what makes this place special. EZ access from the highway too. Quick friendly service.

For someone who has worked in the food industry around her nut allergy for three years, Eskimo King does not accommodate people who have allergies. Also, learning that they refuse to sanitize scoops as well as not providing any alternatives for customers have dietary restrictions is truly appalling. Especially in a pandemic where sanitization is key, this is very concerning. So, if you have any kind of allergy, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere and support other local businesses.

The amount of flavors is unbelievable. Im not sure how they flavor the vanilla or chocolate soft serve into so many flavors. They have a variety of sundaes and have waffles cones. The ice cream is tasty but overpriced. Overall, it is a place we go to a few times every Summer.
