We love Toys R Us the only problem is is that I bought a hatchimal for my son and it was a penguin one and nothing was broken he opened it I bought on 22nd he opened on the 24th for another one even though it was broken and it came from their store it really bothers me that at this point ToysRUs does not care about the children or anyting all they care about is getting rid of their merchandise and thats it its sad to see a company that was once all about making children and families happy turn up this way because theyre so miserable and upset they losing their jobs my child crying but yeah it did not matter to them they dont care. But you do still have other stores out there like ones in New Hampshire that actually do care about the children so as long as you go to the right Toys R Us youll have a good experience they are closed in this month so if you need anything make sure you get it now prices are not dropping any lower as in not getting any more shipments in at all their warehouses are almost empty so once that items are gone thats it did basically down to selling the hardware that they hold their toys and products up on so theyre pretty much done but they do have some stuff in stock and I do recommend that you go to the one in New Hampshire to go to the people still care about the kids the staff is amazing in New Hampshire its worth the drive I hope this helps have a great day. I visited the Swansea location for the going out of business sale. So sad to see such an iconic place closing. I was able to find some great deals at 60% off. Unfortunately the regular prices were just to high. I have always loved the Christmas wish books and they did run some great sales. Tru will be missed!

Gotta love Toys R Us. Ive been shopping here since I was a kid. My parents used to take me here. My brother and I would look forward to going here for days. We would walk in the store and it was like a dream come true. They have every toy under the sun that your child could possibly want. But the toys are quite expensive. Unfortunately they are going out of business in May 2018. But so far no going out of business sales yet and its early May now. So if your child wants something particular Id go get it now. Even if its for Christmas because this childrens wonderland wont be around much longer.

It was okay, late afternoon on a Sunday. Helpful employee on the floor, the cashier at the front seemed she was tried and didnt want to be there. Good selection ok prices.

After all of my Black Friday shopping, Id have to say this one employee kept popping into my head. She was at this ToysRUs! Her name was Donna, she was upfront helping associates with registers. After 3 hours standing in line she was so helpful and pleasant, even though she looked like shed been dragged through the mud! I went to multiple stores on Black Friday and not one worker was as nice to me as she was! Staff there was accommodating and helpful, all of them! The store is always clean and orderly. No one ever gave me a brush off or pointed a finger to where a product was located!I have 4 kids, I will be back there before Christmas~!

NO STARS!!!!I called to ask about someones baby registry and the phone rang more than 25 times! No exaggeration!! Then a young girl answered and lo and behold, she was NEW!!! I told her what I wanted and she said, hang on Ill go ask my manager ! I hung on approx 10 minutes!!! She came back, apologized for the long wait, asked me the name on registry, the spelling, then told me to hang on again!! I couldnt get past hanging on for more than 5 minutes this time, I hung up!! Dont call there expecting good customer service!! Its not happening!!!

The place with more toys than Walmart and target but at a much higher price. It would be good if they lower the price to compete with Amazon or eBay.

So sad that this store is closing... Even in their liquidation sale i seem to be spending too much money on little things ..

I have called this location daily for one week and not once have been connected... I have 3 children and spend on average 3000 a year between there birthdays and Christmas presents.... I will take my business else where

Price liquidation was a joke....the item we purchased was actually slightly worn from employees using the items to have a race ( we bought pogo sticks and per the cashier a bunch of employees including the manager had races with the pogo sticks) and they would not discount the items any more than the 10% at the time....

So terribly sad toys r us is closing
