Besides lengthy wait and not answering phone, the work is perfect. Once they came they worked till everything was done. Ive had my awnings 5 years they still are holding up. (Canvas awnings.)Prices are reasonable and they work with you. I appreciate their business because its local.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews. Our awning has always been installed early and in a timely manner. We also are one of the last people to have it taken down, which is fine with me. They do a good job. My only complaint is the awnings arent cleaned when they are stored. Our awning isnt that old, but it is dirty and already looks like it needs replaced.

Ive consistently used McCloy Awning Company for my awnings (at the front of my house); and McCloy has provided really excellent products and services; the awnings are well-made and sturdy. They look super on the front of my house, and are very helpful in keeping my house cool in hot sunny weather. MANY THANKS to McCloy Awning Company.

Terrible company. My father passed away in the fall. I didnt know who he used so I called Mccloy. I should have know they werent reliable when they were the only ones available. Have to be despite to use them! Their whole demeanor changed when I told the no we didnt want new awnings. Just bring the old ones back. My mom has been waiting for over a month just to drop them off. Keep saying they will be there. Still have not been dropped off. The owner Sandy needs a lesson on customer service!

As other reviewers have said, OK McCloy Awnings has abysmal customer service. We inherited an awning contract with them when we bought a house. They were nearly a month late installing the awning, even though I had confirmed the time that they were scheduled to come, because, as the unfriendly secretary said, We didnt have a lot of awning to install that week, so we just waited until we had more. I had to call twice before they would come install it, and then again for them to come take it down.They also quoted us a price for a new awning that we thought was quite high, and when I told them so and that we would be taking our business elsewhere, they said Fine, but you need to come pick up the awning. I own my own business as well, and I am appalled by their careless attitude toward their customers.

Awesome service in a difficult business. Matching customer expectations to a large workload in a short time frame is not easy and often thankless. So thank you for the service.

Customer service is always nasty and disrespectful. The company never puts up the awnings on time saying they never received our installation date. Total b.s for how much they charge. Will not return as a customer.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I scheduled my awning to be installed in early June. When they failed to install it by July, I began calling them. I left several phone messages and none were returned. I am taking my business elsewhere.

WE have been a customer since 1998. This year didnt get it put up for memorial day as requested. Really upset.
