I was a little nervous the first time I went to the office. Really didnt want to admit I needed hearing aides. I felt comfortable from the first step in when I was greeted with a smile. I have been using Beltone hearing aides for several years. I have been at the Sycamore Beltone office for about 4 years I think. I just bought new ones that are amazing. The Amaze by Beltone is amazing.i can’t not say enough about this hearing aide. Kristen was amazing in answering my email over the holiday when the office was closed. She is concise & is so good at explaining in simple terms what you need to know & do. The Sycamore office is AMAZING! See Kristin & be AMAZED :)

I have been using Beltone hearing aids for more than 15 years starting out in Sun City Arizona with my first pair. Since then I have been a patron at the Beltone hearing center in Rockford Illinois for several years. Recently, two years ago we moved to DeKalb, Illinois, and have been a very happy customer at the Sycamore Beltone hearing center. Over the years, I have had 3 sets of hearing aids and have been most pleased, especially when I talk with other people using hearing aids from a different source.I have found the Sycamore store to be well kept and clean. The receptionist/Secretaries have always treated me as a long time friend with welcoming attitudes. Kristin Kucala has been my Technician for tase past two years and is always very professional and thorough when I visit the store for adjustments. In addition she takes the time to be very interested as to how I am doing with my devices, plus what I am doing to maintain my health. Kristin is a credit to the Beltone Company. Suffice it to say that I have recommended Beltone hearing devices for many years, and most recently the Beltone hearing center in Sycamore Illinois
