Ive ordered a variety of food from this restaurant and have always been happy with the quality, amount, taste, and consistency of everything I have ever eaten from there. This is strictly pickup and delivery (which is perfect these days), and the times quoted are dependable. Cheerful staff, good prices. Good food.

Beer nuggets were so hard you couldnt even bite them. Didnt try the pizza left that up to someone else.

I ordered a 12 inch pizza and a Italian beef with cheese and grilled onions. They told me about 45 minutes and it ended up being a hour and a half. The food was cold and nasty and this will be the very last time I order from them. Dont waste your time or money on this place!!!

I ordered the Meat Lovers pizza, pan crust, and the bread sticks with the garlic butter. The guy who took my order was right: the garlic butter slaps (I had to look that up...)Thats all that was good. The pizza was terrible. Mediocre from the first bite. Doughy and flavorless. The bread sticks: just the same. I was so disappointed because I have had so much amazing food from Italian Dreams in the past. Their pasta, mozz sticks, fries, garlic bread, absolutely great. But the pizza and breadsticks? AWFUL.Im hoping it was an off night, but still, I dont think Ill order pizza from them again. Pasta? Absolutely.That being said: make your own opinion. Order pizza or what you want, and make your own opinion. Mine is not yours, and vice versa.

Weve ordered from here for years and have never had any issues. Our pizzas have always been delivered nice and hot and within the normal time they say it will. Customer service is great, they always reapeat the order back to you to make sure they have everything correct. We love the thin crust and the sauce! If you like chicken wings, youll love theirs! Theyre nice and crispy and the breading is amazing! They have just the right amount of spice and are always nice and juicy, never overly fatty. We decided to get a little adventurous and tried the Taco pizza. It was amazing! We would have never thought that you could have a pizza like that, but Italian Dreams did it! I highly recommend giving it a try.

Majorly underwhelmed by this pizza 🍕 but I’m willing to give it a second chance sometime down the road. The team that handled the order was SUPER kind, friendly, and helpful. I ordered on a Friday night and they were excellent in making sure the pizza was ready for pickup at the selected time.However the pizza itself, despite the picture, was not good...not even close. At the end of the day, I’d give the pizza a 5.2 out of 10. The crust and undercarriage were undercooked pretty significantly, which is strange because it was a thin crust pie. It tasted like hot cafeteria pizza, literally nothing special about the sauce & herbs mix, plus the cheese blend was fairly forgettable.By comparison, the pizza that I was served was slightly better than good gas station pizza.

They have the Best pizza in town awesome sauce!I couldnt keep Lily away! I highly recommend the clam chowder on Fridays! I have ordered from there 2-3 times a week i have now stopped going when i had a problem i asked the owner to call me i never got a call then i waited there fot 25 min waiting to talk to him the next time i ordered he never found it a priority to talk to me i said plz let him know i am now even more upset being kept waiting and being ignored abd my dinner getting cold have him call i am still waiting he never called me till this day he lost very great customers! I wont be back ill be going elsewhere a few times a week!!! They went from 5stars to 1 very disappointed! !!...

Pizza is great, but their timing is a bit off. Need to adjust their customer expectations on weekends. Just add 20 minutes to their wait time and youll be fine.

Good food, great service. Whatever you do, if you want delivery, dont order it through a third-party delivery service like UberEats or Door Dash. Often times, UberEats and Door Dash wont pick up your food, yet theyll charge you anyway, and at a mark-up too. Call the store for delivery, and if theres even the slightest issue with your order, the owner will personally see to it that any and all issues will be resolved, and youll leave satisfied, and wanting to come back.

I frequently ordered from Italian Dreams through Uber eats. I have supported your restaurant For years, especially during the pandemic. I ordered from you almost weekly.I waited over an hour and a half for food the other day, and I had people at my house. The food never arrived yet I got charged anyway!I tried calling the restaurant and got no answer, and no one ever contacted me to let me know what was going on.I am a loyal customer, but you just lost my business. It was not my fault, and I would have just driven there to go and pick it up except again I had people over at my house!!It just goes to show that no matter how loyal a customer is, there are certain places that do not appreciate the business and could care less. There are hundreds of pizza places around! I guess I’ll have to find a new one.

Two stars for nice customer service. However, the pizza was terrible for the price. Very bread like dough, way to much of that and little little toppings. Ordered the crab pizza. Its fake crab so come on, put a little more on it its cheap! Barely had any on it. Ridiculous price for that pizza. Should have been covered in the fake crab. Total rip off. Dough was not great either. Flour heavy flavor and thick, dense quality.

My family has been getting pizza here for the last 15 years. Excellent pizza that is cooked to our specifications (we like the pizza a little overcooked with pepperoni on top of the cheese).Very delicious, and the staff is great.

Hot fresh food.

Ive been doing business with a Italian dreams for a number of years. They always deliver a high quality product at a reasonable price. When I ask them to do something they get it done. I use it personally and I use it for functions at my place of business. If they were a baseball team you can actually say they hit it out of the park every time.

Food was great and my 79 yr old neighbor loved the pizza I got her thanks for the speedy service

I don’t like having to give negative feedback, but when it is necessary I do it so others know to stay away and not get taken. The pizza is horrible. We asked for the pizza to be well done and the top is burned, but the crust is chewy, not sure how one accomplished that. The wings are garbage “wing zings” bought from Gordon’s, but they charge like they are high quality homemade wings. I cannot believe how much we were charged for this garbage, definitely not food someone should be proud to sell. It seems to be a trend in the Genoa and Sycamore area for pizza places, what gives? Is it lazy employees? Careless owners? I don’t get.

Great tasting pizza, love the flavor of the sauce. I will say it is a bit in the greasy side though, but guess its just from all the yummy cheese.

Usually the pizza and service are good. Unfortunately the last take out pizza order was overdone/burned and took real long to get. Hopefully it was just a bad night for the staff.

Best pizza in the DeKalb/Sycamore area, and right up there with the best pizza in Chicagoland area. The crust is excellent, the sauce has just the right amount of zest, and the cheese is always very flavorful. Their signature pizza (the Italian dream) has just the right combination of ingredients and flavor.

They are very unprofessional ! i ordered a vegitable pizza ! when i opened pizza it was all cheezy i coundt see any vegitables on it! second it was not properly cooked ! i give 0 out of 10 ! i wasted my 45 dollars, but coundt eat a single slice of pizza ! i dont want take any risk to my health by eating unprepared pizza thanks! now i would go back to california and will eat delicious piza from there

Its the best pizza and wings around. Only had one bad experience due to the delivery driver being careless with my pizzas. I called and notified the manager, within 20min. I had two fresh pizzas at my door! Great people and great food. Highly recommended!!

The pizza was delicious. Tired of eating from big chains, and not wanting to order from the must-be-drunk pizza places in DeKalb, I found Italian Dreams. The people there were prompt, polite, and accurate, the pizza and appetizers were rated as delicious by eveyone, and it was all perfectly priced.The most notable thing, though, is that the pizza was also perfect when eaten cold the next day.
