Just got my car back yesterday from having it repaired but today shortly after filling up my check engine light came on. I stopped right in and asked if they could help and a man gladly got his gadget for that process and told me that it was very common and that I needed a fuel cleaner. He set me up with that and some nice glass cleaner and a towel and I went right out and poured it into my tank. Thank you so much, I hope that does the trick. Super friendly and very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 11/01/2020 I was shopping for a car battery I decided I would stop at AutoZone Auto Part on W. Alexis Rd in Sylvania OH . Upon entering the Auto Parts Store I was greeted by a manager and auto clerk name Brent. He asked How could he assist me? In which I reply im looking to buy a car battery. He not only help me with purchasing a car battery plus accessory needed for it, he switched the car batteries then asked me to start my car. Brent, Thank you for Outstanding customer service!

If you cant find what your looking for, go up to the counter and tell them what you need they will find it. If its not in stock, they will order it for you. My step dad and my 2 brothers go here when something happens to their vehicles.

The personal at this Auto Zone know their products and know what works better for the model vehicle you need help with. I needed new wiper blades for my 2014 Buick Regal . They sell six different models. I asked what he would suggest. Instead of selling me the most expensive blades, he sold me the blades he has used on his vehicles for years. He explained that these blades hug the windshield and stay tight to the glass in high winds with heavy rain. He had me sold right there. But when he told me how long these blades last, I could not pass them up. Went out, installed them in their parking lot. Ran the wipers with the sprayers, cleaned the glass great. Had some bugs that were taken off with the first swipe. Sorry for the long winded review. But its not to often when youre talked out a purchasing the high dollar item, I think its worth letting the public know.

This location of AutoZone is the bomb. Anthony was super kind and helpful and I cant say enough wonderful things about him. He will take care of you!

Went here mistakenly because I thought I got my battery here. However once I said I thought the problem was electrical they didnt bother to test it (it was draining within a day) just said I should go to a shop. I was able to get my wipers and fluid though.After that I took it to Advance and they tested the battery turns out it was in fact fried.

Come here often! Sales people always courteous and knowledgeable. Never fail to meet or beat competition prices. Have always had the part I needed.

Manager was very courteous and helpful. The staff was very helpful as well. I had a small repair adjustment that needed done and it was quite cold outside and they were very helpful to help me with that and may that repair for me. They explained how they were going to do it before the begin so I could do it in the future if I felt I wanted to and also that they could through this again if need be if I didnt want to do it. All in all I would go back here again to this location even though its not the closest one to me and I do like the one that is close to me.

My daughter had purchased wiper blades at AutoZone for her 2010 Chevy Malibu and they did not fit. I took them back to an AutoZone near me which was not the original story of purchase. I did not have the Chevy available so I took the passenger side wiper arm in along with the incorrect blades. The gentleman who helped me took one look at the wiper arm that I brought in and the blades and realised immediately that they were incorrect for that vehicle. I did not have the original receipt but there was absolutely no problem exchanging them out for the correct blades. This salesperson was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. This was the best experience Ive had at AutoZone in The Last 5 Years.

Amazing staff! I had a broken window wiper during a terrible winter storm. It had an odd connecter and an unusual size. It was not only the only store that had the wiper in my area, but the manager helped me get it on my car. Even though we were in the middle of a terrible storm. These guys are THE best!

Call AutoZone on Alexis Road in Sylvania ask for a water pump for a 1993 Chevy Silverado girl tried to tell me they didnt make a Silverado in 93 needless to say OReillys have my water pump!#done

Our niece broke down there 2 1/2 hrs in massive heat. They let her stay in the a/c and call us until we arrived. They were so helpful. If u ever worry about your kids, hope they break down there lol. Thanks so much :)

Id like to recognize Michelle B. Were from out of state and our car broke down in Sylvania at the McDonalds. We soon figured out our starter went out in the car, we called this Auto Zone to get prices for a starter, she gave us a price and also helped us find a local mechanic that would put the starter on for us. Just wanted to give a shout to Michelle B and let her know we truly do appreciate everything she did for us!

Store is good, but there is one guy in particular that works there that drove me from returning. He has been condescending to me every time I have the misfortune to be helped by him, which always just ends in me leaving to go to a different store to get what I need.

I bought windshield wipers here and the guy put them on the wrong sides (they are different sizes) I got stuck in a storm a couple days later and my driver side wiper flew off because it was catching on the passenger side.
