Service took care of my minor requests on the spot that helped me to avoid purchasing tools to do the work myself. It was a painless experience.

They have great service and friendly staff but unfortunately I think ownership is trying to make a political statement. They dont wear masks or enforce any of the countys pandemic guidelines. A sign on the door says they dont wear masks because of the chemicals they work with, which is the exact opposite of what would make sense (if you work with harsh chemicals, you would already be wearing PPE, not actively avoiding wearing it). Smells like redhat shenanigans to me.

What a great shop. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m visiting from out of town, and they were able to service my bike same day. I know where I’ll be going from now on for my bike needs when I’m in town!

Why no masks? Is this a political statement or just laziness and stupidity? Service was otherwise okay, but mask wearing should be followed. Especially now with a rise in cases. I wouldnt recommend this store when there are other good ones out there who actually care about community health.

I am totally impressed by this place! Their level of service is as good as any Ive ever experienced. Theyve done a bunch of work on my bike due to a couple of mishaps Ive experienced. One example of their honesty: I was convinced that the spring was broken on my rear caliper. The replacement was over $100. Brian, the owner, looked at it and discovered it was just disconnected and charged me $10 to fix it. He could have totally ripped me off based on my lack of knowledge, but he didnt. Wish I had found this place earlier. I previously purchased some accessories online. I found the same items in their store for comparable prices, sometimes even less. Awesome place!!

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Justin was superb with his customer service. My wife and I stopped in to shop new bikes for our 2 and 4 year old. With all the questions and phone calls we placed, never once did Justin so much as sigh at me. He even took the time to make sure to show me how to properly put the kids helmets on.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and a nicely laid out showroom. I was able to test ride different bikes before my purchase of a Santa Cruz Chameleon, stand, pads, and some tools for potential trailside service.

Not a very family friendly place. I was going to spend a couple of hundred dollars during my visit. My 12 year old son was looking at a bike on the show room floor on display. He was yelled at for touching it. If your bikes break from general inspection then you shouldn’t sell them. I put the stuff on the counter and left. I will never go back and I will make sure everybody I know doesn’t either. Horrible service.

So once again Brian and Justin at Spoke Life in Sylvania helped me out. This time they got me into a 2017 Cannondale Bad Habit 2. First of all, they answered my never ending questions and as always brought great knowledge and experience to the table to help me select the correct bike to fit my needs. Secondly after a couple rides at JP/OP and Island lake I am in love with this bike. The full squish plus sized tire bike is a beast and puts up with my Clydesdale stature stomping away on the pedals. So guys thank you so much again for all your help, patience, & enthusiasm.

ALWAYS help me get into the right bike at the best price. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and will help you find the right bike to suit your needs, build and fit the bike to you. Also, they have handled any and all maintenance I have needed, from, a flat, to tune ups to frame replacement due to a crash. I have bought 4 bikes from Spoke life cycles including a $1300 Trek Superfly MTB, $1800 Cannondale CAAD 8, $5000 Cannondale Super six Hi Mod, and a $10,000 Cannondale Super Six EVO Hi Mod Team Edition, all have exceeded my expectations. You do not have to spend the money I have, but QUALITY bikes are sold here and serviced by quality technicians.
