So far the best dealership out there. Alam our saleman is the nicest, professional and most efficient person we ever dealt with in our 20 years of leasing. After checking with our previous dealership (name not to be mentioned..Baron Nissan) because of loyalty. They said that no way we can get in to a 2020 car for the similar payments that we have now.I decided to look elsewhere for a dealership that will suit our needs for the 2 cars we were seeking to lease. I used my companys auto buying program and it led me to the internet sales department where John Shillock reached out to me. We conversated over emails and he quoted me prices via email. John assured that when I go to the dealership, that everything we discussed will be in our customer notes. We went to the dealership and immediately we were greeted by Alam. He knew who we were and had all the paperwork in place to start the process. During the process several other people came to meet with Alam ( hes good), he met with them BUT he never made you feel like hes not working with you. Hes definitely a multitasker..(BTW, Alam sold about 6 cars in the 3 hours we were there)..The finance manager Theresa was also very friendly and helpful. She processed our 2 leases in no time. The cars were prepped and we were on our way. We will definitely recommend Legend Nissan and Alam. I do hope that they honor the customers loyalty when we go back in a few years to renew our leases.

The salesman Chris excellent very accommodating friendly took care of us,The finance department is a different story which is why I won’t be back. I paid the first payment and when I went in to pick up my car finance said oh your credit came out with a different payment 30.00 more per month which is 1,300 over the course of the loan. Someone should of called us telling us that and I would of put my wife on the car. Don’t tell me that couldn’t of been done a simple call could of saved me over 1,300Dollars. Oh and the 500 bucks in fees that no one told us about. Basically you Nissan pulled a fast one on us, I’m very unhappy

Theyre not professional.We had silly argument with a staff in charge of used car. Their price policy for used car is different from Toyota, and they put two kinds of additional cost on top of the car price, and it can be about USD 3,000.-.He explained that the cost included renewing tires and brake pads.The car which we got was lease car before. He said we would not need to change them in two years because they renewed.Were disappointed on the day we picked up the car because the grove of front tires were almost gone.After I complained to him, he kept making silly and cheap excuse.Their (not only a guy but also other staff) explanation was not logical and out of the point.This is not comment that we blame LEGEND NISSAN.We would like them to do what they said / promised to customers.We strongly recommend you to record all their conversation / explanation with mobile phone.

I went into to get synthetic oil change, four wheel alignment, and brake fluid exchange service. Catherine who was on the second week of working at Nissan was amazing to deal with. She offered me courtesy oil change due to my purchase of the car from Legend dealership. She confirmed all the prices before I went a head with anything. She was very clear, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with overall. Overall amazing service, I will not be getting my Sentra serviced anywhere else. I hope she continues to work at this Nissan service center !

Picked up a Cert preowned 2019 Rogue SL this week. Love the car and happy w/pricing for the most part once it was all said & done. Havent purchased a car since 2008 and was dreading the process but everything went pretty smooth and I couldnt really ask for a better experience.My salesman was Jose Castillo, who was a pleasure to work with. Although new in his role, showed a lot of potential & demonstrates great people skills & the ability to build rapport.On a side note, Adam, the GM is hands on and runs a solid operation. Hes very transparent and is a true professional. If there are any issues, big or small, hell address it and offer immediate solutions. This is NOT one of those dealerships that dodge you and hide from you once the sale is complete. Its evident that they want you apart of their family long term and they have personally demonstrated that with me and theyve earned my business for any and all future purchases.I hope this review can help people make the right choice to check out Legend Nissan in Syosset, Long Island.

I was having trouble starting my car one morning. The service department was able to look at it the same day and replaced the battery. Customer service there is excellent. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating!

What I needed was quite minor. I called and I was informed I could come over right away and get what I needed. There was no charge as I was still in my warranty period. I was impressed with how relaxed and friendly they were so I ask a couple of questions regarding my previous service experiences They address it all with ease and I they took the time to make sure I felt like I was taken care of. I have only had one what could be considered a bad experience with Nissan dealers. That issue was resolved with one call to Nissan HQ. That is why I am a loyal Nissan customer. All other service and sales experiences I have had have been very good. I decided during this visit that I would switch dealers to Legend for all future service needs. They made this visit a very pleasant one. I just got a good feeling from them. Even though service at Legend would be a longer drive I fell that it is very much worth the time and effort to do so.

My Rogue was brought in for damage to the drivers side door. It took over a month to get the vehicle back from their body shop. When I received the vehicle back over a month and two weeks later I noticed that the drivers side back window has a significant amount of scratches and nicks in the window which will probably need to be replaced again because if I bring this rental back after my lease is up I will probably be charged.

My visit was standard...oil change & tire rotation. I did however have some glue residue from the protective film when I picked up my vehicle, which they did a great job removing.

The experience was very welcoming,direct, calm. Neil was very attentive, nice, knowledgeable, and transparent. I travel from Brooklyn to Long Island because of the service and honesty. Mind you, I have a Nissan service center literally 5 mins up the block. Things cost money 💰 to be repaired, especially at a dealer. Id rather pay the dealer and have a guarantee that I will get the top notch mechanics who are experts of their vehicles. Those costs are definitely higher than your backyard mechanic but I need to know I can hold the trusted dealer accountable and who I know will do everything in their power to continue our great business dealings. Deceitful and slimey. GINA had me drive 2 hours to get my car appraised to trade in against a new lease. Upon arrival, my sales rep told me that they do not give any trade in value to new leases. He wrote down on a blank piece of paper “we do not offer trade in value” and handed it to us, which is when I demanded Gina come down to explain why she asked me to drive 2 hours for a car appraisal to learn this when she knew it was exactly the reason I was here. Coincidently, Gina had stepped out right at that time.Finally a manager came out who offered us $1,000 in trade in value for our old car for our new car. Carvana offered $8,000 & Carmax offered $6,000 and this guy said he wouldn’t budge from $1,000 because no one wants used cars, despite being the hottest used car market in history.It’s terribly unfortunate that this car dealership still teaches their staff to be deceitful, prey on confusion and use gross sales tactics.Go anywhere but here for your car. Anywhere

We came back two years later to get another car and the experience was terrible. It seemed like we were bothering them. The sales rep didnt even bother to introduce himself and acted like it was a hassle to wait around while we looked over the cars. He offered no information about the vehicles and frankly didnt seem interested in selling anything at all. He did send a bs email afterwards that claimed he prides himself on offering his all to his customers where we discovered his name was Mike Black. Needless to say we left without purchasing anything and wont be coming back.

Worked closely with Dillian, he made our experience very smooth. We have busy lifestyles as first responders so this was a PLUS. He was very direct and honest, this is one of the main reasons we will be coming back again to work with him directly. Unlike other dealership experience we felt his honesty cut half of the time individuals usually spend at dealership due to the talking in circles. We were very impressed from the moment we walked in with this dealership and left very happy. We will be working with Dillian in the future again!

We had a great experience leasing a new car at Legend Nissan. My request was ignored and I took my car home and then noticed the issue was unsolved. I live 40 minutes away so I then got back in my car to go bring it back. I also thought it was interesting how the last time my car was checked on the brakes were in the yellow category. This time they were written as green. Now I am wondering if an inspection was even performed on my car and I have a sense of distrust in the dealership.

I saw a warning light which made me very nervous. I called the Service Department and spoke with Neil. He was very reassuring and scheduled an appointment for me within hours. I brought my car in and my problem was resolved in less than 2 hours while I waited. Definite thumbs up for Legend Nissan Service Department!

Everyone at legend Nissan is top notch from the sales department to the finance guys in the back. Chris was the sales associate in particular that helped me. I was a little nervous when shopping for a certified pre-owned car however there was absolutely no surprises regarding fees taxes or anything else. I then scheduled an appointment and met with Chris Rosselli several days later. Chris was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the right car/model, in the color I wanted and with a payment that I was comfortable with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. When I left he told me to call anytime with questions or concerns. I did call him a few times and he always responded immediately and answered all of my questions. The manager and finance department were also a pleasure to work with. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Called in the morning spoke to sales rep Kayla. Confirmed the appointment to see and test drive the car. When called car was available and confirmed no hidden fees on top what were disclosed. When I got there with my family few hours later. Kayla disappeared and said some new jack will help me out. New jack asked for my ID which he made copy of said will be ready to test drive in few. He came back few mins later and said car is not available today but not sold either. Got me curious. Later told me his manager took that car out and car is his possession till he comes back. Very unprofessional and wanted me to buy the car without even looking at the car. On top he told me you have to pay 1495+1495 some hidden fees. Unreal never expected from a Nissan dealer.

The service associate met me outside to greet me and remembered that I had a baby recently and asked how we were. She then asked if she could see the baby. Who doesnt want to show off their baby? She then told me she hopes that I return again so she can watch the baby grow up.Its reasons like this, that I come here, rather than the mechanic up the road.

I just want to start out by saying my experience at the dealership was amazing. I got exactly the car I wanted. In fact they provided me with about 20 options for the rogue, and I ended up getting a better one that I initially found on the internet which was great. It was my first time getting a car so I was really excited. The staff was great. HOWEVER, my experience after was horrible. I ended up getting a warranty, but after a year everything I ever asked for help for they haven’t helped me. I even emailed staff for help when I felt I was being charged for something that should be included in my warranty, a problem that is frequent with my rogue, and I haven’t even gotten a response. I sent that email a month ago. And now I still have the same issue and will be forced to pay for it somewhere else. To conclude, in the beginning great, after it’s high and dry. I referred a friend as well, who mentioned my name 6 times, but haven’t received my referral bonus. I emailed them about that too, after they sent a referral email saying I would get $, and guess what? No response either. They don’t care after. Just want to make a sale.

We were looking for a Nissan dealer that would assist us with our car shopping without putting pressure on us to make a quick and uninformed decision, we find just that a Legend Nissan. All the staff was respectful and courteous, above all they never rush us and gave us all necessary information every time we request and answer or needed to compare different vehicles model. We really appreciate everyone specially Alexa, Gina and Peter for helping us close the deal. I have leased about 4 cars before this from Ford and Chevorlet and I always had terrible experiences. They keep you there for hours, they haggle you with price and it’s horrible.
