The Stark showroom at Syosset is a pleasure to shop at and is top notch when it comes to customer service. As an interior designer, I do business with many showrooms, but the Stark showroom in Syosset has to be one of my favorite places to source and purchase beautiful carpeting and exquisite rugs.The entire staff are extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Gary Greenwald, who manages this location, does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with. He is always on hand to assist. I must also give a special shout out to Elizabeth Olivier who has been my design partner in crime when it comes to putting together gorgeous, custom rugs for my clients.Highly recommend!!

One of two locations open to the public. I called for assistance with finding a new rug. The showroom manager, Gary Greenwald, immediately called me back and said he’d be able to help. I went through the trouble of mailing him fabric samples only to never hear from him again.

We just had our second $5k rug from Stark start to fall apart. It was delivered less than 48 hours ago. We will now get to call them on Monday to go through the process of getting it returned and refunded. We wont be getting a third rug from them as the quality is a clear issue. Have owned rugs from Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel that cost less than $1k and last for years. Thinking we would get what we paid for was definitely not the case with Stark!
