I bought an Iphone 11 from the store today. The staff were very attentive and helped me to set up my new phone, transfer all my data from the old phone to the new one, and erase all my data from the old phone so I can give it to my Mom. In addition, they made sure that my I Watch 3 was reset and synched to the new phone. It took over 2 hours to finish and pushed their closing time beyond normal 6:00 pm. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

Went to T-Mobile to switch out 5 phones from at&t on Dec. 1 2019. Took 5 hours and were not able to complete transaction. Raza was a nice fellow but experience and policies were horrible. T-mobile hit credit card for two purchases one for approx. 92.00 and another for 480. 92 was returned same day after we cancelled order. 480 has not been returned after they said it would take 2 to 3 business days. Asked for manager on two occasions and no-one ever called. Would never go back and recommend not going there.

Raza and Fahim transferred or service from ATT to T mobile. They were excellent in explaining what was available to us. They are knowledgeable and professional and very patient with our many questions.We look forward to recommending them now and in the future to our friends!
