Everything everyone with one star stated is correct. Do not deal with this company. Received half of my order, 2 items have been in final stage of production for weeks! Customer support literally sends the same email every response. No one is truly helping at all and it is totally frustrating. If I could, I would give 0 stars! I purchased several items from their cyber Monday sale, However it’s three days before Christmas and none of it has been received. I attempted to reach out to the customer service A week ago and was informed that all items are being processed and it will be shipped soon. All I can find was an email address and I requested a phone number, no phone number was supplied. I reached out again this past week to inquire about my order which still states it’s ‘in process’ on their website. I finally heard back and was informed that my order was not out in process but several Items were out of stock now. My credit card has already been charged for all the items almost a month ago, but I have NO items in my possession. I have no time to now purchase items for people for Christmas that I now will not receive.This company is horrible. I am not sure how any of the other reviewed can say that their customer service was good. It’s impossible to speak to anyone with this company!

I was very happy to find that the wooden BBQ tools I had purchased were delivered with beautiful engravement and not stenciled on. The only thing that was disappointing was the limited amount of lettering that was available...as the person I was purchasing the gift for has a very long last name but I was able to get creative. Although my personalized growler came etched in the wrong font, customer service was quick to my request for a replacement. Font aside, the growler and mug were of great quality. I ordered a necklace and due to the over whelming response they were swamped with orders. I contacted customer service to see about when it might ship. They replied explaining that they were trying to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. I responded to them as well. The necklace shipped and was incorrect item. I told them that under the circumstances that we could wait until after the holidays to correct the problem. They were most apologetic about the error and went out of their way to get a solution. I would recommend their products and their customer service with no reservations. Since I own my company and have always felt that customer service might not be the heart of the company it is certainly the soul. No matter how good a product is if there isnt customer service to handle an issue it really wont matter. Comcast & Time Warner should take notice. I ordered many sets of pillow cases from them for Christmas presents. I am very disappointed. This was not worth the amount of stress it has caused in my life!I am very upset! First of all, shipping prices were absolutely outrageous, but since I bought the groupon, I was trapped into buying them.Now that Im getting them, I can see there are quality issues with this company. There are cracks in the designs and monograms from not being placed on the press completely flat.They also sent the completely wrong design on one of them.They are not accepting customer service phone calls at this time, and I have yet to get a reply from the numerous emails I have sent.I understand you are very busy but as a customer, I feel my time should be valued as well.I guess I will have to go buy other Christmas presents...yet more money wasted!Do not buy from this company! Not only was the item I received completely unacceptable (it was not even centered), it took over 2 weeks for anyone to even contact me regarding the item even after numerous attempts that I had made by phone and email. When someone finally responded to me - I was told that a new item was already being processed and will be sent to me. The item I had ordered was a personalized Christmas gift and one month later - I no longer needed a personalized item and at that point, all I wanted was a refund. I was told that was not possible because the replacement item was already being made.... I never agreed to that and was contacted to come up with a solution together. They said that the best they could do was offer 50% off on my next order, like I was ever going to order from them again. So overall horrible experience and costumer service and till this day, I still have not received the replacement item.

I ordered a gift for my dad for Fathers Day 2.5 weeks early. My father didnt receive his fathers day gift as they shipped it a day after Fathers Day. I had to notify him to consider it as a birthday gift since his birthday is a week after fathers day. I had to email Monogram Online 4 days before Fathers Day to inquire if it will be shipped in time. They provided me a link for the tracking info on June 20. It turns out this companys tracking info they keep providing me is false, or even fake! I waited 5 days to click on the link and it pulls up No Results. I emailed customer support with a screen shot of the No Results from their supposed to be tracking site so they can see what kind of false info they provided me. My father lives on the other side of the U.S. and I see him only once every 2 years, so it was supposed to be special and this has turned out to be a disaster. What is worse, when I go to their order status online and put in my order number, it still says order in production. I am now beyond livid! I am now waiting on their response regarding their fake shipping info...

I ordered the monogrammed rocks glass with 2 coasters and a wine opener. The monogram etching on the glass came out crooked. They sent a replacement, it was crooked too. 1st time I used the wine opener it broke in half and I had to use pliers to get it out of the cork. They ended up finally refunding my money for just the glass but I suggest you not waste yours. They didnt refund the price of shipping which after the groupon deal cost as much as the items.

This is an amazing company with real and honest staff. No computer robots to talk to. I sent a comment to the company about one of their products I bought for my grandson entering the military. He liked it so much he wanted another. Monogram expedited my order at no cost to me to make sure he had his gift before leaving for boot camp. I was notified of this by an employee not a computer! Where would you find this type of service: someone taking time to email me & pay for faster delivery. I will shop at this company more often and hope anyone reading this will do the same!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Iordered a necklace with the 16 inch option. They sent me the 18 inch option and I told them I wanted the right one sent to me at no additional cost as the mistake was on their end, not mine, and they said I could either send it back on my dime or they would send me another chain that I would have to take to a jeweler and have them fix it that I would have to again pay for and take time out of my day. This is wrong on all levels as the mistake is on their end, they should make this right immediately! After no response, I contacted the company again and was given a phone number. I called and explained the situation. The order form clearly stated BLONDE HAIR. Scam!!! Address is someone’s house. They duplicated my order and charged me $159, could not get anyone on the phone, emailed them, they said they would cancel duplicated items and refund my money after the holiday rush. Order still says processing since Dec 16, no items received from the voucher from Groupon. Emailed them again no response, called them left a message as no one will pick up the call. Pure scam. I will be calling my bank to dispute the transaction. This really sucks, $159 is not chump change when you did not authorize the transaction!
