No fresh brewed pikes place. Gave me free dark brew so I didn’t have to wait. Nice people!! I’ll be back!

Went in this morning about 10:00 a.m.I ordered a tall bold no room.I must say that the coffee was like Maxwell house or FolgersMore like hot water than a Dark bold Starbucks.I have been a customer since this store first opened, and now have become very disappointed.

Amazing drinks and service is really good. I just hope they employ more people because I sometimes go there to find one person working and making drinks for a crowd of people.

I would give zero stars to this place if I could. TERRIBLE customer service, fom the rude cashier who didnt even say thank you or provided me with a receipt to the barista who ignored me and held my drink on the side for several minutes for no reason. I had to ask for it as my name wasnt even taken when I placed the order. Needless to say that my drink tasted horrible, as it was an ice drink that got warmed up from sitting next to a capuchino machine! Never going back here or recommending this place to anyone!

I do not drink coffee but I have to praise the team at this Starbucks. I witnessed a customer walking back to the hospital to visit family and while walking, the individual fell down. I called the store and the staff was phenomenal in working to replace her order. Jay even conveyed well wishes to the individual. People like Jay and the rest of the staff deserve recognition for their kindness and hard work. Kudos to you guys!

I observed that the service was very quick. People went in and came out happy. It was clean inside. Spoke to one of the employees about the bathroom and they said that they are aware and working on it. Keep supporting. 😎

A good Starbucks location, conveniently located. The food is good and the coffee is prepared quickly. Ordering ahead with the app makes things even easier. The parking lot is fine with decent amounts of parking spaces. The AT&T store next door doesnt take up the lot like some other Starbucks with really busy neighbors.

Great service & out of all the Starbucks i have been too, this one is definitely the most outgoing, friendly and welcoming. They always remember people who have come in to either order or just sit and study!

Out of all the years of being a Starbucks customer, Im really impressed with the location because of the staff. There was a mishap with my gift card and shout out to Jvon for helping me out!! A small place to study, but the music and staff have been excellent.

Come here in the mornings for coffee. Music choice is ON POINT at this location, coffee is good and the place is clean. Staff members are nice even at 7am, and orders are completed quickly. My favorite Starbucks hands-down.

The baristas seem to actually care from what Ive seen and heard while watching them prepare peoples orders. The drink I order here is also consistent. Not to bash other Starbucks, but this one seems to make my favorites taste almost exactly the same each time, and its always great.

Jared and the rest of the employees at this location are great. Always enjoy starting my day here.

The Syosset bartistas make the products as they should. This location is so much better than Woodbury, Bethpage and Farmingdale. I travel extra miles to shop here. No drive through, but thats okay.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Syosset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Usually the workers in the morning are much nicer than the ones who work in the evening. Besides that, this is the only place that makes decent coffee.

I rarely go to this Starbucks but every time I do it’s a long wait and the coffee counter is a mess. But honestly everyone there is extremely nice and the coffee and blueberry muffins are always good! Guy with pizza tattoo is hysterical FYI

Apparently they don’t understand that Mobile orders are supposed to be made before a customer walks in (15 minutes after the order is placed). Management is just pathetic. Definitely something I will be relaying to all the working professionals in the area. Don’t waste your time, you’ll be late to work. I will be advising the Syosset-Woodbury Chamber of Commerce.

My son loves this place. I dont drink coffee and they were out of what he wanted Friday around 4pm.

I don’t know if she is the manager or not but the girl working the morning shift today was amazing, so helpful. I had to wait a bit bc someone took the wrong items and she did the right thing. I was there to work, they had plenty of tables and outlets.Only downfall is the parking is not so good.Thank you!!!

We have been going to this one for years and the service we received today was terrible. There were 6 of us and we ordered 6 frappucinnios. Not only was the order messed up, he even charged us incorrectly .The guy at the register was extremely rude and had no sense of guest service.

I used to be a supervisor within the company and out of the many locations I’ve worked at and visited, this has got to be the best. The quality of the espresso bar was amazing. You could taste the cleanliness of the bar and it boosted the flavor of not just the blonde shots but also for it being ristretto. The RTD was fully stocked even after 3 hours of being open. Each role was filled and deployment was in full effect. The entire customer experience would make any Manager, DM, or Regional Manager proud. The connection was there from the moment you enter the store. This is the type of location and environment I always tried to embody during my shifts. Great work guys! I wish you all the best!

The taste was okay but what I didn’t like is the worker messed up the order and spilled everything and had to use 3 cups to prevent it from dripping everywhere and it still dripped so I have to say a bad review because this made me very angry
