Nice 24 hour option when I worked in this area. Try the Big Daddy hero, if your hungry. Theyve revamped their sandwich options. They have a whole new menu, featuring wraps and heros. Not many 24hr options on The Island, so this is a welcomed spot.

Food Express (AKA Food-E) has been a staple on the northwest corner of Jericho Tpke and Jackson Ave/South Oyster Bay Road for as long as I can remember.While theyve modernized the interior and added a new facade outside, service remains friendly and the sandwich station top-notch! Youll also find a good selection of basic grocery items, beer and other cold beverages, and sundries, which, when coupled with Food-Es prime location, makes this an attractive 24-hour stop in Syosset.

Over priced everything but they have a 24 hr deli counter if your brave enough. has gotten nicer over the past few years

Convenient place to pop in for something quick. They now skimp on the sandwiches so I no longer come here.
