A shout out to Abalenes staff- Patrick, Nick, Justin, Dylan and to include Tom, technician for my 2 units. Learned a lot.I have decided to do an overhaul on my upstairs unit. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and organized in every aspect from the removal and replacement of my entire upstairs air conditioning unit. My house was left the same way never could tell they were there. I have also told Abalene that they will do my yearly a/c maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them because of the awesome staff including the front desk staff and service they provide. Wish all companies had qualified staffing like Abalenes.

Absolutely the best plumbing/heating/AC services around. Used for 3 big jobs so far in my house and every time was beyond impressed at their operation. They recently removed a burned up boiler and replaced with a dual boiler/water heater and what they did was a work of art. They could have just installed it but instead they rerouted the water and gas lines, replaced other old lines so that it’s streamlined and the room is now open and useable. It looks perfect. The other two projects are also filled with examples of them going out of their way to make things perfect. Will never use another company for these types of projects. And on top of the work, they are super nice.

I have been a Petro customer for over 25 years. When I opened my pool this spring I realized my oil fire pool heater broke over the winter. I started reaching out to companies to have a new heater installed. Of course with covid everyone is busy and heaters are back ordered. I reached out to Abalene. They were the first company to respond. Matt was over to look at the situation within 3 days and offered multiple solutions. They said it would be much more reliable and cost and oil efficient to install a heat exchanger as an additional zone to my boiler as opposed to installing a new pool heater. A heat exchanger was also readily available. Petro claimed it would never work. I believed Matt. He provided a lot of documentation and responded to my questions very quickly. I ended up upgrading my 25 year old boiler to a new much more efficient system. His prices were very fair compared to other companies. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job as promised.. They were very clean and were careful not to damage any walls removing the old equipment. The system works perfectly. The pool and hot tub get just as hot as they did before. There have been a few times that I have needed adjustments or a small leak repaired and they have come the same day. The people working for Abalene could not be nicer. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

These guys are the best! Abalene has worked with me to install a whole-house water filter, completely replace my central a/c, completely replace my oil tanks, oil burner, and heating systems, and many others. Over the many years that I have worked with them, they have always been fair, reliable, professional, and simply put, the best! Highly recommended and a great local family to work with.

Decided to use this company because it was local and had good reviews... what a mistake. I called to have a new faucet put in and small leak repaired. I mentioned to the two gentleman that some water was leaking from the left side of sink as well. They started to remove pipes underneath and disassemble everything (which they took with them! Leaving me with barely any pipes) They then realized the sink was loose so proceeded to yank the entire sink from my countertop. I was then told they couldn’t move forward because the sink was not secure. Why didn’t they check that before removing pipes? Long story short they charged me $190.10 for almost an hour left and told me I needed a new sink. Then mentioned they had shut off my water and dishwasher so I was left to washing sinks in my bathroom.. thanks Abalene 👍🏼.

Prompt and great service. Had work done yesterday by Chad very respectful and knowledgeable. Have used Abalene before for a big job, and yesterday for a smaller job. Will continue to use them whenever something comes up.

We had a leaky freestanding tub filler and was hesitant to repair it for fear of unreliable contractors. Needless to say the leak got worse and we called Abalene based upon a dependable referral. This is a very professional and reliable Plumbing HVAC company. The office people coordinated with Delta to have the replacement part expedited overnight and the repair was completed within a day of my initial call to Abalene. The serviceman Sean was exceptional! He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and shown a great attitude in completing the job correctly. He also fixed the backyard hose connection that was leaking (bonus). If you ever need plumbing/HVAC do not hesitate to call Abalene - You will be very happy!

I was having a issue with my Navien furnace and hot water unit. I went to the Navien website to look for service and repair. I came across Abalene Plumbing and Heating so I called the emergency number seeing that it was early Saturday morning. Matt the owner called me right away and asked me if it was an emergency. I said that it was so that we could have hot showers and heat. Eric showed up within] 1 1/2 hrs and was able to repair the unit and order 2 new parts but reassured me that we would be fine in the meantime.I wasn’t concerned with the emergency fee because of the potential of not having heat or hot water but was given the option o waiting until normal business hours, which was appreciated to save some cost.All in all I’m very pleased with the prompt and good service that was provided.JZ

If I could give negative stars I would! There are scams of changing prices and Abalene falls into that category of being dishonest and not trustworthy. They should pay me for the nonsense of interrupting me today at work for their phony prices. I was told a price to change out a tankless water heater, and when asked why so high Scammer Sean said because he has to re work pipes and add things that are supposed to be under the unit. Now a few hours later I get a call from the Scam Man and was told there is an additional $750 fee to put some valves and do work under the unit.... Scam man you just told me earlier that the work with the first price you gave included all that ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST, RUN FAR AWAY if they ever show up at your home for any work!
