Recently had a huge chunk of ice fall off my roof onto the hood of my car. Bob was fabulous! Honest, quick, and did a fine job repairing the body & doin some mechanical checking while it was in his shop. Very pleased.

Bob is very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my Volvos transmission was on the way out. Turns out it was overfilled with the wrong transmission fluid (Beware of Valvoline!). Ill take it to him for service from now on.

Bob is a really nice guy who is happy to explain your vehicle issues and repairs. He has great prices. Ive been many times for several years now. Its the only place Id take a VW.

The work here is excellent. They take pride in what they do and guarantee the lowest possible cost.My car was dented by a car which backed into it and never stopped to claim responsibility.One body shop wanted to charge for replacing parts, adding a huge amount to the repair bill, when Fender Re bender fixed it by popping out the dent. painting the area without any change in the original finish and at a much lower cost.

He is especially skilled with diagnostics. Great guy to work with. I recommend for Audis too.

Bob and his Staff (specifically Patrick) are just the type of people you hope to encounter when you are away from home (5.5 hours) and find yourself with warning lights blinking on your dashboard. Bob made time for me in his schedule last minute, took the time to diagnose my issue and suggest that the best course of action was to take the car to the Local VW dealership because unbeknownst to me the item I needed fixed (turbo on my 2013 TDI Passat SEL) was now under extended warranty and it would save me thousands to take it elsewhere to get fixed. Money out of his pocket. Thats integrity. On top of that he had Patrick (a fellow Long Islander) drop me off and pick me up again at my hotel and didnt charge me a fee for his diagnostics or time. THIS IS A GOOD MAN. This is a good shop and he knows his VW repairs. I give him a hearty recommendation.
