Brian was Extremely pleasant to work with. Turn around time was within the time they specified. Will definitely go back if I ever need to!
Syracuse Auto Color is the only shop I will take my car to from now on! The work is always done perfectly, priced fairly, and done quickly. I had a large dent and scrapes in the passenger-side door and other shops quoted me two to three times the price that Syracuse Auto Color charged me. It came out great, and I will always recommend this shop, 10/10! Thank you Brian & team!
The owner was very nice and considerate. He gave me great advice about my vehicle and the paint condition.
Best place to get your cars body work done, they do it professionally and honestly have the best price in town. Brian is the best
Syracuse Auto Color has done an awesome job repairing my vehicle. They took the time to make sure it was restored to its original condition and paint color matched perfectly, job was completed as promised, answered all of my questions and very polite and professional. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them for body repairs or detailing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs to their vehicle.
Best quality at very reasonable prices
Got the job done at a fair price. Took me right in.
Excellent, reasonably priced service, promotly done. Pleasant front desk personnel.
Amazing job! I had them paint and replace a bumper on my brand new Hyundai (painted in one day and installed in about an hour) with only 7000 miles on it and when told the price (VERY reasonable) I was worried about quality. I am a stickler, especially on a brand new car. However, it was flawless. Looked just like factory. No runs or sags or orange peel or dirt in paint. They did an amazing job. I have owned show cars and if I ever own another I would not hesitate to have them do the paintwork. I am very pleased with the job. I WILL use them again if ever needed. I wont even call anywhere else for an estimate. Thank you!!
Excellent work and service. will recommend to everyone and have
Highly recommend. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for collision repairs, and Brian was very understanding. He went out of his way to shop around for cheaper, but still new, parts from around the East Coast. Ended up with a car that looks fantastic and runs great at a very reasonable price.
I have brought my vehicle to them twice now and both times they did an outstanding job! I will recommend these guys to everyone!
Great place fair price to!!! Theyve done plenty of work on my friends and family cars and all have been beautiful work and back to new. 5 Stars all the way
Awesome! They have taken care of our cars and our family for many years! Beautiful work! Very Professional and Wonderful personable atmosphere! We love them!!!!
Totally recommend them for your paint needs! Dropped off a 2016 subaru forester front bumper. I needed it painted for a friends car as I was going to replace her orginal one after a run in with a snow bank. I gave them a cut out of the orginal bumper for paint match which they said was very helpful. They told me it was hard to match the subaru quartz blue pearl so it might be off a bit. I was okay with this and so was my friend. I brought it home and installed it and it match beautifully. You cant even tell that it was a new painted bumper thats how good the paint job was and how good the color match was! I totally recommend them for painting and plan to take some future parts for my mustang to them.
Very happy, great people. Awsome service will do all auto repairs here from now on.
Does a good job everytime
Great place to get any work done to your car body work anything great guy
Great place, awesome people
It is Ye Jin. I use my friends account to post the rest of the review since it is too long.So I drove to Syracuse Auto Color again. Showed the boss everything Ive found. And before that Ive already ordered some parts, but some of them were not for the damaged parts. Guys there kept my car and waited until my parts arrived. But they didnt ask any details of the parts I ordered or any suggestions from me. (I wanted to warn them of the misplaced clips and ask them to keep them orgnized.)After only 2 days, they called me to get my car back. Fast service all the time! My car seemed good, no popped out parts, headlights in right position. The boss told me that he repainted the bent and rusted panels (not replaced?), ordered some new plastic clips from the dealer (for what?), repainted the left fender (later I found they only repainted only the edge of the fender) and found the clips I just ordered and sent to them didnt have the right size (he didnt even know where the clips should be placed!).I drove my car in highway, local, bumpy roads for a while. Everything seemed good. Then I parked it down to my apartment. And popped up the hood. Then I found one of the two hood height adjustment rods was missing, and again, misplaced plastic clips. It is weird that the rod can fall off on its own. It can only be rotated off by hand. Someone must forgot to replace it. And I knew it was not me, because I placed everything back in right positions just at the night before I sent my car there, and I am sure that rod was there.I drove to Syracuse Auto Color for the last time. The boss cannot find the rod in the shop, but later he found it right on my cars battery (from his face I can read hes thinking I placed it there). Then he got angry, saying the clips I ordered were not right, he had to order some more from the dealer, bla, bla, bla. And then walked away!!! So he thought he knows the subaru better than the guy at the dealer? He thought he can memorize the right positions for every kind of clip, even more clear than the offical service manual and the offical service diagrams online (I ordered the right clips from the dealer face to face on their computer system, and triple checked from the offical documents)?? Buddy, do you know those clips I sent to your bodyshop were not for the parts you are woking on???So this is what happened between me and Syracuse Auto Color. In one sentence, fair price, fast service, poor to fair technique.Sorry for my English, I may have made some states unclear. If you want to know more from me, please send me an email.
First I want to say, the guys there are straight-talking and nice.Ive been in Syracuse for about 4 years. I left my car in this bodyshop 2 times for painting and once for accident damage. First 2 times were wonderful experiences, fair service price, fast job.But the third time was not smooth at all. A 19 years old black girl bumped my car when I was driving straight in my lane. My car was damaged badly. I had to replace the headlights, hood, left fender, control arm, mudguard, front bumper and many parts inside. And there were some internal parts damaged. The boss helped me to negociate with the black girls insurance company and got half of my lost back, I want to say thanks first! But when guys there fixed the damaged parts they first found and returned the car to me, I found: 1. my new aftermarket headlights were not placed symmetrical, one was much lower and poped out of its hole. 2. Two corners of the brand new front bumper were poped out. I cannot push it back in. 3. When I drove, I can hear a very strange clank coming from the chassis. So I sent the car back to them. After only 1 day, they replied that theres nothing wrong with the chassis or the bumper. And since my headlights were aftermarket, which meant bad molded, it is normal to be not symmetrical...I had to get it back to road, trying to figure out on my own. After 1 month, I cannot stand of the noise any more. So I sent my car to another national wide mechanic shop. Guys there found the issues in just 10 minutes! And the issue were: one axle was pulled out and had to be replaced. And the wheel alighment I paid Syracuse Auto Color to do was ruined. Since I had a subaru, I drove a 3-wheel drive car for a whole month!!! My trans was almost gone!!!I tried to get back to the bodyshop and asked a solution. They did nothing but faxing the new supplement to that girls insurance company. Thats all! They didnt find that major and dangerous damage even after I asked them to reinspect, and thats it?The nightmare was not end. After 1 and half years, I accidentally took the front bumper apart to try to adjust the headlight on my own. I found: 1. Theres no foam absorber in the bumper!!! They forgot to replace it or place a new one in!!! Everyone knows theres an absorber at the front!!! 2. There were many missing plastic clips, and most of the rest were misplaced. 3. The internal damaged body panels were not fixed in a right way. They were bent and rusted badly. IMO they should be replaced directly. 4. The reasons for asymmetrical headlights were the bent panel and bent headlight bracket. 5. The brand new left fender was already rusted while my stock right fender was still like new.To be continued
Great place to get scratches & dings repaired/ repainted
