I had great and fast service on a half dozen different lawn signs. Came into their store Wednesday just before closing, and had my signs desigined, reviewed, altered, printed and picked up less than 48 hours later. I really appreciated their great work!

I really really enjoyed the great customer service I received at Fast Signs. I was greeted by a young man named Brenton. He greeted me with a smile and handshake. I let him know what I was picking up and he found my order pretty quickly. It was raining outside and I had an umbrella, but he offered to help me with the signs. I told him not to worry with it as I was already wet, and grabbed the most of the signs (needing to come back in for a second trip). As I was out at my car in the rain, hah, I turned around and there Brenton was with the rest of my signs. I did feel bad that it was raining, but he said it was no problem, put the rest in my trunk, and shook my hand again before going back inside. I am a HUGE proponent of customer service, and it’s extremely important for me as a customer. The signs were great, everything I expected. Everything was so easy and so fast!! We tried another company and after 4 weeks of them saying that they would send us an estimate and didnt, we finally decided to try a local company and we chose FASTSIGNS. We had our estimate within hours! Our wall decals were done very quickly and they were ready to install within days. The gentleman who came to install them was very professional and everything looks great!! Our second office is moving to a new location and FASTSIGNS will be the first place we call when we are ready for wall decals there!

Avoid at all costs! Not only was the gentleman who helped me 100% unprofessional and the least bit knowledgeable, but the company does not stand behind its word. When they failed to complete the auto decals within 2 weeks like promised I was only given the phone number for the installer (who couldnt help me) and finally took over 1 month to get my refund. What a headache for such a simple project.
