Neat place. First time here. Stumbled across when I did a google search of breweries near me. Plenty of street parking. Great open interior concept.Indoor and outdoor seating available.Very small food menu consisted of 3 sandwiches or homemade chips.Beer selection in 16oz cans is crazy!Caprese sandwich and chips were great.Bartender was mediocre. He did not explain beers, menu or as I like to say navigate us thru selections and offerings to ensure great experience.

Huge and varied selection of beer along with a great atmosphere. Only been there in the summer during which they open it up to outside so it has a very beer garden like vibe. Good sandwiches too from Cider Mill Inn, but plan on going there for the beer selection and vibe.

Now and later has been a a great watering hole for a long time. They have a fantastic Selection for you to choose from at the bar, and the Bottle Shop has had quite a few brews that are highly sought after. The indoor Outdoor feel of the bar is fantastic. This is a must go if you are in Cuse. Cheers

Beer taps span a nice gamut from ales to IPAs to sours to stouts, with hundreds of other options in the visible coolers. Bar tenders always happy to make suggestions. Solid high tables with stools indoors and regular height outdoor seating. Super delectable sandwiches available during certain evening hours.

This place has a massive selection of a wide variety of beers, most of them are cans and bottles, but they do have some on draft. Each beer I tried was great! They do have a small food menu that I did not try, but the items they did have sounded good. I would definitely suggest going if you like beer!

A good choice if you’re in the mood for the latter is Now and Later, a neighborhood bar.Now and Later looks like a house from a distance and it even has an upstairs living space, making it reminiscent of the neighborhood bars of old. The bar itself features a large selection of beer in bottles, cans, and on tap plus indoor and outdoor seating. You can bring in your own food, if you like and my wife and I actually did eat food brought in from the outside when we paid a visit.The most impressive quality of Now and Later is the beer selection and this, alone, makes it worth a visit if you love beer. I was able to find several locally brewed beers when I visited and I like how the cans and bottles are in full view, behind a clear glass door refrigerator. The beer list they provide isn’t always up to date, due to the large, rotating selection. But the choices are so many and so varied that I didn’t mind looking around and finding a beer to my liking based on sight alone.Sports watching is a popular activity at Now and Later. During fall and winter, you will find Syracuse University football and basketball on the big screen with other sports during the rest of the year. It’s a cool, chill type of place for beer, sports, and people watching/meeting and I recommend this bar to anyone who loves great craft beer.

Great beer selection for all the craft beer people out there - no matter what style of beer you like, they’ll have something. Atmosphere in here is cool too - in the summer they have outdoor seating. Plus, you can get some beer to go. Best of both worlds

Beautiful place and an amazing selection of beers- however, the bartender left much to be desired. Since it was our first time here, we did not know the drill. Not only was the bartender allusive (at best) (as we literally had to wave our hand to attract her attention), she was impatient, rude and condescending.A disappointing interaction to an otherwise pleasant experience.

If you like craft beers, this is your place. Im usually buying Other Half Brewery beers when I go, but the selection is enormous. You can drink there and then buy some to take home, its the best of both worlds.

I have been coming here since the Inception of this place.The owner and the staff hold such a high standard.The options that are available for the location, are something to take notice of, nationwide.It is still a laid-back place to get a really high quality brew. Fresh and diverse selection. What more could you ask for?! A bar and cool patio. They have that too. The only negative is the bar is excessively loud when all of the windows and doors are shut. Like 10 people talking sounds like 20 people yelling loud...

Some good beer finds on tap and to take home. Some bottled beer is a couple dollars more than other locations I have seen around Syracuse.

The bartenders looked bored and explained nothing about the varieties in case and on tap. Not sure it would have killed the one dude to wear a clean shirt to work and stop playing with his cell phone. I sat not 5 feet away from him with an empty glass for a solid 15 minutes before we decided to just go. Horrible service. Cool looking atmosphere.

Almost went there recently until I saw the draft list pricing on their website. Between $6 - $8 for an 8oz. draft, $14 for a flight. $12 - $16 a pint? This is way out of line for even the best craft beers or beer bars.

I cannot say enough positive things about this little hideaway bar. Bartender was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vast array of beers they offer and was very excited to help those that knew less about beers find one that was right for their pallet. There is a small kitchen available but I did not ask to see a menu since it was not dinner time. All of the bottle beers are available for pour in restaurant or can be carried out to enjoy at home. There is growler fill pricing which is not listed but the tender would be happy to help understand how to figure out the price from the tap pricing. Next time I am in the area I will definitely give it another go.

Have always loved this place! Great atmosphere and selection of beers. Stopped tonight but unfortunately there was no beer list. Not the bartenders fault but they have so many beers and unless you wear glasses or have great eye sight; you really cant see what they have. Kind of disappointed by that. I order just one of my standard IPAs. The bartender did make a great suggestion of something Ive never tried. Very cool of her!!! She gets 5 🌟 for that. 😁😁

Great local pub house and was more than impressed with this place. The bartenders are informed about the beers and great to have normal conversations. This location does have food offering but it is limited but they only use freah ingredients so when its gone its gone for the day. However you do have the option to have food delieverd to the pub or even bring your own in. Again great location and great people so check it out

Now&Later is the BEST bar to get craft beer in Syracuse. Very large selection, quiet and calm atmosphere, beautiful indoor/outdoor seating. I’ve been several times and have a different beer every time I go, and I’m never disappointed with the selections given to me by the bartenders. Will always highly recommend.

Very clean and modern interior. They have a huge selection of bottled beer and about 10 taps. There is a great outdoor seating area. The only downside is the beer is quite pricey.

Excellent neighborhood beer bar with an attached bottle shop. They have a good selection of things that are not typically available in markets like Ithaca, so its a worthwhile stop if youre in the area and interested in beer. The service is friendly.Edit: I had previously suggested in my review that their tap list can be difficult to find, but I was informed by the owner that they have an app. It can be found in the app store for Android or iOS. Nice!

Very nice place with outstanding beer selections on tap and in bottles. The beers on tap included some hard to find craft beers from Vermont which were outstanding. The cooler must have hundreds of different beers to choose from. The beers on tap were a little pricey, but worth it. When busy, it can be very loud.

Went last week on the 11th and bartender was on the phone txting or talking with same ppl for the time I was there. Thought it was very unprofessional and RUDE. I had a beer and two and needed to leave. Went back today and it’s February 18th 2020 and they have a Octoberfest beer on draft from Thinman. A little late getting into the game with that keg. This bar has been going down hill for about 6 months now and I think today was my last visit. Plenty of other bars I’d rather spend my money at.

Great staff, great selection, reasonable pricing. Water is self serve, but there is no additional ice available. However, I learned one of the staff goes out of his way to obtain ice for the cooler

This place has arguably the best craft beer selection in the Syracuse area, with hundreds of bottles and cans ready to serve to you, as well as I believe 10 draft selections from some of the best breweries in the country. Connecting the tap room is a large bottle shop with many beers to choose from as well!

Now & Later is the new name of this place. It is a combination beer store and tap room. They have about ten taps, mostly obscure and delicious, and countless bottles in a variety of styles. Some food as well. Also several boxes of records and a turntable, to add to the atmosphere.A new concept -- a neighborhood beer-geek bar, located in a residential area of Tipp Hill. Much closer to downtown Syracuse than Id have guessed -- just a mile west on Fayette Street.

An incredible beer selection with a nice, welcoming atmosphere. A little on the expensive side but there are some hard to find gems that really make it worthwhile. They only have a small kitchen with appetizers so dont expect to have dinner.

Great tap, bottle/can, and to go selection. It can be rough trying to figure out what is available in bottle/cans because the paper menu is not 100% up to date due to ever changing selection and I find it hard to read the labels from behind the bar. Minor inconvenience really, and the great selection makes up for it.

This little corner store has been the go-to beer shop on Tipp Hill forever and now with the addition of a great taproom in a modern, industrial style makes this a go-to place for enjoying some beer now as well as the beer you can purchase from the corner store for later. This place will be amazing for summer drinks with an outdoor patio. A new jewel of Tipp Hill.
