I set up an account for my elderly mother, she is not able to drink the water where she lives. Ive had to call the company several times due to canceled deliveries. The company assured me the product would be delivered the next day, they have canceled twice since then... still no water. I can not rely on this company, so Im looking for a new one. Hopefully, the next company will be reliable.

Water is good, they refuse to keep to their delivery schedule. This is 2 deliveries in a row that I have been without drinking water for days because they cant be bothered to stick to the schedule.

They have there share of problems water is good but like everything a little high in price the quality is there too

Have never had an issue in over 15 years of service. My delivery driver lives locally and even dropped off an emergency order on his way home.

I love crystal rock water as our sink water is nasty. I gave them only four stars because would like to get everything from them including my coffee but I can get the same brand elsewhere a lot cheaper. The delivery service is excellent and the guys always beep when they are out front, I bring out my empties and they stack the full on the deck! Great service!!!!

I just love this company! They are so easy to work with and they have a great product for a really great price!! I have recommended them to 3 of my friends and they now have their water delivery as well.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Hidden fees, high delivery fees, fees, fees. No matter what youll owe them money.

Crystal Rock bought out our previous water delivery company (Campione from New Hartford NY). We cancelled our service due to us moving. I told them on the phone that we were cancelling because we moved and that we didnt need water service at the new address.About a month later, I get 3 voicemails (2 on the same day) asking why I had cancelled service. I ignored the voicemails. I figured I already told them.Another month or 2 later, I get a voicemail on my work phone (!!!) asking why I had cancelled service. I dont know how they got my work phone number but how dare they call me at work to ask why I cancelled. Especially when I told them why already. I emailed them (for a paper trail) repeating why I had cancelled service and firmly ask that they do not ever call me on my work phone ever again.But the biggest problem:When I cancelled, they agreed they had to return my bottle deposit fee. (The bottle deposits that technically Campione charged.) Instead of returning my deposit, $30, they charged my account another $30. I didnt see this until several weeks later when they emailed me about the balance on my account. I quickly figured out their mistake and contacted them regarding it. It took them 5.5 weeks to credit back $30 to negate the charge. Were at 11 weeks now and they still havent correctly credited my account. Now theyre trying to tell me that they dont have any record of Campione having charged bottle deposits.First of all, thats a lie. Campione would have had to turn over all their records for the last 7 years per federal law when Crystal Rock took them over. Second of all, they agreed when I had initially cancelled service that they owed me back my bottle deposits. They just mistakenly charged me instead of credited me. Then when they fixed it, they only credited the charge, when they needed to credit the charge AND the original deposits.The customer service at Crystal Rock is the WORST.I have just sent them another email regarding this.
