Says on their website they replace cell phone batteries, but when I called I was told they do not.*Not to argue the point, but I attached a screen shot that says on your website in 2 different places that you do replace cell phone batteries!!!

Best of the best! Went in today for a battery installation for our 1995 Tahoe and could not have been happier with the process. Despite the fact that there was a full waiting area, the truck was done in about 15 minutes. Very competent employees, great prices, fast service. Couldnt ask for more.

Used to be the best place in the Syracuse area for cell phone and tablet repair. Unfortunately, their cell phone tech doesnt work there anymore, and they arent interested in replacing him, so they dont do this anymore. I still go there to buy cell phone batteries. Their batteries are better than anything you can buy online for excellent prices.

When my battery died they got me right in within 15 minutes I had a new battery installed. Women behind the desk was wonderful to chat with and nicely answered my million questions with a smile the whole time. They even replaced my boyfriends battery in his key fab. I recommend them 100%!

Phone Screen Repair - Done Right!This is a great place to go if you need your cellphone screen or battery replaced. They have the right training and equipment. Best of all, they use genuine OEM parts. They replaced the screen, back cover, and camera window on my Samsung S7. They only needed my phone for about an hour. Looks and works like new!

I just got a prorated warranty replacement for my car battery because one of the cells failed after 3.5 years. The replacement was installed with enthusiasm and precision. Oliver went above and beyond installing my battery with preventive maintenance in mind. So glad I came back and will again in the future.

I called this am to have a key Fob battery replaced, I spoke to a nice gentleman named Noah . Says no problem and quotes me seven dollars, so I used my break from work to drive home get the key Fob and bring it to him. I arrive there and he says, ohh I spoke to the tech and we can’t do it. Thank you for wasting my break time and gas for nothing.

Didnt even know they were there until I heard a commercial ad on 97.7 ESPN radio this past week. Then my car battery died and I went looking by word of mouth and I kept hearing about Interstate battery. Once in the store I was ready to buy a real affordable car Battery with a 5 year warranty for $100. Much to my dismay I learned my battery was fine and just needed a re charge and that theyd do it for FREEEEE. I then saw the same Key fab battery I was looking for in a mall for $20 was actually $5 bucks and Nicole replaced the battery herself! I am extremely happy with my experience and will only go here now.Thanks!

They have reasonable prices, but they broke a connector and said it was broken before. But they were fast, and they were polite.
