(Update to this! They did finally get back to us and apologized. They sent the missing hoodie as well as a Stuffed unicorn) They have different size charts for the same hoodies based on the colors, it makes no sense. They assured me they are the same when they are obviously not (The one we did receive was way too big for a 10yr old girl). Also we paid for 2 hoodies, we only received 1. When contacting them we still havent heard back. Imagine your daughter saving up all there money to pay for something they didnt receive and getting no response from the seller. Totally unacceptable, just know you have made a 8yr old not only with less money but very upset. You have definitely lost a subscriber and a fan.
