Simply the best around. Brandon Huhtala is down-to-Earth and skilled at what he does. I always focus on the small things, and I noticed that he paid special attention to the details and made sure to give my repair the highest level of care and attention that I have ever seen. He gets the job done, the right way, the first time. (Hes also a record-breaking racer! He just loves being around cars and it shows in his work and attitude). He had my car back in shape exactly when he said he would. Everyone I met here was friendly as well. I reserve my highest remarks for those who deserve them, and Brandon earned 5 stars (Id give 6 if I could). If I ever have another issue with my car, I am coming right back here. If you are looking around for a quality body shop, you just found it. I would be willing to bet money that this will be the best experience with an auto shop that you will ever have.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with an automotive repair shop. I came to Automotive Images after my van was struck by an uninsured motorist. Dealing with my insurance company was an absolute nightmare, but dealing with Automotive Images made the situation so much more tolerable. My husband worked 32 years in the auto parts and repair industry in Pierce and King Counties. In November 2019 my Toyota Avalon needed extensive body repair after I sadly collided with a deer. Of course being skeptical of any business that youve never been to is going to happen. But my nerves were soon dissolved when I met the owner of this establishment. They are a awesome shop that truly wants to do the right thing. Not only that but they actually enjoy this profession and it shows. The reason why they have five stars rating and great reviews is because they stand true to all the nice things being said. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Beyond friendly and great service. Very happy with the results and I also got my car back in less than two weeks.

Got into a bad car accident on March 1st, when a lady on i5 north swerved into our lane. Had a horrible experience with our insurance company and their network shop Gerber Collision. We got our truck back in worse condition than before the accident, for one they did not fix everything that was related to the accident, the headlights wouldnt turn off and most importantly the way gerber installed the cheap after market bumper was just unsafe it was a joke. One of my buddies told me to take my truck to Brandon and honestly thank god he told me to because my truck was such a mess from Gerber and there was no way I wanted them to work on my truck again. Brandon is a straight up honest guy and fixed everything that gerber messed up and fixed everything that was related to the accident that gerber failed to repair, and even went the extra mile to do extra cosmetic body work on it. The front bumper was installed correctly with no shims! The paint job was perfect. I truly wish I would have taken my truck to Brandons shop before gerber messed it up. I cant thank Brandon enough for making my truck look like new again after the nightmare we had with gerber. After my significant other had an accident in our car and neither of us knowing what really to expect because it was a first time for either of us dealing with this, we were set up through Geico to go to one of their xpress repair shops who couldnt even squeeze us in until almost a week later at that... I decided to do some research on the shop they wanted us to go with. After seeing less than perfect reviews on that particular repair shop, I found automotive images with their 5 stars and nothing but good things said on their behalf. I decided to call hoping I could talk with someone patient enough to give me their professional opinion on what I should do because Geico left me stressed and confused on what to do next. Brandon answered my call and was nothing less than amazing. He explained how the whole claim process works better than Geico could. I expressed my worries about Geico making me feel forced to take my car to someone contracted with them and how I didnt necessarily trust that they wouldnt just do a half assed job on my car to cut corners. (Like I read from so many people on that shops reviews) He went above and beyond by offering to take time out of his busy day for me to come down so he could look at the damage himself just so I could have a unbiased opinion of what should be done so I had something to compare to when Geicos adjuster gave me a quote on the assessed damage. He was such a genuine person and so helpful that I knew I didnt want to deal with anyone else from that moment. I took my car to him the very next day and asked if he could just be the one to fix it. He literally handled everything from there, making everything a breeze. Explained all the steps that would happen in detail starting with getting the claims adjuster to look at my car a whole week faster than I was originally looking at! I left the shop completely informed and 100% stress free. Brandon called me after the claims adjuster made the quote and let me know the details before Geico even called. Told me that he would have it done within the upcoming week. Not even two weeks later my car was finished and ready to be picked up! His work is nothing short of perfection. He even used original parts when my insurance only covered aftermarket parts. Working on cars isnt a job for Brandon, its definitely his passion. He takes pride in his work. I just felt compelled to share my great experience, and for what its worth my recommendation.

I have done business with Brandon Huhtala and Autotmotive Images for nearly thirty (30) years, he has fixed dings, dents, collision damage and restoration projects for me. During the last thirty (30) years I only went elsewhere once and regretted having done so, immediately afterwards I brought the vehicle to Brandon to fix it right. You dont have to pay a lot for top work, you just have to know where to go!
