They were incredible from start to finish. They arranged a tow and all I had to do was give him my keys. From there they handled everything, keeping me very informed throughout the process. After they assessed the damage they told me that there was about 12 days worth of work to be done, and 12 days later I picked up my car. Absolutely terrific.

From beginning to end pacific motor company showed excellent care, make sure they answered all my questions and all around great customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It’s local and easy to find, the front desk is very helpful and kind. I had a simple a fender bender that needed new parts and I was informed when they came in and how long it would take to get installed and they finished on time.

My green 04 silverado was rear ended on NB i5 the other insurance company suggested them, i had my own body shop lined up but im very happy i went with them. they had my truck done a day before there estimate and they did excellent body work and kept me in the know the whole way. These guys are amazing! They fully utilized my insurance and made me feel like the $500 deductible was worth it! All of the employees are very nice and make you feel welcomed. They even cleaned my car after! Very good work.

Our family has had the best experience both times we utilised their services. Unfortunately in the span of 4 months we were in 2 collisions both times we had our vehicles towed to them. I just felt like they werent just looking to make money off us they genuinely care about the work their doing and us. They found work that needed to be done to make the car safe and instead of trying to just fix it and get the money or ignoring it they pointed it out to our claims adjustor. The staff is helpful and Friendly. Its also the cleanest auto repair shop Ive ever been too. I was just impressed with them.

Wow! Was referred to them by my insurance, Progressive. Came into their shop to see what we could work on and compare the estimate they provided. A nice gentlemen looked at my car, didn’t want any compensation, and was able to rub/buff out the majority of the damage. I will be back if my car gets damaged again and will definitely refer to my local friends. Great front desk staff as well.

My car was broken into. Two windows were broken and there was damage to part of the body. My insurance recommended them and set up the appointment. Everyone working there was kind and understanding. They explained everything I needed to know very well and helped turn a difficult situation into a stress free experience. They got the rental car company in contact with me and told me how long it would probably take. I got my car back about a week later with everything fixed and it looking great. They went above and beyond my expectation as well so I appreciate that. Very professional and no weird vibes like some places Ive been to in the past. I would definitely recommend. Turned out the problem was small required minimum labor, so they took care of it at no charge to me. The staff was super friendly in addition to the great service. Dont go anywhere else for your collision repair!

My Cadillac was keyed andCo.insurance co. recommended pacific motors. During the inspection a ND estimate appt. I told worker that I was so picky I can hardly stand myself.. He laughed and said it didnt bother him that I was super picky and that he was confident in his guys workmanship, he was right the car turned out perfect. Thats guys

We had an accident a few months a go. My insurance recommended me to this place Pacific Motor CO. I looked up the reviews. It had good reviews. We took it to there and they fixed the accident’s damage good, but later on the Front and the back bumpers start Loosening and I turned to there and still have same issues. I turned it to there second time and it got better a little bit but the front bumper only. The back still is the same and the big thing is the front head light was scratched the driver side. I have been checking my car everyday and I have never seen this damage until now. He told me that was there. The guy who was talking to me is named Greg. He said “for the back bumper some one hit you and it’s not my fault and this was not part of the coverage. My insurance send me a receipt for how much they paid them for the car accident I had. For the lights he said “its from the sun” all my lights are clean and good but the only one damaged is on the drivers side. He told me that it was there because of the sun. I attached a video and pictures so you guys can see it. I’m very very disappointed in Greg. He is the boss there and I asked for the boss I thought he will fix my issues but he made it worst. His last words was “I will not fix your light” and he hint to me that I’m a liar. I asked if there is any big boss and he said he is the boss but the big boss is not available. He was mad and visibly upset with me because I tried to explain to him the car is not fixed and they damaged the lights.I attached pictures of the light before I took it to them and after i went to pick up the car.

My experience with this company has been ridiculous! I went with my dad to have our car repaired and they have been nothing but unhelpful and rude. They did not seem to take pride In their work or their customers happiness in their work. I am very disappointed with the service and the accusatory stature of this company. I had looked at the the reviews thinking it would be a good place but I have found nothing but disappointment in their service on my car and customer service. I regret coming to have service done here and I urge you to find another place to do business.

Took my car to this shop to fix some severe hail damage and they did an amazing job!! The car looked like new when I got it back, I would definitely recommend PMC. Customer service was also on point, I received several calls to give me updates on their progress.

My vehicle was brought here via my insurance company because it had been vandalized with spray paint. Once I dropped it off I got a call only a couple hours later that it was done. When I picked it up it looked better than it did before it got vandalized. I thought they were going to have to repaint the whole truck and replace my side mirror but they were able to clean it all off.Staff was very helpful and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family

The 2 stars is not for the repairs. The 2 stars are for the service. Took my car in to this company because it was recommended by my insurance company. When I arrived i was greeted with attitude . They did all the initial paperwork for my car and working through my insurance company. They drop the ball on arranging my rental car for me . They initially told me my car was going to be ready 7 days from the day I dropped it off. Pacific motor company did not call me until the day that it was suppose to be picked up to let me know it will not be ready until 2 days later. When they called they addressed me by the incorrect name. When I corrected the employee she was unapologetic about doing so. This cost me extra money since I had to keep the car for a few more days.Picking up the vehicle was a nightmare I paid with a bank check which is a corporate or cashiers check just issued by the bank its just as Good as cash. They would not accept it because it did not say cashiers check on the check. This company needs to educate themselves on forms of different payment so they have a complete understanding on what a personal check is to what a bank/cashiers check. Another inconvience move.Needless to say I will not be taking my car nor any other vehicle to this company ever again even though my warranty for the work is with this company I will pass and give my money,time,energy to some other company that deserves itI do not recommend this company...

Cant say enough about PMC. Their work was exemplary and it was all completed in a very timely manner. Add to that courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness. All in all a great experience. We recommend them highly and would definitely use them again if the need arises (which I hope it doesnt!).

They removed dents/creases and repainted the entire drivers side of my vehicle. Im pretty particular and was apprehensive as many people said that the paint job would be highly noticeable, but I was very pleased with their work! Plus, they finished well ahead of schedule, which was great since I was paying out-of-pocket for my rental.Only con: One of my speakers was damaged and would have gone unreplaced had they not happened to open the door panel (for an unrelated reason) in front of me. Also one of the clips was broken on my door panel so the panel wasnt secured tightly.Even so, still giving this place 5 stars. As soon as they were made aware, the manager, Greg, replaced the speaker and the broken clip for the door panel asap at no cost. There was absolutely no hassle to resolve the issues.Great customer service, high quality work!

Excellent autobody shop. Got parts needed for my 2003 Toyota Camry day after estimate, shipped from Portland, Oregon. All work done as described. Gave honest appraisal of work needed, with pros/cons and alternatives.

I ran my car along a pole and had extensive damage across multiple panels, including the fender and door. The front office was prompt and courteous about returning phone calls. They kept in touch while they had my car. I am very pleased with the body work, my car looks just like new. Also, my car was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. The windows had all been wiped down inside and out, and the car interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I appreciated the attention to detail. The company worked well with my insurance company, and the final price was the same as the initial estimate.

My family had damage on their car from an accident. They were recommended to have their repairs taken care of at this business Pacific Motor CO, and when looking at the ratings and reviews it seemed like a great choice. Nothing but great comments and ratings! We had the car serviced to repair all the damage on the bumpers and such. They did a good job on this it seemed. But the bumper were becoming loose and not only this. The drivers side headlights were damaged. There were scratches. And I know for a fact they were not originally there because we would check both our cars everyday given that they are brand new and in great condition. We have invested a ton of money into them not only for these repairs but to take care of them and purchasing them. When we took the car to this business and asked them to take a look at what they missed and explained the issues of the loosening bumper but more importantly the scratches on the lights specifically located on the drivers side both front and rear. Greg, the boss of this establishment, then began making excuses and putting the blame on my family. He stated someone must have hit us in the back bumper for it to be loose. Which obviously we would know if that was the case because there was no denting or obvious signs of being hit. As well as knowing we hadn’t been hit or in any crashes. He stated it wasn’t the companies fault, it’s not part of what we need to cover, and it must have been that someone hit you for the bumper to be loose. Now in the instance of the lights being scratched he stated it is from the sun. This was not a clear answer nor was it an acceptable and reasonable one. He proceeded to tell my family he would not fix the lights or put any work into the car. He kept suggesting with his tone of voice, questioning, and explanations that this was our fault not his and that we were lying if we stated otherwise. We attempted to speak to another person in charge of the business to get input and of course no one else was available for this issue but him. My family and I are very disappointed with the service and customer care at this location. This was very frustrating and ridiculous to have your car serviced and find that the service done was unacceptable and honestly utter rubbish. If I could I would honestly not give this company absolutely no stars because they are not deserving of even one star for the service, accusatory actions, and customer care they have at this establishment. Surprised by the unanimously positive reviews of the place, I called today seeking advice about painting cars. Without boring you with details, they could have given me bad advice about a car I was looking to buy, then gouged me for services when I brought it in. Instead, the specialist I talked with was extremely helpful and made it clear that I was best off making another purchase. I was impressed with how much time they made for a non-customer, and Ill definitely go there if I ever need work done.

I have had Pacific Motor Company repair body damage to two different cars.In both cases the quality of work, the care, and courtesy were exemplary.The little things make the difference. When a friend, who is a professional auto painter told me Pacific Motor Company would be one of his choices, what more needs to be said.

I hate this place. Their customers service is awful. I do not recoment this place. They do not communicate with the customer at all. My insurance send me to this place because i had a small accident so they miss their dead line twice in a week. There was also a few spots in my vehicle where thw damage was nor fix but they charged the insurance for it. I do not recommend this repair shop.

Jeff and crew are the absoult best, they took care of us and handled everything actually it was because of the gal in the office who gets the ball rolling and stays on it and that makes Jeffs job alot easier. They are truly the best around our veichels looked better than when we bought them. If you want the best paint and body shop for your veichel with the most awesome customer service there isnt a shop anywhere that can hold a candel to the talent at pacific motors. Jeff i owe that.
