One of the best customer service experience I have had and was not the first one. I called in about my order that was place a few weeks ago that was on back order wanting an update and I got the opportunity to chat with Jacob. Jacob apologies for the delay ( which he did not need to as for everything that we order now and days will always be backed ordered or has shipping delay) and even help me find a replacement part that would work and get to me a lot sooner. He also was very knowledgeable and professional, he took the time and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back to order more of the amazing SpeedFactoryRacing parts. I purchased a turbo manifold from speed factory on the 6th of march 2021 and i still havent gotten my part. I spent over $1,000 on parts from them and not even so much as a email to inform me on where or when my manifold is gonna arrive. When i purchased the manifold it stated 10 week wait time. Well its been 16 weeks and i only got 1 update when i finally called on the 8th of june and i was then reassured it would be about 1/2 to 2 weeks tops and my part would arrive. Still nothing i even paid for overnight shipping in hopes of getting my car done sooner. I will never purchase from this company again. Please dont be fooled like i was with the GOOD reviews.

Horrible customer service, was going to invest tons into my car with speedfactory services, tuning, parts and fabrication. but when attempted to ask information about their parts or advice on my build they completely ignore my messages even tho it shows they read it. very disappointed with his company i thought high reputable company like this would be the place to go. but i thought wrong.

They aint picking up. Ill change it to 4 when they do because i know how reviews work. I called at 3 and called several times with no response. Im sure theyre just busy. Pucked up and was very helpful!!

Went to pick up a part tryd to ask some one who was out side where to pick it up because it said closed on the Door he completely ignored me so I left an called they told me its not his responsibility to respond to a customer asking a simple question never buying a part from them again

Speedfactory has awesome customer service, I want to thank the whole speedfactory team, esp. Rick and Zach. I havent had a single issues with speedfactory orders and services. I ordered a wrong Mcfactory LSD, 6 months ago, when it was time for me to actually installed into my transmission, i found out it was the wrong one, I called speedfactory talked with Zach, he got it handled for me without a single issue. Recently I purchased a set of Belak wheels thru speedfactory, wheels came in damaged, I notified Speedfactory Rick, he was on top of it, super easy going and communication is on point. I am very satisfied with the speedfactory team, esp customer service, also all the SF product I purchased from them are high quality and always top notch conditions. I have worked with the Speedfactory Team over the last 2 1/2 years building the Worlds Fastest 4 Door Civic and with the help from everyone there we have accomplished that goal right out of the box. If you are a full blown car nut or a person just getting into the scene this shop is the place to go. You will not find a shop that is more dedicated or passionate about cars or the sport of racing. They are are not in the business of hiding secrets of how to go fast or scam you into something you dont truly need for your car. They are there to HELP YOU achieve your goals. Just called this morning to ask if they make/carry catless down pipes for 18 civic type r and the response from Zach was we don’t work on cars we sell parts. Well I was asking for a part? Nothing about working on my car. Plus you guys advertise fab work so I figure you guys might make some. Besides that I’ve had nothing but amazing service and work done when I had my hatch a couple years ago.
