I am military and was stationed overseas, Matt has gone above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience went smoothly and stress free while I was returning from out of the country . 10 out of 10 recommend this dealership over the others in the surrounding area.
Chris…. He drove my daughter and me home because my truck had to stay overnight. Chris was VERY cautious, polite, and courteous driving us home. He was very aware about my daughter’s wheelchair in the back of the truck. You would have thought he was transporting nitroglycerin from how cautious he was driving! It’s almost impossible to transport a wheelchair without it rolling all over the place if it’s not tied down, but he managed. In over 30 of transporting my daughter’s wheelchair, I’ve never been able to keep it in one place in my truck unless I tied it down. I’m simply amazed!Whoever does the hiring at Titus-Will knows what they’re doing. Between Justin, Karl the diesel tech, Miriam and others, you have a fantastic crew working there.
Disappointed with this dealerships integrity! Offering dirt for trade in and when asked why the Cars on the lots prices are higher than market I am told Supply and Demand as an excuse to gouge you. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from CARMAX that was 3k over what they offered me.

I purchased a vehicle from Titus-Will in May. The very next day I reported a crack in the windshield that was not initially visible, as it is behind the mirror and the sun was shining. Then a couple days later my car wouldn’t start as the battery was bad. I took it in and got questioned on what I did to kill the battery. They finally realized it wasn’t that it just died, the battery needed to be replaced. I continued to reach out about the windshield and was told the end of May that someone would contact me from the glass shop. I finally called the glass shop asking if the windshield was in and they had no clue about the job. I went to Titus will as my parents have bought all their trucks from them with no issues and hey had a vehicle I was actually interested in. The price of the car was great, but the service is less than par. Can definitely say I won’t be going back in the future.
Called the service department to take care of extended warranty work on a car purchased at this location. The individual who answered the phone somewhat rudely determined that the repair was not covered and announced that it would be weeks before the car could be diagnosed. Tried again a few days later, same response from the same person. Went to an independent garage and they contacted the extended warranty company who indicated that the repairs would be covered except that they require the work be done by the dealer who sold the warranty if within 50 miles of the dealer. Couldn’t wait for the repairs and am now down $581 because of a rude individual who lacks an understanding of the extended warranty that they sell and inability of the service department to service the cars they sell in a timely way.
Everyone I’ve dealt with at this location has been great! I do gig work so I’m there a lot and they always take care of my car quickly and efficiently. They wash it every time, gets me every time too lol it’s the little things! Great service at reasonable prices!
I finally found a truck in my price range and went over to Titus Will Ford’s used lot. Tim was great - super easy and pleasant to deal with. He even helped me get a little more for my trade in. He also went out of his way to make sure I had an owners manual for my new truck. He was there every step of the way. And even stayed after closing to wait for me to bring my trade in back. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I brought my Ford Fiesta to Titus Will Ford for an oil change and multi-point inspection. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The service was done quickly but while I waited they had a very comfortable seating area for customers. They even washed my car! This was my second visit to Titus Will and I will continue bringing my car here for all of my future car needs!
Awesome waiting room. So comfortable. Jed kept me posted throughout. He really explained the bill and recommended services. Very thorough and detailed process, but also mindful of your time. Brought my Edge in for a recall related to a brake line issue. Had to schedule several weeks in advance since parts werent immediately available. On day of appointment, parts were in stock but hadnt been assigned to my vehicle. Seems like they should have clearly been assigned to my job before hand. The work got done (although I did have to leave my car overnight which wasnt super convenient) which is the important part. Would have been nice if they had washed the car since it was there over a day. Thats what the Chevy dealer did for a recall on my Bolt.
The one car buying experience in a long time that didnt give me a migraine. Mic was attentive to my needs, I told him what I was looking for, he found every f150 on the lot with the configuration I was looking for, as well as checked other titus will locations for inventory. Trade value was fair, pricing was competitive. Very accommodating, overall a solid experience. The lifetime powertrain warranty they include should be reason enough to not shop anywhere else.
Person at the desk was courteous. He was informative regarding wait time, reason for waiting, and provided the approximate time it would take to complete the scheduled service. My truck was serviced sooner than later. Very satisfied.
Kinda slow but nice waiting room. Coffee bar didnt seem to have anyone working. So either bring your own drink or dont count on anything courtesy of Titus Will. Even though you pay allot for a vehicle
Service Advisor Dan Paulsen and Technician Derek Bissen are rockstars and deserve every bit of recognition for their hard and tireless work.I took my 2014 Ford Escape to this dealership to have the turbocharger fixed (it had started to leak oil and smell of exhaust fumes). The job became difficult when even after the turbocharger was replaced, my Escape still wreaked of exhaust fumes. Over the course of nearly a month and after replacing the turbocharger a second time and running through several different tests, the problem was finally discovered and promptly fixed.Fast forward, my car no longer wreaks of exhaust fumes and runs great. Both Dan and Derek were patient, professional, and genuinely cared that my vehicle was repaired and was repaired the right way. I have never experienced a level of customer service from a dealership or repair shop quite like the one I experienced with Dan and Derek.I cannot say enough good things about these two guys; I appreciate the work they put in to make sure my vehicle and I were taken care of.Thank you!

My 2 year old Edge started making an obnoxious screeching noise while driving. Tried to make an appointment at a local Ford dealership and they would not see me for 10 days. When asked about standby service, they said they dont do that. I called Titus-Will, and Service advisor, Dan Paulson, said that the next available appointment was 8 days away, but bring it in today and I can get you squeezed in. I brought it in that day, and by midday the next day, my problem was solved. Kudos Titus-Will and especially Dan Paulson for being a client advocate and overall great customer service representative. Will use Titus-Will as my 1st choice from now on!!!

I am helping my elderly friend Sandra who took her 2015 C-Max Ford to Titus Will July 8 since it would not start. They diagnosed her hybrid battery was bad and said it would be $1,500 for a new one. They replaced the battery and still couldnt get the car to start. Brian in Service said they called Ford Engineering for help but still cant get it to start. Its Aug. 3 and Sandra still doesnt have her car. Titus Will wont pay for a rental car for her and shes a senior citizen on a fixed income and cant afford a rental. She has COPD, is on oxygen and has heart problems. She has missed several doctors appointments due to this. This problem seems to be due to Ford poor manufacturing and they are not offering a solution. Sandra had to borrow the $1,500 for the new battery and Titus Will has the nerve to say they still want Sandra to pay the $1,500 even though they cant fix her car!!!! I do not recommend Titus Will.
I had two recalls and an oil change done. I was not called when my vehicle was done, I called three different times and still could not get in contact with the tech handling my car. I was then charged an extra day for the rental, while trying to get that sorted out my car was lost for 45 minutes and still didnt get out through the wash. The next week I drove to work and went to use my window wipers and my fluid was empty. I called to speak with the service manager but was told he was in a meeting so I was transferred to one of the advisors and it went to voicemail. I left a detailed message and still have not received a callback. I then tried to call again and no one picked up.
Every vehicle on the webite says contact for price I contact a rep through the chat feature and ask for the price of the vehicle that I am interested in. The rep was unable to give me the vehicle price because a sales member needed all of my contact info in order to confirm price? When I told the rep that I am not giving out my contact info, she couldnt help me anymore. I assume they do not list the price so that you have to provide a salesman with your contact information and then deal with countless phone calls everyday. I was genuinely interested in this truck, I already have financing and am a very motivated buyer. However, I will not even consider buying from this dealer in the future. ALL I WANTED WAS THE VEHICLE PRICE, HOW HARD IS THAT?

I was in the market for a newer Ford Fusion. I was driving a 2016 fusion SE, which I loved! Got online and it was clear the largest inventory was in one place, Titus Will Ford. I made an inquiry online and got a call back within minutes. In a couple hours I found myself talking with Daniel Cote’. He took the time to listen to my needs and walked me out to the lot. I knew what I wanted, black fusion hybrid titanium! Within tens minutes I was looking at what I called good, better, and best. Three beautiful hybrids 🤤 Daniel tossed me the keys and said take it for a spin. Yes, he gave me the keys and I drove it alone. Now I was there on referral, so I’m assuming that’s not normal, but it was nice to feel special. Only took me 4 blocks to know I had the car I wanted. After getting my appraisal, the dreaded negotiation begun! That’s where you will notice the Titus Will difference, he gave it to me straight. Put the numbers in front of me and gave me a few minutes with my significant other to think about things. I told him what I wanted and we spent an hour making it all work. I drove off with Better for the price of good! You would think that would be the end of the story, but no there is more. The next morning I got a call from Nicole in Financing, she had been working on my deal the night before and decided to give it a couple more moments of her time. I went from a 4.35% to a 3.25% rate. She emailed me over the paper work and it was a done deal. Where do they do that at, not only sell you the car for less but work to find you the best rate! You’ve got a customer for life in me! And that’s that’s not even getting into the lifetime warranty!
After receiving a call from my advisor Dan, informing me that a driver of theirs was on their way, I waited outside for nearly 30minutes. Mind you, the dealership to my address is about 10minutes. When the driver finally arrived, he did not apologize for the delay but I guess that was fine. I got to the dealership safely. Once I got the dealership, I informed Bryan that I was there to pick up the car. He informed me there was a balance. I then informed him that there should be no balance, since my boyfriend paid all of the balance already. Bryan then insisted that there is a balance, I informed him that is incorrect and asked to speak to my advisor Dan. He then grabbed another coworker of his, Jim and informed me that Dan was gone for the day. I continued to inform Jim that there should be a receipt for the paid full amount. After flipping through the pages (not even going through it throughly) he said, yep there is no receipt. Again, I continued to tell him that there is a receipt somewhere that states the bill is paid full. Frustrated, Jim flipped through the pages once more and TA DA! there was a receipt. No one apologized, but thats ok. Im most certain that the customer service given to me would be different had I been someone else. I understand that it was near closing time and everyone is just done for the day. However, I am still a customer and the kind of customer service I received today was really disappointing. I hope that we never have to return there again.
What a waste of time! Was told all kind of wrong information over the phone. Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a truck could not even start or drive it! Was told they would hold a deposit. The sales guy asked the manager while i was on the phone with him. All which was completely blown out of their a**es. Would not recommend anyone to your dealership if i could leave 0 stars i definitely would!

Bought a used 2008 f250 super duty from Titus will chevrolet in feb 2021. Called them up today 9/23 and they told me to call Titus will Ford. This truck would not start and the first available service appointment Titus will Ford has is 10/13. Called up the Titus will road side assistance and they said they can’t tow the truck since it’s a medium duty vehicle. Considering that the road side assistance number was hand written by the person at Titus will chevrolet on the extended warranty paperwork. Getting screwed from all over.

If you are going to be closed on the weekend of a Holiday, then have your website scheduling system reflect the change. Unnecessary hassle and before I even meet you I have a bad taste in my mouth if the kind of service I am expecting.
Dropped car off yesterday morning at 730am to have recall work done on my door latch that I had made an appt for the previous week online. I was told that it could take until the next day to fix and that I would be called about my car. Today (next day) I had not received a phone call and at 1pm I called to find out about the status of my car.I was first told that my car was not finished and that it was worked on last as of 5pm the previous day. I asked for clarification and whether or not my car was being worked on today. I was then told that my car had not even been worked on at all and that it would take another day. I asked why I had not been called about this and was told that they were busy and short staffed. It seems that if a car would need to be kept for a 3rd day that they would have notified me of this as soon as it was determined.Could they be placing people who need recall work done on the backend to fulfill other service customers who are paying? This is the second Ford I have purchased from this dealership (both brand new) and the recalls are to keep people safe which should at least be somewhat of a priority. Lack of communication about the status was unnecessary. Needless to say I will not go back to this dealership nor will I be purchasing another vehicle from here either.
Titus-Will does not care about customers time. Quicklane description states no appointments are necessary for service, but when I arrived for service I was turned away. I was told ford pass description was wrong regarding appointment requirements and other had the same issues. Instead of taking another day off of work to make appoitment went to Mullinex ford and had the service without appointment.
Titus Will Ford Service Department has Great Customer Service. It’s a kind of service you can depend on, when I take my car there I am always worry free about weather the job is going to be done right. Why? because I know that if there is anything thing that I feel is not right they go above and beyond to fix it. Thank you Titus Will Ford Service Department. 😀
My wife and I were shopping for used cars and noticed that some of the prices arent listed on the website for some cars and found out that its because they dont want you to compare against the FAIR MARKET RANGE rating. Is this the practice across all of the dealerships?
I just purchased a $63,000 Ford explore from Titusville. It was missing some of the options that I had ordered when I purchased it. I was assured by the sales people here at site as well that they would provide the missing parts that week. No call no correspondence. It’s now in a month I half later and I’m asking for those parts and they’re acting like I am inconveniencing them and that I must be mistaken that those parts we’re not with a car even after I had some pull up the information and it’s clearly stated in there. Save yourself aggravation and heartache and buy a car Someplace else. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so badly ever buy a company.
Justin the new service manager was a huge help buying a new (used) truck. I was looking for an older diesel and his advice was instrumental in my final purchase. Very helpful - will be taking the new truck in as needed moving forward.

Its a well run business. They have shuttle service, they can help you w/a rental car. Theres an on site service center and tire shop. You can see it clearly from the freeway but youll need to use your GPS to work your way there cause the directions arent easily explained. Theres a waiting room that serves coffee and has TV. I noticed that the whole place is very clean and tidy, I like that.
My husband called about a lifted F-150 posted on their website. After we asked several questions about the truck they took down our credit card information to reserve the truck. Fifteen minutes later they called back and said the price was actually $23k MORE than advertised. We felt completely scammed, misled, and we are worried they stole our credit card information. DO NOT use this dealership!!! Terrible customer service and they could care less.

I got what I needed done on my car. However, the person that was helping me check out was pretty rude to myself and my mom when we were simply asking for clarification on what the paperwork meant. He seemed annoyed, and stated that we should trust him because he has been a mechanic for x amount of years. I get that you are experienced in your field just as I am in experienced in mine, just felt cold when simply asking for clarification. I hope to have a friendlier experience next time.

While this dealership has a few excellent people like Dan in service, there is a complete lack of communication between departments.I was Informed my vehicle had been inspected and needed services.If they had actually looked under the hood they would have seen the services they were recommending had been performed 2 days prior and the locations has been noted and dated under the hood.Had they communicated to my service writer, they would have been informed as these services had been performed and were told to my service writer.Finally, the services I had asked Titus Will to perform were never done. Vehicle was picked up and still have the same problems that are covered under warranty. WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTER AND DISAPPOINTMENT !!
My service advisor was Jimmy. He was great. Super friendly, and stayed in constant communication with me during the time my car was in the shop, letting me know any time there was an update. Highly recommend.

Probably the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life. I saw the vehicle online and submitted an inquiry. Colton Boucher responded and gave me 5 star service. Everything thing was first class. It was a used truck and he made sure everything was disclosed upfront. Walked me through the purchase and made it as comfortable as could be. The financing was iffy since Im self employed. Landon Rice, Mister Finance, was world class helpful. I got a great deal. Real happy with the vehicle and wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to this dealer.
Everyone I encountered, especially Dan as a service writer/coordinator, was top notch and caring about the service they were representing.The lone exception is Ricky, the Ford Service Manager. On a rating of 1-10I would rate him as a 1.He talks a good line but does not follow through. After making an appointment, he passes me off to Dan and goes on a “test drive”.What a great opportunity to apologize in person. In my opinion, when someone will not own the problem they participated in, they are lacking in integrity and unworthy of the title of Service Manager!The 1 star rating is specifically attributable to Ricky!
I usually go to Ford for my car repairs, leaving satisfied. However, I recently made an appointment to have a diagnoses done on my Ford Explorer. I was told the price would be $ 160.00. Upon arrival, I was told it would be 160.00 for an hr and if they couldnt figure it out, they would need to look deeper an charge additional 160.00 I felt I was backed up against the wall to pay the extra 160.00. Because I needed to find out whats wrong with my car. I did get the answer about me car but I felt they shouldve honored what I was quoted.
Horrible customer service. I have a 2017 F-350 with a check engine light. They wont even scan to see if something just needs to be reset or updated. If you work good luck getting in to the service department. Their hours arent designed for people who have jobs. Not only do they have poor hours and service, but they dont even have loaner cars. Go elsewhere, this dealership doesnt care about customers.

Called to schedule an oil and fuel filter change on my F350 and was quoted a price. When I came in for the service, the price was 60 dollars higher due to “shop and environmental fees”. They also wouldn’t rotate my wheels and tires because they are aftermarket and there’s “too much liability”. After complaining, they did lower the price slightly, but overall, not recommended.
Nice to your face when you’re buying a car. Rude as can be when you come in with a problem. Dismissive, condescending, boys club. If you’re a girl go someplace else.
Titus Will Quick Change was great. They completed both my cars in 1.5 hours. I told Her that I needed the cars as soon as possible. He was running two stations by himself but managed to get our cars out in record time. Great job.
They lost a sale from me by insulting me and lying to me. I’m going to make my wasted 6 hour story short. I went in looking for truck. I really didn’t think that going alone would be a problem, even though I was advised by friends and family that it would be better to have someone with me. When I got there I explained what I was looking for and my budget. I have good credit. When we sat down to talk pricing and details I was given one flat deal. There was no negotiation. The cherry on top was hearing the other sales person in the office next to us loudly ask my sales agent multiple times why I “NEED” a truck. They suggested I get a sedan because it would be the only option in my budget. I went to another dealership the same day and I bought an almost identical truck within my budget with no problem was financed through a bank, has gap coverage, and warranty(which they told me I wouldn’t be able to find else where). I’m not saying don’t buy from this dealership, I’m just saying if you’re not a man you might want one to escort you to be treated with respect.More context:I need a truck for work, my sedan was a huge hassle to haul multiple 60lb. boxes with, I also do a lot of large project around my house and improvising with my sedan was becoming a huge hassle. The reason I need a truck shouldn’t matter but I had explained this.The truck I wanted was sold as soon as I showed up to the dealership, which was fine. I expected as much since it was a good deal, seemed to be in great condition, and I was driving from 45 minutes away. The truck I wanted had a Kelly blue book rating at a max of $10,000 so I was expecting for it to be listed at $13,000-$15,000. I explained my budget was $13,000-$15,000 and what I was looking for. Two trucks were shown me to. Before even looking at each of them I stopped the sales person and told him that those would absolutely be out of my price range. I was told they were definitely in my price range and encouraged to test drive them. I spent a lot of time running around looking at each truck going between different dealerships. I then was taken to a dealership that I didn’t have my car at, here I’m sitting in an office waiting for the sale agent to give me my “offer”. Mind you with the budget I gave him that he had explicitly said was doable. I ended up being offered a “deal” that was 10,000 out of my price range, 5,000 over the down payment I told him I could make, and $300+ more monthly than I told him I wanted. All non-negotiable. I have no idea what was going on and I was so taken back. Hearing this other sales person ask “why does she need a truck?”, “does she need a truck?”, what doesn’t she need a truck for?” Multiple times was insulting and I couldn’t help but think that if I was a man these questions wouldn’t have been so pertinent, I assume they likely wouldn’t have given such an outrageous offer on a used truck with over 100,000 miles on it. Which is why I was told it was in my price range. Mine and the sales persons time were wasted. I don’t work at a dealership but it seem like a better sales approach would be to tell the person you’re working with that you don’t have anything in their budget instead of cornering them at an office and insulting them. They should have moved on to the next person and let me go get the truck I ended up with.
Dan was an excellent service provider. He was patient while I made choices and didn’t push services. Fixing my car could have been expensive and messy but Dan helped me through my options. I would want him as. My service advisor again .

My experience with Titus Will Ford was amazing! I started off that Friday leaving Whidbey Island hauling my daughter and her two horses down to a barrel race in Onalaska. To my dismay, one of my front brake calipers locked up on me driving, knowing something wasn’t right I called around to several different places and was told pretty much you out of luck it’s Friday afternoon and you should go back home, unbeknownst to them my truck was undrivable and unsafe. I pulled into the dealership and went in and spoke with Jimmy, in the initial conversation I was told that there was no one there to be able to help all the mechanics had left for the day. He then come out to our truck while I am in tears trying to figure out what I was going to do (my husband was deployed) he carpooled with a mechanic and he come out and had taken a look at my truck and knew pretty much instantly what the issue was. He had taken my truck back to the shop to get a better look at it. Jimmy then come out and told me what was wrong and what parts were needed and told me where I needed to go to them, he handed me the keys to his personal car to go and pick up my parts so that they could get my truck back on the road and safe for me to drive. These two gentlemen stayed after hours to help me and my daughter. Once we were back on the road, Jimmy called me later that night to make sure we gotten to where we needed to be. I took my truck in for a 90k service and an issue with a sticky 4wd and a rattle. I usually avoid dealership service centers, but with the specific issues I was experiencing, I took a chance. I appreciated that when I arrived the rep went over the problems I listed on the phone and then asked clarifying questions about the sticky 4wd and rattle. For the two days they worked with it, they were able to fix or address any concerns I was having with the truck. They gave me regular updates and communication throughout. The best part was how low the bill was compared to the service I received. Great Job!
My first time using there car care services for an oil change an surprised to learn that they did a full car inspection and wash my car and and the cost for everything was cheaper than where I normally take my card for an oil change.
It is hard to do this survey because of the mixed emotions of the experience...Brooke was fantastic communicating and trying to make the situation right but a 2-3 day quoted job turned into 9 days. I give Brooke 5 stars but the actual service 1 star. My suggestion would be to over estimate the time frame and deliver sooner.
Titus-Will Ford always does a great job doing maintenance on my truck. The staff is friendly and courteous.
Service for recall was completed promptly, no cross sale or upsale attempted. They kept me updated on the status and called to advise an overnight would be required.Friendly and communicative- will take my Explorer back again.
I had a factory transmission installed that failed prematurely after about 2500 miles, towed it to Titus Will to have it repaired and they needed to do a teardown to determine if it could be fixed or not, come to find out it was a catastrophic failure (which i knew) and decided to warranty it out for me . The service writer Justin told me that it cost ford just shy of $8000 to replace it under warranty, this job doesn’t even cost near that if it wasn’t under warranty. After getting the truck back I noticed a large amount of vibration and noise coming from the new transmission, went up to Titus will to talk to Justin and scheduled an appointment to bring it in to have it looked at. After I made the appointment I decided to crawl underneath the truck myself to see if I could see anything obvious what I found was very disturbing, several bolts very loose, crossmember was so loose that the bolts were nearly falling out which could’ve dropped out and caused large amounts of damage. Went back up to Titus Will and talked to Justin and told him I would bring the truck up immediately to get repaired properly and showed him pictures of what I found. After picking up the truck the second time I drove for nearly 2 weeks and started seeing transmission fluid on my driveway and weird electrical problems happening. The negative battery terminal’s on both batteries were completely loose along with a transmission line that I had to fix myself. Before leaving this review I figured I would try and at least talk to Justin and Shannon which is the manager, I have left several messages with no return call. I have heard nothing but horror stories about Titus Will’s service department and would not recommend this place to anybody!

I was very disappointed when my car in the shop for 3 days due to internet and phone issues. Then I had to pay almost double the quote when no one called to tell me anything. Now I get to let Ford and Safelite battle out who pays me back for something I didn’t do.
These guys are efficient and honest. As a consumer it is such a wonderful change from Lakewood Ford. How can the same owner have such different dealerships. Titus Will has my business from now on.
I bought a warranty from you that promised to fix a water pump if it needed replacing. I came to you, your Ford mechanic said the water pump needed replacing. The car care warranty you sold me refused to pay for it to be replaced. The question is, is your certified Ford mechanic reliable or is the warranty backing out on the deal? Or are you guys at Titus Ford going back on a deal we agreed upon? Please call me to discuss this.

Staff asked the right questions and I appreciate the professionalism and advice of recommendations they made.The service costs were reasonable and discounts were available and applied.The time to provide the service was also reasonable, having an early appointment was the best and fit my needs.Great job!!
I purchased my F150 from Titus Will Tacoma at the beginning of 2020, at the time I couldn’t believe and still can’t believe the price I paid. So the summer of 2020 I recommended my daughter to go there and she ended up purchasing her RAV4.I also go there for maintenance service on my truck. I am mechanically inclined capable of servicing my own vehicles, so with that being said once I get home I personally check the technicians work performed on my vehicle and they do a great job. The service department front desk staff manage a busy schedule and still provide great customer service. I live in Bremerton 43 miles away but still choose to use Titus Will Ford in Tacoma as my service provider. Last to mention is I did a price comparison at other dealerships for the same service maintenance I recently chose and Titus Will was $80 less than the lowest priced competitor.
Car buying has never been something that I look forward to at all. But Titus-Will have always been fair, and Im a long time customer, back in the Days of Jim & Kay Love. I have a new rep there now his name is Peter Rodgers. There were a few little challenges with my purchase, but Peter always followed up promptly, and made sure I was completely satisfied, and hes a super nice guy and a neighbor too. Ill be back for sure.
I bought my brand new 2020 Ford Ecosport last July in Texas. In September I moved to Tacoma. I was a little nervous taking it somewhere that I wasnt familiar with. I was not happy with the worked performed on my 2005 Mustang. I brought my car in for AC leak because it wasnt getting cold. My wife waited.for 5 hrs and the car was finally done. They said it was fixed and they didnt find a leak which.cost me.over $500. Then the following week I brought it up again with the same issue. I dropped it off and waited for a phone call...later that afternoon they finally called and said they were having prolems with their AC machine. But they didm later there was a leak at the AC pressure switch and O ring and they needed to replace the part. And they would need the car for another day. The next day later in the afternoon they said they replaced the parts and the leak is fix and the pressure is 10 PSI higher. But the the problem is also the cooling fan because its not engaging in low gear so its not cooling down the condenser. And would be an additional $200 plus to replace the fan and I said NO because I was unhappy with the service. Why wasnt this found the first day? Thats why I brought it to your shop you guys are suppose to be the Ford experts. I in Lacey and I was very inconvenient and I spent a lot money. The only thing your shop did for me is they they didnt charge.me.for the evac and recharge the 2nd time around but I did spend another $300. I am very disappointed because in the past I received good service from your shop. My thing is after I went through all that and the time spent. The advisor should have gave me a.lower deal overall for the fan and the $300 I spent.

Called Ford service scheduled me in as soon as possible and they quickly found and resolved the problem. They seem to get things done pretty quick and price range isnt bad for repairs.
