We stopped in just to take a look at what they had in pool tables within our budget. We were pleased to find a used table that we really liked. Although we live nearly 100 miles away, they were willing to deliver and setup at a very reasonable price. The delivery actually came 2 weeks earlier than originally promised. Everyone was friendly and professional. We are very happy with our purchase and couldnt recommend any more highly.

I bought a used pool table in Dec 2019. Went in with a budget and they found me what I was looking for. Staff was very easy to work with. It was delivered on time. The guys setting it up did a great job. To my surprise came with some cue sticks, balls and corner cue stand. I would recommend West Coast Games in Tacoma WA

The staff is excellent! Very helpful in help picking either darts or pool cues. What is equally impressive is that they dont steer you to the most expensive option, but what your skill level and pocket will afford! Highly recommend!

Overall great experience. The salesman were informative but not pushy and the installers that came out really knew what they were doing and were very personable. Highly recommend!

Super helpful and REALLY nice

This is the place to go for the good stuff! Yeah, they carry the cheapo darts youd only let the kids use, but theirs is the only place I can find the really high-end competition darts I use. They also have some used cues for my guests (super cheap) all the way up to super expensive custom cues! So much of their stuff is made in USA, I feel better about shopping there than at some superstore. Make sure to show your Military ID, theres a discount!

Purchased a new pool table. New felt I bought had defect on it which I noticed after they installed it. They ordered me new felt which took a long time to come in. During this I felt that the table wasnt utilizing the space of the room very well. It needed to be moved 4 ft over. Golden West insisted that I pay 75 dollars to have them move the table 4 ft. This was absurd as they were replacing the felt anyways for an issue they should have caught beforehand. Poor customer service dont buy anything from this company.

If there was negative stars I would chose that option! I have been to your store two times highly over priced items felt 379 Other places are 279 and called for a service on my cue, tip install of a brand new Cyborg tip but because yall are so greedy you wont install my tip because I didnt buy it from yall! Wow prime example of how not to run a service based business! This place is a disgrace to Billiards! I am surprised that you can open the doors everyday! Wont ever come back thats for sure! Went to other local store install complete no issues they now have my business!!

My wife was searching for a pool table- she had always wanted one. She got in touch with Mark at Golden West Games- I have to say its been a very long time since we have recieved the kind of awsome customer service like we did from Mark and staff. The table arrived EXACTLY when they said it would- the installers were great and we have a top notch table that went for thousands more had we purchased elswhere. Mark showed us the build quality and everything he said was on line with the reasearch i did on quality tables. He also took the time to explain the use and care of the table which will protect our investment. He offered us legitimately needed assessories which was VERY helpfull and now we have another toy to spend time playing together ( empty nesters).
