The owner of the business was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. She was all smiles and full of knowledge when helping the customer in front of me. When it was my turn for me to be helped by the OWNER I felt rushed. I only asked questions about the conversation she was having with the customer in front of me because she clearly was not trying to discuss the advantages of buying a discounted card or having an account. After a few questions she referred to me as “dude” and said she had to help other customers and would be back to help me. I reminded her that I am a PAYING customer and I’m asking questions in reference to the product she’s selling. She in a sarcastic way continue to help me all the while smirking and joking with customers about me being unhappy. I paid for a 125 gallon purchase of their best and left. I demand equal treatment and I will not tolerate ignorance from anyone. Especially when I’m spending my hard earned money. I’m glad her nasty a.. never handled my bottles. She wore NO gloves and was touching multiple things including door dash food, cash, debit cards and customers water bottles.😳🤭 “UPDATE” I paid for 125 gallons of alkaline water but the OWNER gave me a card for regular water. On 12/18/20 when I returned (she wasn’t there) I was almost double charged. There’s over a 40 cent difference between the two types of waters. Luckily an employee found the entry in the computer where I paid for 125 gallons of alkaline. My card was replaced with the correct one without a problem. This lady is not trustworthy and has bad business practices. Always keep your eyes open in this business and get a receipt.

Friendly service, knowledgeable about the filtering and purification process. Reasonable prices. I never knew about alkali water, oxygenated water. So I drop by one day to check it out, they were cool, not at all pushy sales. So you can bring your own jugs to refill, or they have a home, office delivery. Less than store bought water, and youre not going to add another dumpster of plastic to a landfill. Well Im glad to be another customer.

I really wanted to like this water delivery service. We chose it because the reviews were so much better than the other big brand water companies. We Started getting water delivered three months ago and in the beginning it was great, water and machine were delivered promptly. First issue was a few weeks in we did not get our delivery and I had to call. I increased the frequency and amount of water with hopes we would not have this issue again. Second issue was they began charging me for alkaline water without my knowledge, I only discovered this because I had to call again because it was already 5pm and my water was still not delivered. Each subsequent delivery week I called if they did not come by 4pm. They often expressed that they “ had a lot of deliveries and may not get to me that day” they only deliver one day a week and I felt like if I didn’t call I wouldn’t get my water. The main person who answers the phone is Chris and he is very nice and always able to help me out. Chris is probably the best part of this company. We chose to just fill the 5 gal jugs our self and purchase a machine, I have a young baby and it is critical that I have filtered water for him and this company was just not reliable enough.

The water from here is delicious. It beats tap water by far and its affordable. The guys working here are also very pleasant and even help you to your car.

I get all my water from here... I use it for tea and cooking... purified water improves flavor by taking out the impurities you find in tap... tea is night and day when it comes to water quality... the guys here a great... good, fast service...

These folk are great. Good prices and theyll even carry / roll your water out to your car for you. You can prepay and go in for refills too. They remember your name! Very customer oriented.

When you go into the store the staff is extremely kind and helpful, they even load the jugs in your car. Their delivery service is a joke. They constantly “forget” or “can’t find your house” or suddenly just don’t even have you in their system. I’ve given them three months to figure it out and they still can’t, I still haven’t gotten my delivery and I won’t be doing business with them anymore.

Ive been going here for about a year now and this review is well over do. Theres 2 gentlemen that I see every time I go in and they took no time in memorizing my name. They always strike up a casual conversation and have never once seemed disinterested or in a rush to get me out. This isnt the only place I can go to get water but at this point its more worth it to support a business that supplies such great customer interaction.

I love the product but the staff is very rude. They make it very clear that I am not welcome everytime I visit, and I have always been very courteous and quite. Every question I ask seems to receive an eye roll in response. Reluctantly they always carry my water jugs on a cart to my car and despite having 4 five gallon bottles they never offer assistance or respond when I say thank you. I only go here in memory of my grandma as she swore by their water, but I wont be going here much longer as its a very awkward feeling to go somewhere where you are clearly disliked for reasons unknown.

Got some bad water from here not sure how often filters are changed it tasted horrible first time in the 7 years we have gone here

I used their website to schedule delivery service that they advertise on their webpage. I paid via paypal and never received any communication nor did I get a water delivery. Phone calls went to voice mail where a mailbox was full, nobody in the store seemed to have any idea what I was talking about. My emails were never returned. I had to file a formal complaint with paypal to get my money back. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
