Terri and her team are fabulous. They are patient, kind, considerate and professional! The array of materials to choose from combined with their expert guidance helped us select something that fits our style.

We went to Lutz after ordering samples from multiple different places online. We could not find the right color that we were imagining. We had seen Lutz tile after buying new appliances from Weirs next door. We decided to give them a try! After emailing Terri, we were immediately in great hands. She pulled as many different samples that she thought we would like. When we showed up they were all laid out for us. After seeing one that could work in a different finish. She reached out to the company and requested a sample. She took care of us from beginning to end. She even checked every tile for us on arrival to make sure there weren’t any damaged ones. By the time I came to pick them up, she had already reached out to the tile company and ordered a few replacement ones for us. We were very grateful for all the assistance in helping make our kitchen come to life!

Theres no replacement for the in store experience vs. online shopping for tile. I would never have been able to find the perfect accent tile for my main bath surround tile had I not been able to compare actual samples side by side. I tried shopping at some of the larger outlets but they cant compete with the personal care and years of experience Terry and Tammie provide their customers.

Lutz tile was extremely helpful when ordering our handmade tile we found at a showroom in Seattle. We are hoping to purchase more soon for our next project and will definitely order through them again. Thank you

After visiting other tile shops in the area, we came across Lutz tile. We found their range expansive and Kimberlee was an absolute lifesaver! She helped us find the right tile for our needs, kept us informed of the going ons and even followed up after installation to make sure we were happy with our product.
