Wow! Robert and his team really know their stuff. I first came in not knowing much more than their good reputation from a friend, but am now a customer for life. They not only helped me figure out what I was looking for, but their design team made it a lot less stressful than I had imagined a kitchen redesign could be. Some of the best work Ive seen of its kind. From idea to design to final product, I could not be happier. These guys can deliver---I highly recommend!

Me and my wife went to new leaf to get our counter tops made and installed. Our sales rep was Rob. I was remodeling my kitchen myself and told me everything that need to be done so that the counter tops didnt crack or break. He took the time to get me like 5 different quotes because we couldnt make up our mind. He worked with our schedule to get done when it was convenient. There prices arent bad when we shopped around. One of the other places we got a quote from was 1500 bucks higher for the same surface. I would definitely go back there again. In fact I plan to when its time to get my tile done, because my house is still a work in progress.

Our experience with New Leaf was nothing short of excellent. Our Designer (Phillip) was fully engaged concerning our needs and our budget and gave us excellent suggestions for giving us the best value for our dollar. Phillip was extremely knowledgeable on the products and installation-related concerns we had as well. When installation day came, the cabinets and quartz counter-tops fit like a glove and gave us the beautiful kitchen that we were hoping for. Even after discovering a few cosmetic flaws in the cabinetry, New Leaf was quick to follow up and schedule an installer to replace doors or make adjustments as needed. I highly recommend New Leaf for your kitchen remodel project.

Last year we had New Leaf design and install new cabinets/counters in our Kitchen, Laundry and powder bath. The final product was beautiful and perfect. Because of that experience we returned to New Leaf this year to do the Master bath, Jack & Jill vanities, and another cabinet in the shower room. Just like last year, it is perfect! From start to finish we received exceptional service, expertise, and quality. Phillip gave us all his advice, accurate measurements, and quick responses. Rob gave us a perfect suggestion for the small cabinet in the shower room, and Alex/Roger did and exceptionally perfect installation of the cabinets. We recently designed, ordered and received new kitchen cabinets and countertops from New Leaf. Philip kept our ideas, likes and budget in mind while helping us design our kitchen, ironing out the details along the way. The kitchen is gorgeous! We are very pleased with the entire process. The service and quality we received were top notch. All timeliness met, while staying in budget.

We love our beautiful new counter, sink, and faucet. The project, although not huge, was big for us and I cant begin to tell you how impressed we have been with each person we have had contact with from people who greeted me when I came in the door, Philip who walked me through choices, the fact that the counter had to be perfect before you allowed it to be installed, to the polite and extremely competent people who did the template and installation.We are totally satisfied customers and will recommend these folks every chance we get.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with New Leaf, especially after seeing all the 5 star rave reviews. We are building a new house and needed cabinets, counter tops and installation for our kitchen and bathrooms, all of which New Leaf provides, so I was initially excited to find them. I spoke with one of their reps and emailed over our house plan and several photos. I then met with the rep the following week to pick out products and go over details of what we wanted. We then scheduled and appointment for the following week for a presentation of the design. When I came for the presentation meeting the plans were incomplete, only abut half the rooms done and the only pricing provided on those was for cabinets, not the counter tops or installation as we requested. Needless to say I wasnt too impressed, but decided to give them a chance to complete the bid, given all their GREAT reviews and all. I was promised multiple times by the rep that I would have the completed bid in the next hour and Ill send it right over. After about 3 weeks with no finished product contacted the company to inquire about working with another rep, I ended up speaking with one of the owners, Shane, who assured me he would get it taken care of. I was told I should have the completed bid by the following Monday (3 days), but did not get it. I received and email on Tuesday saying my mudroom was more complicated than they thought, but I would have the bid by the end of the day. On Thursday afternoon, now an entire month since I first contacted them I still did not have anything. We cancelled and went with another company.

If you are looking for not only the highest quality work but the most ethical, professional, and incredibly wonderful crew, New Leaf Cabinets and Counters are the best! Shane, Robert and their team remodeled our kitchen (a 24 year long overdue project) and were on time, on budget, completely up front, and extraordinarily meticulous. Their work standards and quality is impeccable. They have our highest recommendation!

I had a wonderful experience with New Leaf. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the cabinets and countertops that I not only liked but that worked best with my home. On the install day they were timely and courteous while working hard and it felt like they were in and out! Im not used to having great experiences with contractors so this was nice. I would definitely recommend their services.

Amazing service!!! Out of all the cabinet places I went to, New Leaf was the only one who seemed to really want my business. They were courteous and kind and really spent a lot of time with me discussing my project and answering my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured as I did at some of the other cabinet stores. The cabinets arrived on time and their installers were clean, timely, and all around amazing. Wish I had found these guys sooner!

I bought my kitchen cabinets from New Leaf 2 years ago and couldn’t be happier. I got 3 different quotes. New Leaf not only gave me the most for my money, but they were extremely helpful during the design and selection process. The cabinets and counters (quartz) have both held up well despite the wear and tear from my family and pets. Highly recommended.

My sink was held in with 3 of the 7 fasteners and a plastic wedge. 2 years ladder it on my kitchen floor. Im not one bit happy with New Leaf Cabinets.

Overall great to work with. There was an issue ordering cabinets during a busy time of year but the issue was resolved amicably.

So helpful in every step and they are invested in the community. I had a hard time figuring out what colors to get as most of the kitchen was done, they have a good eye for design.

Bought bath cabinets here--Katie was able to match existing kitchen cabs even though they were done a year ago.

The people at New Leaf are terrific; especially Jay Weidenbach. I would ask for Jay by name when going to their showroom. Jay was most helpful in helping us select our cabinets and countertop and addresses all of our concerns. Their installation team was - by far - the best weve experienced. Same is true with their countertop team (both the person who took the measurements and the installers). Our expectations were certainly exceeded with New Leaf.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a kitchen countertop and after being told it would take MONTHS for a countertop to come in on the Kitsap Peninsula, I started to google places and came across New Leaf... and we went in the very next day and met with Katie and we pulled the trigger and now two weeks later we have a beautiful countertop.
