Waited two days for a call I never got. Customer service couldve been better but wasnt awful. The guys are nice but the paperwork was all over the place, delaying delivery my repaired phone.

Service was much better than I expected. If you need a car battery, go here. I ordered a lead based battery online but when Sam called, he recommended I get the AGM because the battery is in the cabin. Although the installation was expected, he installed it with an upbeat attitude. Note the battery was in a difficult to install location. Much better experience overall than Advanced Auto on 38th street last November.

Ive called four times, keep getting told to order and schedule on the website, but the website doesnt have an option for what I need. Associate says to select the closest option on there. I select the closest option and call back to confirm, someone different then asks Why did you choose X when you need Y?. So get it ordered over the phone, they say that theyll call when its in. That was 11 days ago. I call to follow up, associate says Yes, its here!. Cool, were you ever going to tell me? This is maddening. Will not be returning.

The service associates and technician were friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately the screen that was put in for a replacement is very poor quality. It is a very cheap screen with lower than standard resolution and a slight yellow haze that ruins apples beautiful Retina display. Also after replacing the screen I lost all functionality to my proximity sensor. So I paid close to what I would to an authorized dealer like Best Buy but receivedA cheap low quality replacement part leaving me with a poor quality screen and the loss of my functioning proximity sensor. If you want a quality screen replacement pass on using batteries plus.

Bought a car battery today, it was was fast cause no one was there, the salesman was cool and fast got in bought a car battery and I was out fast loved it.

Great time. Fast service. Needed a new battery for my Note 8 and they had it in stock. Cheaper or the same price as other places in the area that I had called. Not a lot to do in store other than look at batteries, bulbs or flashlights so dont expect to loiter and just go wait at the mall or come back when they estimate it.

I came in for a screen replacement, it had a black screen and my receipt says they are replacing with a black screen and was taken in by MCRUZ. While I was there dropping off the phone, they went in back and verified they had a screen and brought it out, I get there to pick it up and they have installed a white screen. The clerk said there was no way he would be able to get me taken care of and offered me a $10.00 discount. My receipt says 6:25pm was my checkout. I did not see any signs that you dont do screen replacements after a certain time. I dropped the phone off at lunch time, no call that there was an issue and no call that it was finished. As I was leaving he told me that if I leave the plastic on the screen, they could change out the screen another day. It came off in my sweatshirt pocket so that isnt an option.

Cant in good consciousness recommend this business.I purchased a battery for a BMW roughly a year ago when mine died, had it installed at the Tacoma branch, no issue, great service, the tech assisting me at that time was very helpful. A year later the battery is needing jumped about every day, no big deal, faulty batteries happen. I call and see when I can drop the battery off for a test since it should still be under warranty and am told that as there is no room for parking at the Tacoma branch, there will be nowhere for me to park my car and need to bring in just the battery. Understandable, however I dont have the means to drop off a battery and not leave a car as my only vehicle is the one with the bad battery.I ask to just buy a new one and swap them, they said if the test demonstrates the old battery is in fact faulty they will refund me the cost of the new one, or otherwise let me keep the battery if its not faulty, however they only have that specific battery available in Federal Way. Again, no problem, the Tacoma branch tech that I spoke with on the phone for this occasion was again very helpful and patient, I could tell he was running the shop alone and was very diligent and helping me figure out this atypical situation. He did make note that not all employees are able to install BMW batteries, I asked to make sure one would be available that could do this as I dont have the required tools to do so (basically just an extended socket wrench), and I didnt want to waste the trip in the morning to find out it couldnt be installed.Thankfully I called ahead and the less than enthusiastic employee at the Federal Way Branch informs me that he will be unable to install the battery, were I to come in and purchase it. At this point Im basically just tired of the run around and resolve to just make an appointment with my local mechanic and pay a little extra ($10 maybe).I understand the situation could be mitigated by me having my own tools for installation, however part of the appeal of going somewhere that markets themselves and tells you that wont be necessary is that I dont have to purchase a tool I otherwise have no use for. And this isnt an issue of some of their employees being able to do what others cant, I understand skills training is more complicated than that. Its the lack of consistent information thats leading me to write this review.I know its difficult for employees to keep one another accountable on the scale of chain businesses like this, and largely my interaction with them was pleasant, but to me its not worth gambling your money and means of transportation on whether or not youll get an apathetic tech versus one thats ensuring adequate service and is thorough in giving you accurate information. Pretty disappointed in the whole process, but I think its a great example of getting what you pay for, and Im happy to patron a local mechanic instead, Id encourage you to do the same.

I have had nothing but great help from every employee Ive interacted with. Ive always been able to get in and get right out. The employees can help you find any battery quickly. The only downside is the parking lot is tiny and hard to miss. There are only three parking spots so be careful with how you park.

My my my. Went to get new batteries for my diabetic machine and the gentlemens knew the exact number. I stated what they seem big could you open this up so I can see them. Customer service gentleman stated and I quote I make it a point to never touch patience diabetic machines. Totally understanding is viewpoint, but my fingers dont work well and hoping he could insert batteries for me. Maybe I should bring them in a box of gloves he can use.

Double maybe even triple the price i found on amazon for some special batteries. I bought them out of this specific battery they only had 9 and said it would take 3 weeks to get more.Meanwhile amazon has them with free 1 week delivery at half the price. The employee was courteous, the only reason i gave them a 2 rather than a 1.

I had a very odd OTR microwave bulb that I wanted to replace with an LED. The guy found the exact one I needed. It was nice to not have to waste time online.

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced, and it was but Im left with new challenges. The new glass is not flush with the body, it sticks out about 2 mm out from the phone, and I dont believe that it is installed properly because there are light leaks out of the case and I can see into the phone. Due to the screens new height, it also has new corners that will make it easier to break the screen in the future.They also didnt tell me that they had to break the home buttons adhesive and it now wobbles at a 45 degree angle and misfires every once in a while. Also, due to how high the glass is sitting, I have to press more firmly to reach the button. They should have a fix for this if they know that it creates this problem.On a less damning charge, I can tell all the points they entered my phone on because they left dents in the phone and scratches on the new glass.I brought my phone in with a simple glass problem and now I have even more and when I brought the phone back to have these issues fixed I was told that these arent real issues and that no one has complained before. They refused to give me a partial refund.Theres no way this kind of repair is worth $90 and I suggest if you value the long-term use of your phone that you take it elsewhere. Youre better off trying this repair yourself.Edit: I did more research and I suspect that they used 6s or later glass as the phones were thicker to prevent the bending problems. My phone is an iphone 6 which is 2mm thinner, exactly how much this glass is protruding from my phone. This is an ugly lazy fix.

They use cheap Chinese knockoff screens for iPhone screen repairs. Input lag and various picture quality issues. They acknowledged the issues however made no effort to address them and basically told me oh well. Spend a few more bucks and have apple genuine parts put in.

I went to get my iPhone screen fixed the other day & everything looked fine, but after a few days the screen went crazy & started clicking things by itself & it would constantly make my phone disabled for a few minutes because it would click numbers on its own & when I turned the brightness up I noticed that part of the screen wasn’t put on correctly & you can see the light inside & now my screen completely blacked out & won’t turn on. I wasted $175 for nothing.

I ordered online for pickup at the store. I printed out the order number. I received both a text and a phone call telling me that the battery was available to pick up at the store. My wife drove to the store and showed the order confirmation with the order number. The person at the store asked my wife for the battery code number. She showed him the order number. He was too lazy to look it up and then proceeded to berate my wife - saying that she should not make his job more difficult by not knowing what the battery part number is - even though it is detailed in the printed order confirmation that she showed him. My wife called me to get the battery part number and the person at the store told her You didnt have to call him! This is immediately after he told her that it would make his job easier if she could give him the part number. Which is totally retarded because there is no way that a competent person would hand over a product to a customer without verifying that it was the correct product at the correct price. This store needs to hire employees that have an IQ greater than the number of rungs on a step ladder.

Get Amazon and save 50% or more. This company is beyond the pale with prices. If you simply cant wait 24-48 hours for your product to be delivered from Amazon then this place probably has what you need. Theyre well stocked with specialty items. Its just ludicrously expensive versus online ordering. To those commenters with fake battery issues on Amazon, buy based on rating, not solely price. Theres your free lesson for the online marketplace.

We bought a auto battery with an two year warranty the battery started giving us trouble after about a year. We returned it they would not exchange the battery. They made us buy a new one and said they would check it, they called the next and said there was nothing wrong with it. So now we have had to pay for two batteries there warranty does not mean anything they will not honor it. Go some where else that you can trust that they will be honest because these folks are not.

First, the staff was friendly but my experience with the on line appointment was terrible. A couple weeks ago I dropped in to get a new battery installed in my iphone but only 1 person was working and there was a long wait so the person working suggested an online appointment (plus Id save $10). A couple weeks later was going to be in the area again (I live almost 2 hours away) so I made 2 appointments for battery replacements back to back. I was in the area early so I killed some time and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told there were a few people in front of me and it could take a couple hours. The person working apologized and explained the on line appointments dont actually reserve a time slot.They recommended a place down the street and in the 20-30 minutes I was there someone else had also been referred by Batteries Plus to this other location. Id suggest saving a step (and in my case an extra $5) and finding the place down the street in the first place.

Just dont. Once I got the guy to stop texting I was in for a nice wait. Would have left if I hadnt paid already.Order was online and should have been ready. I assume he doesnt get paid to text. Store was empty, they had time. When I told him about my order he said I guess its this one here looking at the screen. Guy moved like a tortoise. No urgency. Didnt appear to give a rip. Will never shop here again. 2 stars because I got a 10 percent discount for suffering through this. Stupid me.

I’ll be honest, the screen replacement is perfect, the time of the replacement is a little too long but that’s ok, I love to pay at a reasonable price.

Came in here because my iPhone screen shattered. They said it would take about 2 hours but instead they called me and said they broke the home button on my iPhone. They said theyd replace that and add an extra discount since it was their fault but that it would take an extra day. I was fine with it thinking an extra discount off $98 would be okay. Instead they called the next day saying that they didnt have any of the supplies for my type of iPhone so they were going to replace it with another type of phone screen that wasnt made for my phone and that also they werent going to be able to fix the home button that they broke. So instead I wasted two days with them and had to wait another day just to order another phone from apple. Should have just gone with them in the beginning instead. When my husband went in to get the phone all they told him is that sometimes things like this happen. Not going to go back. Employees are nice enough but definitely dont recommend for phone repair.

Friendly service there, but the replacement of the battery on my Note 5 didnt even last 3 months. While using my phone Friday, it shut off out of nowhere and wouldnt power back on. Plugged it in, flashing battery symbol on the screen. I gently shook the phone and could hear the battery moving in there .Thinking the battery disconnected, I removed the back to find the ribbon cable completely separated from the battery. I noted the lack of adhesive on the battery and very weak adhesive residue, which leads me to believe whoever performed the service didnt properly replace the adhesive or tried reusing the old adhesive. Im extremely disappointed and wont be recommending battery services from them.

Installer had a bad attitude about installing battery even though i prepped it by removing bracket. all he had to do was take cables off and put new on. he did that begrudgenly then i found he pinched power seat wire under pos cable. i have to fix. ugh

I have been to Batteries Plus 3xs. I have had exceptional service each time. One time (Olympia store), they didnt have exactly what I needed, so an employee walked me over to a nearby Toys R Us store to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Since I needed 2 items, he noticed that one of the items he had for a cheaper price. This last time (Tacoma store), we had an invisible fence collar that wasnt taking some other batteries that we had purchased through Amazon. So the employee made sure the batteries we wanted to purchase from Batteries + worked before we left the store. All of their services go beyond the normal have a good day retail experience. Batteries + offers great products, excellent service.
