My favorite part about my entire experience, was within the 2 days in a row I was there, they never tried to sell me a car. They worked to help me find what I was looking for, being Ive never done this before, it made the experience so much more comfortable. Probably the smoothest and quickest auto transaction ever. Patrick was a huge help and didnt hover over us. He dipped in and offered advice when we needed it and let us rummage through the vehicles we were interested in when we didnt. A straight shooter, great quality used car, and a fair price. Every person I interacted with was super friendly. The car I ended up buying was from a smaller lot that they switch cars with and between both Loya everyone was kind, patient and somewhat knowledgeable. My only recommendation is that they all test drive the cars and keep notes on what’s going on with them so when a customer asks they about it they’re on top of it.

We were out car shopping all day and we wish we would of came here first! They were so attentive, respectful, and fast! We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends.

Bought a car from here over a year ago. I work with the owner, can remember the guys name and the manager Dylan mostly. This was my first car buying experience at a dealership.I Was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I walked in. Non rush buying experience, wasn’t trying to sell you on all the extra BS like most dealers. The car came with minor front end body damage that I knew of prior to purchase. The dealership agree to have that fixed for me after purchasing. They did in fact have that fixed and stuck to there end. Other then that, cars are clean and look nice, at a pretty good price. These guys are pretty up front and fair. Can’t say that about all dealerships. The car I bought did have an engine failure 8 months down the road, and I no longer have set car as I traded it in. But that’s not on the dealership, it’s because the brand as the car was a Kia, and engine recall is a known issue with the manufacturer. The manufacturer fixed and replaced engine and gave me a loaner car. Long story short, stay away from Kia, and you will be ok lol. Nah but the guy at Coxs, are very upfront and honest for the most part and friendly. Thanks for the first car buying experience.

I went to go look around the for a small car. The guy that helped me was fantastic. He had his daughter which made the experience family oriented. It was 6 options of the car I was looking for and I came so late (which was my fault) to just test drive them all.

Two stars thanks to Preston Cox. Hes not a customer friendly person. Simply put. Every time Ive talked to this guy he seems like hes got an attitude.The rest of the people their are good and friendly people but this guy Preston is something else.If I could give two different rating I would. Zero stars for Preston and 5 for everyone else their.

After a month of searching for a Ford F-150, we found an older model (2004) with only 115 K at Cox Auto Sales. (planned to look at a similar truck down the road, afterwards)We went first thing in the morning and Preston greeted us right away with no pressure. He was quite accommodating and addressed all the questions we had. After the test drive, we told him we were going to check out the other truck and make a decision after that test drive.But, when we went into the office, we both felt the family oriented environment when we met Dylan, his cousin. A family owned business.Dylan, like Preston, was very cordial and easy going. We felt at ease and comfortable because of that. NO fakes no sales pitch, just friendly conversation.Long story short, Preston met our purchase point and 15 minutes later,we drove off very happy.I scheduled an appt. at our Ford dealership 3 days after our purchase, to do a complete inspection on our truck.Clean bill of health! The only thing needed was a light bulb for license plate!We will shop at Cox Auto Sales before anywhere else and refer to family and friends. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the guys at cox auto sales in Tacoma, I went to them with a refund on my deposit at one of the areas large dealerships because they could not get me approved. I was looking for a dealership that could do my financing in house since I was already turned down at a lot of the banks. I was so surprised when Cox Auto Sales said they could get me approved at a bank and then they did. Why couldnt the big dealer? I dont know, but I am sure glad I stopped in to see. Oh by the way, they did it with less down payment and much lower interest rate the other dealer tried and failed to get approved. Next time I will just go to Cox Auto Sales NW.

I called into the dealership asking about a Civic. The sales manager stated that it was and said hed text me pictures of the front quarter panel (pictures online showed paint damage). I gave him my number, which he repeated to me, and assured me he would send them over. I let him know that Ill be coming to see the car the next afternoon.The next day I call back to make sure that the car is there before I go, and nobody picks up. I call again later and still no answer and no call back. The representative I spoke to never sent any pictures of the vehicle.I go anyways and a salesman meets me with earpods in (talking to someone else on them). I ask about the car and he says it was sold last night.Very unprofessional, I wouldnt have had to waste time going to the dealership if a simple text or phone call was answered. I would not recommend purchasing a car here.
