Wonderful experience. It took about 5 hrs to complete the work on my Toyota. They arranged for a ride home and back when when the work was finished. I would definitely go back to have my Toyota repaired again.

My wife trade-inher car for a newercar. I texted earlier about the transaction. The next day after the exchange of cars my wife realized that she left her favorite CD in the the car. We went to the dealership and told a service personnel on the showroom floor the situations. He said he would try and find it. A few minutes later he can back with the CD. That made my wife very happy and me thankful for the honorably thing that was displayed.

My sales rep Dustan was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tacoma I purchased and was a very genuine guy. It’s been almost a month since I have had my truck and he is still helping me and answering questions for me. Still helping me after a month later now that’s customer service. Next time I purchase another vehicle I will go through him.

Why waste peoples time? I was told to bring my car here for an appraisal and when I showed up and told them how many miles it had they immediately said they’re not interested. You guys din’t even come outside to take look at the car! So if all you needed was the miles to make a decision, why would you just no ask for it over the phone?Thats very unprofessional and a waste of people’s time. Id suggest people take their business elsewhere. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come out and talk to me. What a disgrace.
