I’m honestly confused how some of these people are employed honestly, closing out their drawers and closing the store down when their website says they close at 5 PM I walked in there at 3:55 and the door was open and somebody came out and said are you buying anything? And I said well yeah that’s why I’m here and then she tells me that she closed her drawer out. Completely unprofessional and sorry sis but I’m gonna probably end up calling corporate because that’s just weird, and you should have came at me with a different mannerism

I needed something delivered the same day for my uncles funeral.. placed the order around 10am & they delivered it earlier than what I asked. These guys are awesome & very friendly! I’ve ordered from the Tacoma area many times and will continue to do so… thanks EA! We appreciate you all! 😉

Went there for the first time. I got some chocolate covered strawberries. One with milk chocolate and some with white chocolate. I didnt really care for the white chocolate one. Theyre selection wasnt that big.

So, they failed to deliver, but here is why they get 5 stars. I have used them before, with no issue. I forgot an important birthday, went on their website and it said they could do a same day delivery. Perfect. So I ordered, the delivery location was not far from their physical location, so didnt question it. The next day, I knew that my friend had not received her delivery. I checked the status, and it was still at received. I was annoyed for sure, but did not want them to deliver it late, and didnt want to pay for it either. So, I followed the report a problem, and crossed my fingers. I get a call from...ack, forgot his name. He was very personable, and explained who he was, and why he was calling. He took care of the matter immediately, i had my refund via Pay Pal before we hung up. I know some would write a bad review after that, but I have worked similar situations, and quite frankly I understand, and also take some responsibility myself. I do wish form a corporate management standpoint that they would fix their website. I ordered online. They cant turn off the website ordering, do even when they reach their cap, they cant stop it from saying the service is available. I waited until the last minute, thats not their fault. It didnt go well, but there is enough blame to go around, and they made it right. They called, they cared, and in todays world caring customer service goes a long way. In the future, if I need to try a same day, I will call instead.

WOW!A client of mine in Indiana sends me, once in awhile, something special to say Thank you. For the 2nd time she sent me a beautiful Edible Arrangement. It was really pretty... BUT the fruits were not ripe and not even 24 hours later, it looked wilted and tasted awful.Because our philosophie is One cant fix something if one doesnt know its broken, we contacted the store to share our experience.Justin, the Manager, was AMAZING! He took full responsibility, profusely apologized, issued a full refund to my client in Indiana and PERSONALLY delivered a box of chocolate coated strawberries to me!As a small business owner myself, I know we cant be 100% perfect 100% of the time but if we give our 100% to make it right, THAT is good and caring customer service.Thank you Justin!

My mom’s Birthday was during COVID and it’s been hard not to be able to see her. Her birthday came around and I decided to do an edible arrangements. She was excited to receive it but was let down because the fruit was tasteless. With her medical condition she’s more susceptible to this so the fruit has to be very juicy. I called the store and talked to Carlton, I believe he’s the manager. He was very friendly and compassionate to my mom’s plight. He didn’t hesitate and said he would be happy to send her another one. She received it and said the fruit was delicious!!!I called to thank him again and he was genuinely pleased she was happy. “Quality over quantity and we are here to make people happy.” Was his response. That’s the right employee, for the right time, for the right store. Because of this pleasant exchange we ordered 3 more this week for family, and ONE FOR OURSELVES 😀

I called and payed for a bouquet a full month and a half from mother’s day. These people waited until THREE weeks after that to tell me that they are sold out and now the MOTHER in question won’t get what she had coming from me for her first mother’s days. SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Offered no solution but getting them on a different day as if any other day is Mother’s Day. How dare they? Why keep my money and wait almost an entire to month and make if virtually impossible to book anything else for this mother. I’m an essential worker and I know how things are backed up, I also know that I saved to be able to buy something grand for my for my buddy.

5 STARS plus 5 more for this store! Recently had a thank you gift delivered to a friend, there was one item of fruit not up to normal standards, ( once Justin, Store manager became aware he went WAY above & beyond to rectify the issue. I have used this store several times for delivery to friends in the area, each time the fruit was fresh & beautiful presentation. Store is easy / peasy to work with, start-to finish !

I was a little worried about ordering an edible arrangement for the first time this Fathers Day. It ended up being a great experience. I asked to pick it up at 2pm on Fathers Day and they called me at 1:30pm to let me know it was ready. It looked just like the picture online too. Thanks Edible Arrangements!

Terrible experience dealing with this particular store and its employees!! I ordered an arrangement for delivery with no problem online, I was charged accordingly and I received a confirmation of purchase and delivery by email. I received a voicemail several hours later that the delivery date (12/23/19) could not be accommodated due to a large number of orders and was instructed to call back to discuss other options. I called back and spoke to a young man who told me instead of my original delivery date, they could rather deliver the product on 12/28/19 or my other option would be I or the recipient could come pick up the order the same date of my original requested delivery. I was very forgiving and understanding due to the holiday (even though my order was a Christmas gift as well), but I chose to go ahead and have it delivered 5 days later from my original delivery date. I did ask if they would be willing waive the delivery charges and they told me no. At this point, I have already paid for the arrangement, delivery date could not be honored, I agreed to have it delivered 5 days later, and now the young man I’m on the phone with tells me he needs to put me on hold for a minute, when he came back on the phone he told me that the manager actually had canceled/voided my order shortly after I had placed it that morning. WOW! Why? Because the store cannot handle volume?.. And clearly it cannot handle communication amongst there employees and even worse there customers! I had never received an email or phone call stating the order I placed was canceled. Nor did the young man I called back tell me it was canceled, he told me I could have the order picked up or delivered on different date. Not once did I give them the permission to cancel or ask to refund my order! At this point I asked to speak to the manager who decided to take it upon himself to cancel the order I placed without discussing any of it with ME, the customer! I asked the manager who came to the phone why he would cancel the order without discussing it with me first and all he said was the generic I’m sorry I’ll discuss it with my team....what team?...if he is the one who canceled it and I am the customer! Talk about deflection and not taking responsibility for your error! With that being said he literally told me my option at this point is to re-order the product again.....which means to recharge me again for the product, which as of today is still not refunded back to my bank for the original purchase. They must think I’m crazy to charge my card twice right before Christmas for a product/service they couldn’t get it right the first time in so many ways! Now why would I ever want to do business with such an incompetent, unprofessional and unorganized store again, how would I ever trust or believe they make it right! Good luck to whom ever wants to deal with there mess! Very disappointing experience!

First delivery order ever. The customer service is amazing. There was some delivery issues/misunderstandings with COVID-19. They all were so very nice when I called. They were more than willing to make it right and take responsibility for their error. Justin(manager) went above and beyond and has given me a reason to be a loyal customer despite the mistakes.I havent tasted their products yet, so cant review that. But if Im out that way, I will make sure to stop in and try it out!Thank you all for making what could have been terrible into a great experience.

I wanted to write a review because I was VERY nervous about ordering after seeing many 1 star reviews. We had great service. I ordered online under their Sympathy option. We bought the Best of 2018 Peace and Doves online and requested a delivery of 1:00pm the following day. I called an hour after my online order to make sure it could be delivered. He said probably. I called the day it was supposed to be delivered and said they said shouldnt be a problem. At 12:59 I got a phone call from the delivery person saying no one was home (they were still at the memorial service). I said she could leave it on the porch in the shade. My family arrived 10 minutes later and said the bouquet was wonderful. So, I would recommend! What a great option instead of flowers.

Last minute bday gift around Valentines Day and Edibles in Tacoma came through! They didnt have the arrangement I originally ordered online but called me immediately and helped me pick something else out. They gave me the free delivery that would have counted for my first order. Great service and friendly people. My sister loved her gift.

This is my second online visit with the Tacoma site. The staff were extremely patient and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me properly retrieve and deliver my familys arrangements. The first arrangment was beautiful, delicious and more memorable than flowers according to my family! . Will post after the second delivery is completed.

I bought $91.76 dollars worth of a chocolate strawberry box, and a bouquet made of Pineapples/strawberries. At the Time of pick up I didn’t get to look at my items cause I had my son, he was in my arms. But by the time I opened them on arrival when I got home, 5 of the strawberries had mold that were in the box. And the bouquet had 2 that were moldy. Considering it’s “same day make/same day pick up” why does my stuff look like it was frozen and made 3-4 days ago. Like seriously I get it’s busy but If I wanted 4 day old strawberries I’d go to the store and dip them myself.

I had an exceptional experience with this EA location. There was a delivery error on a gift I had ordered for my daughters birthday - MY fault for mis-typing her address. When the gift did not arrive, I called the office and asked what options I had to arrange a re-delivery. They responded immediately and arranged for the gift to be delivered even though there was no regular delivery service scheduled at the time. Very impressive Customer Service!

Update: They reached out to me and apologized for leaving me unsatisfied.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I submitted my order a week in advance so it shouldn’t have been rushed, even if for Valentine’s Day. The strawberries barely had any chocolate on them and there was way more green foliage than the online pics show. Last year was better but disappointed this year.

This place does not deserve not even one star, but I had to give one start in order to post my review. I am a fan of Edible Arrangement and send many arrangements to my friends and family members in many different states. On the same day (11/4/2019), I sent one to LA and one to Federal way, WA (over $101). It was a worst arrangement that I ever seen. Who is responsible for quality control, Franchisor or Franchisee ? Quality control is needed !!!

My mom ordered an arrangement to be delivered on the day of my Christmas party and it never showed up. Called today (the day after), and was told after being on hold for 10 minutes that the driver delivered it in the morning, and it appeared to have been stolen. I was at home all day preparing for a party, I did not hear my doorbell or knock. They offered to deliver one tomorrow, I declined and requested they refund my mom. They couldnt even find the delivery ticket at first. I dont believe they attempted to deliver.

I wanted to surprise my wife, she was having a very stressful day, a coworker told me about this place, i wanted to do something nice for her, so i ordered online an fruit arrangement around 11:30am, they e-mail me confirming the delivery, and they were able to deliver my edible around 2:00pm when my wife was home, i see a lot of bad reviews here, but i strongly recommend everyone to do it online... it is fast, easy and stress free, im gonna give this place 5 stars base on the great experience and service i got...

I ordered an Edible Arrangement to be sent to my wife for our anniversary which was July 18th while I was underway. I was waiting on my wife to tell me how much she loved it for 3 days before I asked if she got anything in the mail. She said no. So I had my dad call the store and they said that they were out of the balloons I ordered, they were out of the mangos, and that they only deliver to where we live once a week which was not on that day. So my father said okay when can you have it there? The manager said Tuesday. He then called again and said that they couldn’t deliver it Tuesday. This place is absolute trash and needs serious managerial help. I got my money back finally after dealing with them for a week. I’ll never order another edible arrangement in my life.

Terrible. Ordered an arrangement for delivery. My credit card was charged, but no arrangement was made or delivered. When I called five days later, their reason was they were too busy to do it. Asked for a refund. No real apology or any offer towards making it better by perhaps sending an upgraded arrangement, refunding delivery charge, etc. Did absolutely nothing to make it better. Will never order from them again.

Pretty quick to take my money online and promise a delivery today to dissapoint, yet again. Oh yeah, this happened last year on Mother’s Day too. NEVER using this service ever again.

My husband ordered me an arrangement for our anniversary. The day it was do to be delivered my husband got a notification that it was out for delivery. However NOTHING arrived and there was no phone call. The next morning (today) we got an email stating failed attempt to deliver. That was BS. We did not leave the house specifically because we waiting for it to arrive. And nobody even called either ( he also ordered flowers from another store and they called to inform of ahead of any delivery issues) calling seems to be the courteous thing to do when someone is spending $94 on a dang fruit bouquet. I decided to look into the reviews and thats when I seen that deliveries seem to be an issue at this location so I decided not to wait and just went to the store. Apparently the guy they had out delivering wasnt supposed to deliver and also he had supposedly fired then rehired( Which is obviously a mistake). I asked to be refunded for the delivery charge and that nice girl working said that would be done but the manager would do it when they came in and they would give me a call.I am still bothered by the way this all played out and I guess I wont be ordering from here anymore.Will update once I hear from the manager.Update: I have yet to hear from the manager. And now Im being charged a second time. I am extremely upset. When I called I was told Im not being charged again. But when in look at my statements it as clear as day. I will be going up to the store tomorrow.

Ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day about 2 weeks ago to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. My spouse stayed at work late just to get it...but it never came. I get that your busy and it’s a hectic day for you guys but these arrangements are pricey and a phone call or apology would have been appreciated. Called the store and all’s they could say was...a lot of folks didn’t get there’s, it was a busy day. 🙄🙄🙄 As a person who works in management, how do you not prepare better for your busiest day of the year?!?

1519 - TACOMA, WAThese treats are too expensive to not have a more up-to-date system that will provide you with a time estimation of when the items get to you. Absolutely no communication; just a confirmation number sent via email. Dont bother calling customer service, this over-priced circus should be fully staffed, and have no hold time greater that 5 minutes. This place is GARBAGE. Placed an order a week and a half before mothers day to be delivered Saturday before mothers day. They never showed up. I called to receive no answer and no one returned my call. I had to other orders in Texas that we promptly delived on time, but yet the Tacoma location FAILED. Take your money elsewhere.

I put in an order on December 8th to be delivered on December 22nd, I got a call from the delivery driver on the 15th telling me no one was home to receive the delivery and I explained to him he was a week earlier, he apologized and said that it was their fault and he would fix it and nothing was delivered on the 22nd, and I called the store and asked what happened, all they were able to do was refund my money no effort to make things right. I have seen better customer service from a childs lemonade stand!

I ordered a gift online at 1014am and havent received it by 4pm so when I called, the woman said she will give the delivery guy my number so he can call me...never happened. This place is GARBAGE!!! This is my SECOND time ordering from them and the first time they never even delivered my package! I had to go to the store IN PERSON the NEXT day! Do NOT order from these guys! Recieved an arrangement for mothers day. The look was alright but the fruit was not good. Strawberries that were covered in chocolate had holes in the sides where part of the strawberry had died. The cantelop and honeydew was bitter. It definitely wasnt ripe, the chocolate on the strawberries was sliding off and running with moisture. My husband got it for me because he always knew I wanted to try it Unfortunately, that did it for me. No more edible arrangements. Especially for paying over $100. Thats ridiculous.

Went here today for the first time. Employee up front was very space-cadet like. Had to ask our order several times, didnt even know how to make items listed on their froyo menu(it took at least 30+ mins to make my froyo and the smoothie we ordered), couldnt answer questions on menu items, didnt know the difference between seasonal and year round items. We were the only ones in the shop, but had to tell our order several times. Employees literally running around like chickens with their heads cut off( several ran into me while running through). Would not recommend. Will not waste money here again

This was the worst experiance I have ever had. My wife was working out of state, so I thought I would send her some chocalate covered strawberries for Mothers Day to make her less home sick . What she got was a no show, or call. I called the next day to find out why I didnt recieve my order, and get my money back so I could order through Sharry Berries. I got no explanation or apology. Just attitude from an ignorant employee who answered the phone. Shame on this business for thinking there customers and families dont matter. If you are thinking of using this business, I would think twice and use someone that appreciates your business.
