The lines to check out are always ridiculous even prior to covid. For some reason this location is always out of a lot of stuff. They could definitely do better keeping their store stocked and open more checkout lanes to minimize the wait.

They are friendly helpful. The pharmacy is very clean and well stocked. I have a little problem with the glasses I had made there, but everything else is well done. Their rotisserie chicken is exceptionally good and I am particularly fond of the ciabatta in the bakery. Now that delivery is available, its especially convenient as its difficult for Elders to get out let alone carry in the groceries and with covid-19 going on the danger so elevated. So I guess at Thanksgiving time I shall have to put them on My list,close to the top, as I believe we shall be able to stay in our home longer as we have no children to help us thanks again Wally World.😁

Due to our car dying right before the pandemic and the pandemic itself, we hand been using Wal-Mart grocery delivery. There have been consistent issues, the most recent being the worst. We ordered as usual on Friday and were advised it wouldnt be delivered till Monday. It did give us a pick up option so my brother cant by on Sunday so we could get the groceries. They gave us a candy bar and that was it. Triple checking out order that we didnt read it wrong there was no indication of any separate pick up items. After some frustration with a manager, we decided to stay with original delivery. They just delivered... the wrong order. It had been a nightmare working with them and honestly this is the last time.

Super awesome staff, treat them nicely please. And enjoy your shopping experience of course, if ever you have any questions or concerns, they are always more than willing to help. They help so many people throughout the day... just food for thought. Stay safe and God bless.

It’s an okay Walmart. Parking isn’t a hassle. The entryway by the intersection next to the Starbucks can get a bit tricky when it gets backed-up, so I avoid going through there.The traffic flow is new to me—usually the produce section is to the right when one enters the Walmarts I am used to; here it’s to the left and the flow is clockwise rather than the reverse.They are usually stocked with whatever I happen to be looking for. The lines to the cashier and self-checkout seem to run consistently long however; I’ve never been in-and-out as quickly as I planned to be.

Will be one of the last times I ever shop at Walmart. Some employee old lady started treating me like her kid. I had to wait while another stupid customer couldnt figure out the self checkout then the employee told me the stupidest thing.... The machine dont know you. I was being carded for buying the scream movie trilogy. Seriously hope Amazon wipes out Walmart. Oh wait the idiots that shop there dont know how to purchase things on line. Shame on big business.

Another horrible Walmart experience. Shelves not stocked. Looks like its worse than the pandemic. Clearly not short-staffed as they have tons of people walking around but very few checkout lanes open and people waiting because Walmart doesnt care about your time. I cringe when I hear lets go to Walmart. Spend your money elsewhere!

A little tricky with traffic with both exits for jiffy lube and the car wash being right when you turn in but overall I thought it was a cute little car wash. The employees are very kind and fast workers. The only thing is that for the vacuums they only take quarters but there’s not a quarter machine. The employees were more then helpful with giving me change

I think his name is Hunter in electronics department is MVP. He went above and beyond loading a big tv ontop of my car so I could tie it down. He could not help tie it down but that is ok I understand he would be liable if he got hurt. Anyways we both got soaked in the rain, he is a MVP and deserves a raise 💪💪

Everything is always out of stock, the lines are insanely long as only a few registers are ever open (why are there so many if all are NEVER open). Not to mention you shouldnt even bother trying to contact customer service as you will be on the phone for an hour+ waiting for someone to answer a simple question. Wait ten minutes, someone picks up how can I redirect your call? Wait another ten minutes...same person...over and over and over again. Finally get a hold of someone and they ask if I can hold..I politely say yes, elevator music plays and my call is ended. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This is my go to Walmart..convenient to home, pretty well stocked in the entire store,,and reasonable prices. They could still work on getting some better CSRs as most times they seem unhappy, or just plain grumpy with customers. I noticed it nearly every visit, so it cant be a coincidence. But now I mostly self check when Im there because of that.

Always has everything I need and open at convenient times. Parking lot is huge to decide if you want to park near or far and lots of other stores nearby. Very good location!

John in the deli was super sweet and had great customer service! Store was clean and organized but there was not enough checkout stands open.

I do enjoy the big parking lot, some nights spend there too. Save me from the chaos of no space to go. And good food to buy, free toilet, when you wanna a break, a breath, a snap, a rest, wanna a place to reorganize your stuff or even yourself, go to Walmart, it is market, to me it is a temporary shelter.

It was between 8:30 and 9:00pm so it was fairly busy but not too bad. The only issues I had were the fact that their produce section was pretty bare. And also, I noticed that there were only 2 registers open at that time or self checkout. Um I refuse to do self checkout as I do not work for Walmart.

A good place to buy stuff, bought some snacks and fruits but some things we needed were out of stock. But the other things were cheap and affordable and also the staff is good.

Pretty good Walmart, but also pretty darn busy. If you don’t like crowds I recommend doing the drive up pick up for whatever you need. Otherwise you’re gonna be there a while since so many people seem to come to this one. But, they had what I needed so thanks for that Walmart.

Walmart is just still the best place to find deals the folks are down to earth and very busy I still like shopping on off hours as it can get busy

Open at 6am! And thats where it ended. Rude electronics assoc. She was rearranging movies end cap and had a cart of movies released weeks/months ago. I asked for the new movie out today, if she had it on her cart and she snapped at me that they just opened, it was buried in the back behind pallets and Ill be waiting a very long time. My regular store has always had it out, at least on a cart behind the counter, but I wasnt heading that direction. SO, I gave my business to Target and remember why we dont shop this location regularly.

Not a bad place to get groceries its just not my preference the produce is just decent but can be overly ripe damaged or have fruit flies. Also I feel that the staff could be more helpful and friendly towards customers. And I often find the products their opened or tampered with which I think is not great for a consumer looking for a quick trip.

Wasnt too crowded. Good selection, although they were out of quite a bit of produce.

Customer Service lady was absolutely, THE BEST!! Being professional, helpful, thoughtful, curtious, and VERY organized, this young lady made my return transactions Ive been dreading to do, into me leaving happy with a big smile.

Had everything I came for, there was enough registers to be quick and the lines werent that long, went there around 3pm.

An employee dropped some boxes off her pallet jack and they hit my leg. Nobody asked if I was okay. I was fine but thats not the point. Stocking procedures cause safety hazards for customers. Beware

Out of the six Wal-Mart stores Ive shopped at, this store is a disgrace! Poorly stocked, dirty, and all around a crummy store. Today,they had virtually no canned cat food. Not the first time. Shelves are regularly not stocked. Oftentimes there are no carts up front. Fred Meyer is one mile down the road. They have stocked shelves AND carts for shopping.

I like Walmart as they have good prices and certain items other stores have. This location is usually packed and the lines are pretty long. Few lanes open. They usually arent stocked very well.

Walmart is such a great place but even greater when you go shopping there late at night and all the ratchet was is gone home lol

Just like always i found mostly what i went for and i paid. S3.00 for an 8 lb watermelon.That was $12.00 cheaper than the one i bought the day prior at the Hilltop Safeway!I love the close convenience of my neighborhood safeway but im always disappointed at their fruits quality and now the prices! They lost a good customer. YES THE MELON AT SAFEWAY WAS $16.00 AFTER TAX!!!!

Crowded like all the time. Cashiers are often slow due to be chatty with guests, and customer service is important to bond with guests, but cmon...line is 13 folks deep.... wrap it up already.

Typical Walmart. I always want a sanitizing shower after a visit. At least the burlesque show the patrons put on never disappoints.

This store is pretty good. Ive come here often. The store pickup associates are prompt and professional. Everything comes bagged and shows it was handled with care when you get your groceries delivered. Also which I think is very important is that if you start to make a grocery list online and sign out for whatever reason, your list is still saved for whenever you get back to it.

I just wanna give a shout out to Craig in the photo center as he was awesome and everyone in the photo center has been really kind and nice and has helped me to the best of their abilities and gone above an beyond to make sure I was well informed! Thank you guys ! Now for the rest of the store they are alright

Why is it so hot? I be soak, by the time I get halfway shopping.You used to have plenty of electric carts, but no more.Too hot for me. May not be able to come anymore. All Walmart is like that.

Its open later than other places which is very convenient. Ive had more than a few late night trips to Walmart to pick up last minute unexpected necessities, or things I forgot to buy earlier but needed the next morning. Being able to go later is huge because sometimes you just dont have enough time during the day.

One thing about WM, they usually have any product you need. USB cable to TV broke. First thought eBay, than Best Buy, but wait, 10p, WM still open & they had exactly what I needed

Basically im calling to ask if they have piercing needles and a main lady answered she was really rude and i asked very nicely and then i got transferred to “jewelry” and was on hold for like 10 minutes and when they answered the lady was nice but she said that it wasnt even jewelry that i got transferred to so she transferred me to jewelry but now since then ive been hold for 21 minutes in jewelry so i hate you walmart

I just like to walk around and look at new and existing items. Also, I like shopping there as well. The deli is great. And I like the fact that I am able to shop and find items I need. And the prices are great, also. And the hours are great, also.

The union store always state they are out of products when you do a pickup or first grocery, however when you actually go in store you see it on the shelves. They should have a better system or inventory specialist, due to the fact they know ahead of time what is and isnt in their inventory. They are just not paying attention, and if I were anyone i would go to the better location off Bridgeport!

This Walmart specifically has lost a lot of my respect during Covid. When everything was super tight they were great. Lines on the ground outside to help everyone stand 6’ apart and such. The instant we moved to phase 2, many employees started relaxing on proper mask wearing and no matter how many times dude at the door was reported (by more people than just me) he still has his mask between his upper lip and the bottom of his mustache. Cashiers chewing pink gum are clearly not wearing their masks properly or I wouldn’t know the color of their gum.

I used to enjoy this Walmart until I tried returning something the other day that had never been opened. The item I was returning was a clearance item, I had the receipt and the card I used to purchase it, she still asked me for my ID and then told me clearance items were not returnable. She was the manager, her name was Nicole and she was extremely rude. I’ve had her help me in the past and she wasn’t very pleasant then either:( I’m sure there’s been a time where I’ve returned a clearance item before and never had a problem and I’ve NEVER been asked for them to see my ID.. Very disappointedFrom now on I will be shopping at the Federal Way store, the customer service there is fantastic and they go out of their way to help you.

Upon arrival I noticed that they must have been short staffed the day I was there. I went to cash 2 checks and pick up a few items. Cashing checks at Walmart has never been something I look forward to buy in spite of short staffing a cam immediately came from her position to help me. She had a great attitude and took her time and was very accommodating.The very long lines to purchase my items went very fast and the cashier was just as thorough and pleasant as the csm was.Great job walmart!

Without a doubt this is the worst Wal-Mart in the state! Management is non-existent. The employees are rude and vulgar. Dont attempt to use the 20 items or less check out with 14 items because the area greeter will literally yell 10 items or less right in your face. The supervisors will laugh and walk away when you ask them to address the issue. Ive seen smashed food items on the floor and not cleaned. Ive seen bugs in the store. I often have to find a cart outside because they dont have enough people staffed to pick them up from outside. Employees take up the good spots near the doors. There rude when you ask a question. The bathrooms smell like outhouses and rarely have anything to dry your hands and some of the locks in the bathrooms dont work. They also have the slowest cashiers in the state! The only nice people there are two ladies in the crafts/sewing department who are always kind and polite. And one lady greeter with shoulder length hair. She is very friendly. But the others dont say hello or good-by or anything. Just doodle on there cellphones. And Security!!! WOW, those folks have dirty nasty mouths! Ive never had a problem with them but Ive been there when they start yelling at someone as if they were bouncers in a bar brawl. Very ugly. I had to stop going there and driving much further to Federal Way to avoid the unnecessary stress. I highly recommend you do the same.

Didnt have the product I was looking for, had to settle for a boom box as opposed to a portable am/FM radio. Price was good.

It seems like what ever Walmart you decide to go to if you are there around 10pm there is only one register open and they start shutting down self checkout. I bought some watches on clearance and Mr. Boss man decided he wanted one. So he put his paw under it. Lol he is very good at copying me and then showing off. Lol he is ready to be a Star!!

Its a nice place smaller walmart then other. But located in a accessable area, right in the middle of town super convenient!! they have mostly everything i need when i needed it.

Its one of the better Walmarts. Not everything is locked up and if it is they come quick. The check out time could be better but the store is cleaner then most so I can wait in line a little longer for not felling like I need to shower after I leave a Walmart.

When I pulled into the parking lot I was very impressed with how clean the entire area was. Many retailers do not have such a good first impression. Inside the store...the same. Clean and organized. Friendly associates willing to help and answer questions. Prices were reasonable. The food section provided a good selection. The garden area looked 👍. Interesting though; no clearance racks in any section of the store. Wal-Mart has been given a bad rap through the years. It may not be Union...but many retailers are not. I saved $$ and found what I needed. I will return there to shop. The location I am speaking of is on 164th just off of I-5.

I enjoy shopping here most of the time especially lately there’s usually less people so we’re able to get in and out in a descent amount of time. The employees are very polite and helpful. I also see them consistently cleaning and keeping up pretty well on the store’s overall appearance!!! Great work Team !!!

Need more handicap parking! 2 full rows not being utilized for pickup at all!! Grocery Pickups can be coordinated online, whereas wounded warrior/veteran/other handicap parking cannot be reserved. There were no electric carts at grocery entrance. Mayb this particular Superstore is not set up for these type of community services. Good to know that now.

Just your typical Walmart, though I do have to say the layout, organization, and cleanliness exceeded what I would expect from a Walmart location. As per usual, prices are amazing and you can find just about anything and will be sure to come out with more than you came for. Staff were friendly and it wasnt too busy when I was there.

Stretches your dollar, quite often the lowest prices on just about everything. Fairly clean, I expected it to be stocked better.

Liked the fact that even though I had a full cart bought elsewhere in the store, I could purchase them with the razors I had just picked up in cosmetics. Cashier was very friendly and I was on my way in short order.

Walmart has fruity pebbles candy bars. Same old Walmart, sometimes theres long lines, sometimes not. If youre ok with self check out,, They do have one on both sides of the store.

Actually had a good experience there, but it wasnt enough to overcome the myriad of negative experiences online and in store. This is my least favorite company, and the fact that I once made a payment there with a card that I had never used anywhere else, and 2 hours later it was used to order something from a state Id never been to on walmart.con should deter the world from doing the same. Bring cash, otherwise youve been warned.

Lines are long. They need to hire more workers. If your trying to save money your going to lose in time. But you never know what your going to see at Walmart.

Poor managment, I spent 232.00. I spent over an hour in sporting goods. I went to my vehicle to put the air rifle and pellets in my vehicle. The woman at the exit took the rifle and the reciept which was time and date stamped from me. She then called the mananger who came with two other employees. They wouldnt give me back the rifle and receipt. So I told them that I had bought the items in sporting goods and that if they give the item back then I want my cash back and they can keep the pellet too. They ignored me. The manager wouldnt even speak to me. To me thats rude behavior. After a half hour my girlfriend finished her shopping I went to vehicle with her and exsplained to her what was going on and that we couldnt leave yet. When I returned inside they returned rifle and receipt with no exsplaination. I felt they were rude and contemptuous.

Don’t buy any high dollar items on Walmart.com. I ordered 4 Segway scooters for my family and got jacked around for 2 weeks after they sent “item shipped” emails and estimated delivery dates they claimed my scooters were “out of stock”. They had no problems in charging my card and lied to me while on the phone about having any more in stock.

Clean store except for the bathroom. There was toilet paper and paper towels all over the place. It definitely needed attention because no one had been in there to Clean in hours according to the overflowing trash can

Went for school uniforms I luckily found 2 pairs of pants no uniform shirts. Used to always have lots of uniforms

I ended up purchasing some incredibly rancid canned chicken. It wasnt until we were unloaded our groceries into the car that my daughter realized where the horrible smell was coming from. Returning to the customer service department was just as bad for the person helping me as it was for myself. How could something like this happen? It was an awful experience.

It’s just like any other Walmart, large, full of the weirdest people that Washington can offer. Not in the best part of tacoma, but at least there is a McDonald’s close to it! Go there(don’t go there) makes no difference. The one in Tumwater is more my speed

Walmart is convenient and their prices cant be beat. Its always so busy and wait times in the checkout lanes can be really long. I can usually find everything I need here so the good points outweigh the bad. Definitely a one stop shop

Doesnt answer phone. The only one that answered was Pharmacy and they couldnt transfer me within the store. Was trying to schedule an appointment with the Vision CenterBut they dont have a prompt for the vision center phone.

I came in for curb side pick up. After signing at the app, I waited for a half hour, no one came out. I called the pick up number and the walmart store. No one picked up. I finally decided to go in the store. A employee used a walkie talkie and speaker to call a manager over and over. THERE WAS NOT ONE SINGLE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER??? WHAAAAT??? I THOUGHT WALMART WAS PRANKING ME! COULD THIS BE A MEAN JOKE???? NOPE! I felt so angry. Walmart wasted my time. Not only that I had paid for my items up front when you order for pick up, but there was no one to bring it to me. I should have known better. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT WALMART!!!

What can u expect from a store that is constantly busy ? It is a very busy store almost 50% are not wearing a MASKJust take a precautions for yourself .. As far as the store is concern, the cleanliness is the main concern .. It seems like theres nobody cleaning the floors it is so dirtyProduce department is coming along

Often crowded, this store sometimes struggles to keep shelves stocked. The associates, in general, are friendly and helpful.

This particular Wal-Mart will not be selling any tobacco products.I dont see how it will pay off.However, I am sure that not all Wal-Mart store will be having this law.I was just in the Tacoma Washington, Wal-Mart, just off of Center St. and as far as the management there, they won t be doing this.

This location was extremely understaffed. All the checkout lines where huge and were all either out of cash or not accepting cash. For a store that prides itself on speed, it was a snail going uphill in winter.

You can buy a whole bunch of good stuff there at Walmart and I think its two thumbs up

Worst Walmart ever. By Walmart standards! So many out of stocks. So many items either with out a price tag or an incorrect price tag. You are better off going to Lakewood or Puyallup locations.

This Walmart is not very well maintained. Most of the staff that Ive come in contact with are not the brightest bulbs in the box.

I went in, attempt in to use my walmart reward card for purchases & get cash back. After 3 attempts I was rudely lied to by a cashier. Then when I was walking out, I was accosted by a greater who would not allow me to gather my purchases before snatching the basket away from me. I will NOT be going into this wal-mart again

Walmart rocks. After moving to the PNW about 6 years ago from the Midwest I miss having a cheap one-stop shop for EVERYTHING. Walking into this Walmart was like saying hello to an old friend.
