**EDIT**I just went in during the pandemic and I didnt even have to ask for samples, they kindly had some in my bag all ready to go for me, it was such a sweet gesture. They are always so nice and I appreciate them.First, it ALWAYS smells like heaven, the products are upscale with pricing but worth it, the store is always clean, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond and all deserve raises for putting up with mall people and annoying customers. They are a top notch company.

I love this place so much, haven’t met one rude employee and I go there twice a month. Best people and they let you try before you buy, which is really nice if you have sensitive skin

Stephanie helped me out today and it was the best experience Ive ever had. Ive been shopping at Lush for years and Ive never had a bad experience, but this time I had specific wants / needs and Stephanie nailed it! I purchased several of her recommendations and then she gave me even more samples just based on conversation. Absolute 10 out of 10, and call me crazy, but I think prices might have gone down as well. Will definitely be back.

I love this place! They have the cutest bath Bombs. I love that they show you how theyre products work. I just wish the store was more ventilated because the air is not asthma friendly.

Wonderfully helpful staff! I came in for beard wash for my husband (Kalamazoo is amazing, makes his beard so soft and smells delicious)… I ended up buying a shampoo bar for myself! The girl working approached me immediately and helped me out. I asked her recommendation for dry hair and she said “Honey, I Wash My Hair” - just used it last night and my hair smells fantastic, and is soft and shiny! Thank you! I wish I had gotten your name!

I havent been in to a more friendly store in my life the staff there is amazing 🙌 Stephanie especially so genuine and kind. I dint know much about their products but she took her time to explain how everything works and gave samples of everything I wanted to try out before buying. I couldnt be happier ☺

This is a very conconveniently located store, the employees are always very helpful, and super knowledgeable about the products. I started using Lush back when they were only located in Vancouver, and Im so glad they branched out. Their natural face masks and soaps are amazing. Their bath bombs, while very cool, are totally over priced.

Ive been getting product from Lush for five years. There associates are a bit pushy buuuuut extremely knowledgeable and passionate. My advice is to let them show you a few things cause apparently they love doing that. And you might like what they show you.

This was my first time actually going in to a Lush store, although I’d tried a few of their products before from ordering online. I was told to try the charcoal toothy tabs, so I came in to look for them. All of the staff working were really nice and welcoming (especially Stephanie!) The charcoal tabs weren’t in stock up front, but Stephanie went to the back and grabbed a new box for me. After I checked out and was leaving, she had me wait a second before I left and grabbed a couple free samples of the toothy tabs in a different flavor for me and my friend! Made my day! The samples and products I bought were awesome, I’ll definitely be back to purchase more. Thank you Stephanie and the other staff!

Great little store filled with lots of handmade body care products. I love the bath bombs here, they are my absolute favorite! I generally like to shop on my own with no staff help, however if you have any questions AT all, they are very knowledgeable and could tell you a lot about the products.

The staff is well equipped to answer any and all questions about products. I have many allergies and they were able to find the perfect fit for my skin, and no allergic reactions!! I absolutely love all of the products. They are a cruelty free corporation, what does that mean? It means they don’t test on animals and don’t work with companies that do! They also give ALL proceeds of their animal projects to the actual project.

I love visiting this location! I have never had such great and friendly customer service anywhere, they really care about you and what their brand stands for. When I went in I was greeted by the manager and she said “we don’t get paid in commission, we get paid in compliments” and I just loved that. I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience.

10/10 experience here! The employees were amazing and very helpful from the time I walked in until I walked out. I had a friend recommend a product that helps a lot with eczema so I decided I’d go in store to check it out. Upon walking in, my family and I were instantly greeted and approached for any questions we had. I couldn’t remember the name of the product my friend recommended, but explained to the employee that my friend used it during an eczema flare up. She knew right away what I was talking about and walked me over to it. She scooped some out and rubbed it on my arm. AMAZING!!! During this time, another employee kept my husband and two toddlers occupied by showing them and letting them test out bath bombs. These ladies are a prime example of what good customer service - LUSH should be proud! We’ll definitely be back.

Go in with an open mind and follow their suggestions. You will learn to love the glitter. The body Scrubs are great for getting rid of post physical training gunk and the black face soap is a great pre Shave soap. Worth every single penny. A great way to show someone you care about their self care.

I love Lush!!! I love the bath bombs and bars so much....they never dry out my skin and the smell amazing. I even buy stuff for my kids because I know its safe for them and will last. My husband even buys products for his beard there. Definitely worth a visit or 12.

Good place to find gifts for the bath lover in your life. Just be warned: if you visit a Lush, you will lose your sense of smell for 5-15 minutes after you leave.

I think this is true for any lush store, but you can smell it from a mile away. The smell calls to me like angels singing from heaven. The doors are like the great golden gates and as I walk it Im am overtaken by beautiful fragrances. As always the employees are helpful and friendly. Lush doesnt feel like some big corporate store and somehow has this hometown market feel.

Its Lush, for heavens sake! You know Lush! Bath bombs, cruelty-free soaps and cosmetics, bright colors and good scents. Dont take my word that it is awesome. Madonna says so!

I recently visited this Lush and had a great experience. I went in during the afternoon and was assisted by Olivia who was absolutely wonderful. Later on I had to stop in again because I thought I had lost my wallet and thankfully Olivia was still there. She told me that they didnt find it and explained the policy for missing items in detail to me and even offered a hug. I truly appreciate the wonderful service and friendly people who work at this store!

My daughter & I visited today for the 1st time & the store was clean, had a wonderful scent, & organized well.The staff were professional, friendly, dressed well & helped my daughter while she explored all the products.We bought a shower jelly & bath bomb & happy w/ purchase.

My wife and I are new in town so we stopped by to check out the mall. She (we) had never been in an actual Lush store before and was excited to see one. The staff were very helpful, kind, considerate, and informative! My wife loved the bath bombs she got, and I must admit the shower bomb we got was also pretty good. Love products, most of which are vegan and cruelty free. Products can be pricey. Not a fan of all their scents. Cute boutique like atmosphere. Attentive sales people. Becuase there are no preservatives in most of their products ....they do have a shorter shelve life and expiration dates.

I was elated with the level of service from Alec today! They were incredibly helpful and gifted me a fresh face mask I showed interest in! I loved how involved they got with my and my sisters shopping experience. It was an incredible visit!

It can be expensive, no doubt, but their product is excellent. Im using the deep sleep bath bomb right now and Im so impressed with how it smells, looks, and whats in it.

Went here with my daughter, love the ability to try new things prior to purchasing. If you are interested in a product and want to try it “sample” before buying, their staff will help you. If you bring back 4 black containers for reuse by Lush, you get a free face mask (they are amazing). I like that there are different options for different body. Skin type. Only stinks they have two locations near me.

Its 1:30 pm on a Tuesday. Sign on the door says closed for power outage but theres lights on, a big TV screen in the window, and workers inside 🙄

I absolutely love this store and this brand as a whole. I agree with their ethics and their products are on point. Not only do I use their products but my children do as well. There needs to be a LUSH in the Capital Mall considering it is the Capital. Either way, I still love this place and encourage my friends and family to shop at LUSH as well.

This store is super overwhelming first few times you go in. Its very visually stimulating and the are tons of smells. Once you get used to it, its a very pleasant place to be though. The salespeople are extremely outgoing and helpful, which, again, can be off-putting at first. They will definitely give you free samples! Dont be afraid to ask. The products sometimes smell different when you get them home after away from the store smells. Love the products. They all perform well. Just be prepared for a lot of sensory input in the store.

My skin is addicted to lush. Ive tried other brands in the past, but i always go back to this because it works the best! Let the good times roll face scrub is the best thing ever! I open the container in the shower just to smell it! Haha

Love the customer service here! They are always so helpful. I love their sparkly lotion bars because they are all natural and unlike anything you can get at another store. You can buy sparkly lotion or spray anywhere you want but it will be nothing like the sparkles you get from these lotion bars!

I like this place and every bath and cosmetics consumer I know does too. Its definitely higher up the price point than other options but the quality is so far above thats its a no brainier. Considering the quality and ability to know what is in your products Id call it a value. Service has always been top notch at this and every other location Ive shopped, staff are well trained and helpful.

They have so many new bath bombs and oil bombs. Granddaughter found 5 bath bombs she liked. Just so many and the salespeople were very helpful.

My wife and I really enjoy lush products and everything they stand for. Its the only face moisturizer I can find that does give me breakouts on my face. Its worth it for sure if you have the money to spend.

Strong smell when you walk in the door. Some people love it, some do not. It takes time and shopping to see all that is offered. Shopping assistants were very helpful with suggestions and benefits of each product.

Jessica was so sweet and informative. She knew every single product thoroughly and I felt like she genuinely cared about me finding the best products for my skin. Ive been here several times and its always a good experience, even when theyre slammed. Ive never met an employee here that wasnt attentive and well trained about their products. Also lush doesnt support animal testing. Their products are pricey, but I use their henna for my hair and it lasts forever!

They are so kind here! I love lush, the employees can seem a little pushy at times but it could just be because they are so busy. Products are awesome and you can test what youre interested in before you buy. Im extremely allergic to lavender and the employees are always kind enough to keep me away from it to prevent a reaction!

This place gets crowded. The customer service was great. We were greated and they explain everything. The product itself was more about the experience than the length of time its going to last you. My bubble soap for my son fell off the stick as soon as it hits the water but he loved his green filled bath water and the smell was 👌. This place is expensive so be prepared for that. Still its a great experience

I love going to Lush because all of the products are natual.However, be warned that walking into one of these stores can be an olfactory overload. Just brace yourself for so many scents.The workers at this store are very kind and helpful. The guy who helped me was responsive to my questions and offered to let me test the products. Overall, a good atmosphere, but can be really overwhelming for the nose.

Whoever said that Disney World was the happiest place on Earth obviously hasn’t been to Lush.These people have seen me at my worst (bad days at work, drama in my private life, etc.) and ALWAYS manage to make me feel relaxed, and help me find the Beth bomb of my dreams. They’ve even paired bath bombs to my wine choice of the night!Tonight’s glittery explosion has definitely helped to calm me down and find my center.... not bad for $6.Thank you again to the lovely ladies that helped me tonight. Excellent products of all types of cosmetics. All exceptionally hand made. Prices can give you sticker shock, but worth it. I have moved out of state, and I will miss this place. But you can still order online and have it shipped to your home.

I was first introduced to Lush about a year ago, and I have to say Ive been hooked ever since. The staff are amazingly friendly, the products are all vegetarian or vegan, and they really work hard to meet and exceed your needs. PLUS they have amazing charities and campaigns to which one can happily contribute. 5 stars from a satisfied LUSHie.

The Tacoma Mall was the first place where I experienced Lush. To be completely honest, the smell was really irritating. If you smelled things by one, it was good. But the amount of strong smells that were acting on my nose were very irritable. Over all, it would be nice to see more stock.

Best place to get your all natural products. Love it all. Staff is so kind.

This review is different than most. Here I got to meet a worker with a nametag for they/them pronouns. Which doesnt sound like a big deal, but for me it was. I had been wanting to go by they/them pronouns for a long time, but convinced myself no one would use them, and that there were so few people that were non binary that it didnt matter anyways.Seeing them proudly wear their identity unleashed uncontainable excitement in me. Since then, I have come out to my whole family as non binary and changed my name. Thank you so much for providing my first real look at someone like me.P.s. Lush bathbombs are awesome.

The employees are really friendly and will frequently remember you even if youve only been in a couple times. This location specifically has a good group of employees who are helpful and not overwhelming.
